Double payments

I have paid the premium amount of Rs.6, 125/- in the month of July. Unknowingly i have paid twice the premium amount on the dates of[protected] and on[protected]. The amount paid on[protected] was deducted from my bank account but in the LIC transaction this amount is not reflected but the amount paid on[protected] was reflected. So I request you to refund the concerned amount....

LIC HFL login page not working

This login page is not working https://customer.lichousing.com/login.php i submitted my application last month but till now no update from LIC HFL. I raised several service request and complaints but no update; for the last one week i was not able to login to LIC HFL customer portal can you please let me know any contact to resolve this issue?...

Not able to make payments

I want to pay loan interest as well as loan repayment against a policy but everytime I get an error saying 'unable to process your request. Please try again later.' I tried to pay by logging in as well as by using quick services but for that policy I am getting the said error.
Please resolve this as soon as possible. There is also no other alternative to pay....
