I have paid the premium amount of Rs.6, 125/- in the month of July. Unknowingly i have paid twice the premium amount on the dates of[protected] and on[protected]. The amount paid on[protected] was deducted from my bank account but in the LIC transaction this amount is not reflected but the amount paid on[protected] was reflected. So I request you to refund the concerned amount....

This login page is not working https://customer.lichousing.com/login.php i submitted my application last month but till now no update from LIC HFL. I raised several service request and complaints but no update; for the last one week i was not able to login to LIC HFL customer portal can you please let me know any contact to resolve this issue?...

My policy number is[protected] & it was matured on dated 09.10.20 & I was sent the original hard copy Bond on dated 08.10.20 through speed post EU[protected]IN & it was delivered on dated 12.10.20. Still we don't have any update.

1.11/10/2020 debited A/cNo- **7367 -Rs-1205.94 debited on 11/10/20209through phone pay i will paid).

I submitted surrender request of two policies as[protected] &[protected] on 13.10.2020 with all supporting documents including original bonds for processing but as of now Dum dum branch (42D) of LIC has not taken any action on it. My Loan No:[protected] with Lic Housing Finance, I want to transfer balance from Lichfl, to do that other lender needs LOD details holding by Lichfl, but I am not getting any reply from their branch office Barasat Kolkata, as well as their RO and customer care office. Kindly help me to get LOD details so I can process my balance transfer with other lender....

I want to pay loan interest as well as loan repayment against a policy but everytime I get an error saying 'unable to process your request. Please try again later.' I tried to pay by logging in as well as by using quick services but for that policy I am getting the said error.
Please resolve this as soon as possible. There is also no other alternative to pay....

I have paid policy premium amount of Rs2922.80 by VPA mode to LIC bill desk and my bank account got debited for the same. But the transaction has not reflected in my policy and I have not received the premium renewal receipt....

This is to bring into your notice that my captioned policy under New Jeevan Dhara Plan issued by Branch Unit 108, is getting matured in November 2020 with date of vesting of Annuity as 01/11/2020. The notional Cash Option for which the policy was taken is Rs.2, 00, 000/- (Scanned Copy of Policy Bond Attached), but when I received the maturity letter from LIC of India it is showing Notional Cash Option as Rs.1, 92, 729/-.
