I have tried to get my policy surrendered with LIC but they refused to do so and asked for my father's details.

I submitted all my KYC including PAN, Aadhar, Cancelled Cheque Leaf, Bank Statement all duly signed. In my policy it clearly states that I am the LIFE ASSURED and my father is the PROPOSER yet LIC is telling me that they will deposit the money in my father's account only.

My policies were purchased by my father from me when I was a minor but I am 24 now. My father is not in the country and they are misuing this. If they do not give me back my money I will take legal action. Add to that fact that all their employees got every Saturday off and a 30% raise while I can't even get my money back with a loss. Pathetic government company.

      My EMI deducted date is 10th of every month, but sometime not to pay on time So I fill it in online within 2 days.
      My complaint is - Each time approx Rs. 280 an additional charged by LIC and this time, the bank has also charged (ECS) an extra Rs 413 as per your instruction (As discussed with Indus bank).If this continues, I will have to transfer my account to another bank, Proof of that is attached,
      No one given properly response from LIC and employee, Kindly clear dues and resolve this matter, until then i wont pay EMI.

        My Policy No.[protected] in the name of AMAL KUMAR KOLAY has already been matured on Jan 2020. Due to Covid situation I could not submitted my document as I am in Jamnagar Gujrat. As per your requirement I have submitted required document at CBO-415 address Illaco house 1 & 3 Brabourne Road Kolkata-1 (by hand) and got a receipt on 09 Feb 21 .The documents are as follows,
        (a) Bank account details in cancel cheque with signature,
        (b) Original bond paper,
        (c) Discharge form,
        (d) Photo copy of pan card and
        (e) Photo copy of Aadhar card

        Please inform me the status. but my policy maturity amount which still not received in my bank account neither I received any cheque/DD of maturity amount.

        Also I register complain in LIC complain cell vide[protected]/01 dated 02 Mar 21,[protected]/02 dated 03 Mar 21,[protected]/03 dated 06 Mar 21,[protected]/11 dated 26 Mar 21,[protected]/13 dated 29 Mar 21. &[protected]/15 dated 03 Apr 21and sent email to [protected]@licindia.com dated 04 Mar 21 and reminder-I 07 Mar 21 with scanned receipt. Also I send a Filled NEFT From by speed post vide EG[protected]N dated 12 Mar 21 which was delivered on 17 Mar 21 .Also I have submitted NEFT Filled from to my nearest Branch Code: 81P (LIC of India, Jamnagar City Branch Office-III) State-Gujrat, along with NEFT Filled from, Photo copy of bank pass book & Nominees Aadhar card & pan card to Mr. Sah dispatched to kolkata brunch on 24 Mar 21 further same branch resend same document o 03 Apr 21.Further I made a complain with consumercomplaints.in vide Complaint Status [ID: 2837097] dated 19 Mar 21.

          the amount is deducted from my savings account but not credited to my housing loan account.
          Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          LIC HFL — Refund not received. My FD no : 641780 is matured and I received only the interest amount. I haven't got the principal amount. Wrote multiple emails and I didn't received any response from the LIC HFL Customer service as well as branch office. They only collect deposits and no office for servicing or resolving issues. Please help me in getting my principal amount back.

            We received the following sms. – “LIC Premium for Policy No.[protected] of Rs. *****6771.00 is due on 20/04/2021. You can pay premium online at https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM/#Login. But could not pay as https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM/#directpay/Premium/PremiumLanding shows Policy[protected] not eligible for Online Payment. Again the Cash counter of Branch Office is also decline to accept the Cheque
            Now your office is asking some Extra-Charges, Whereas the reason is contradictory to the provisions in LIC norms as Not “insufficient funds”, to include dishonour charges & the provisions in RBI Circulars for Satisfactory Customer Service on Technical Return Cheques in cases where the customer is Not at fault and is responsible for such returns

            There was a very minor unintentional mistake occurred in the cheque where amount in figure was written Correctly Rs.6771.00 but in words unconsciously missing of One rupee Only (i.e. Absence of One thereby - Disparity in the amount written in figure and words) which was overlooked by both o[censored]s (you and me). Bank detected the error and returned. We took immediate action to deposit the same well within 30.04.2020. So, by this investigation, The customer should not be designated as guilty for such accidental Omission (happened inadvertently), you may go through the previous record of this Customer for her timely payments (never been Late).
            Hence we request you to waive the extra Charges as demanded in your Letter on “Intimation of Dishonoured Cheque” dated 30.04.2020.

