It gives me deep displeasure and concern, to kindly draw your kind attention to a newly created policy (policy number[protected] UMANG scheme
.
Grievance im looking forward to is as follows:
I was informed that, the scheme has a 15 year tenure post which an amount of 80, 000/- annually shall be credited to my account until life survives.
Owing to above communication both electronically and physically the premium of march and april was paid on last friday 19-mar-2021 / Monday 22-mar-2021
To my surprise and disappointment the insurance receipt shared shows D.O.M as 2092 which was absolutely not consulted or communicated to me . hence it gives me deep displeasure that, the first LIC account opened with great hope and dreams have shattered.
Respecting your valuable time, I request your kind help in this matter at the earliest since trust has been a stake at this point of time.
I would like to seek an explanation for the same and if the D.O.M added without my consent cannot be changed, I urge to kindly return my amount paid since It would be unfair to keep in the policy which is manipulative.
Please let me know if PFA LIC Copy(joined on 22 march 2021, not able to attach due to size issue : policy number mentioned above ), electronic evidence of policy details communicated to me is needed and transaction details if needed .