            Hope your goodwill may take necessary action for Relaxation from this Penalty as the Customer is innocent.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    This is to inform you that my Husband Mr.Madan Mohan Mago who is the
                    Proposer (Annuitant) in the captioned Policy died on 19/2/2021 due to
                    cardiac arrest at Safdarjung hospital, New Delhi. I being the nominee
                    of the policy submitted the documents required for death claim with
                    your branch as on 6/3/2021. I have patiently waited for more than a
                    month and on 7/4/2021 I received a death claim of Rs 162149 against
                    sum assured of
                    Rs 182500/-. On enquiring about the short amount received I was given
                    the print out of death claim calculation as per which amount of Rs
                    20185/- has been credited to my husband's saving account in Central
                    bank of india against annual pension on 3/4/2021 and also amount of Rs
                    40370/- deducted towards pension payment to my husand as on 1/4/19 to
                    19/2/2021 as per the calculation sheet.

                    Also I would like to inform you that on asking about the calculation
                    of death claim none of the available concern staff was able to give a
                    satisfactory revert and asked me to visit LIC office at Janpath, New
                    Delhi for further queries as they are not clear about calculation.

                    First of all I would like to ask you why should I go to Janpath office
                    for further queries when my service branch is 11F B-85, Defence Colony
                    New Delhi-110024. It is the responsibility of your staff to provide me
                    satisfactory revert from Janpath branch if they were not sure about
                    the system calculation, moreover one of your staff member has made an
                    sarcastic comment that I am lucky to atleast receive sum of Rs
                    1.61Lacs.

                    Pls note that LIC of india is not doing any charity to me by giving
                    the death claim which is my legal right. As far as my understanding is
                    concern I am eligible for total death claim of Rs 182500/- along with
                    due pension due from 2020 till 19/2/2021 i.e from last pension date
                    till the date of death of my husband. Moroever LIC is also liable to
                    pay interest on due amount due to delay in settlement of death claim
                    which at the end has
                    been settled short and that too within 32 days in case of natural
                    death which by any standards is not justified.

                    I being the widow and Senior citizen urge the concern authorities to
                    look into my request and provide the total due amount along with
                    interest to me without wasting any time and be true to your words
                    "Zindgi ke saath bhi aur Zingagi ke baad bhi" which is looking just in
                    advertisement but not in reality.

                      Got agent code in LIC from Kulithalai branch (75B). Agency code is 0242375B.
                      My date of Appointment is 31.01.2011. I dont source any business and my code got terminated on 01.02.2012.

                      I joined in HDFC Life insurance as onroll employee in 2014. HDFC Life Company recently checked my PANCARD Number and says my code is still active in LIC
                      (While checking in PANLOOKUP). I approached Kulithalai branch in October 2020 and gave a written statement and they issued Form 1-C. Thereafter also my code shows active.

                      After somedays I was asked to go to Tanjavur division office. I approached division office in Tanjavur and asked to eliminate my LIC agent code. They says it's in archieve and we cannot able to delete. Still my LIC Agency Code shows active while checking in PANLOOKUP.

                      I humbly request your support to sort out the issue and help to secure my job

                            Sir, My policy as given above has matured on 28/03/2021 . I have submitted my original policy documents with required formalities on dt. 24/03/2021 and get a receipt of it . It is very shameful and careless working of Dabra [ gwalior] branch staff that till today they could not prepared my maturity amount and it could not credited to my account. While I enquired about my payment, branch staff even BM Shri R K Saxena told me in a very rude manner that you have to submit a cancelled cheque and passbook photocopy to confirm your authenticity . I tell them I have active NEFT and you have credited my two money back amount. They just want to harass me and looking greedy as they threatened me that no one can help you .

                                LICHFL waiver of EMI for pensionaers

                                The announcement of waival of EMIs for Govt pensioners proves our Govts negligent and arrogant approach to common public. Already they are paid fat and also got bribes and all other faci.ities. On what basis this is done; dont they care for common poor man, shareholders, . Is it done for votes, Is this Govt also rotten like before? Does LICHFL has approval for announcing this measure? This is atrocious cheating public money....

                                  Professional Tax & Group Insurance is deducted for LIC Agent without notice.
                                  It has been over 5 years working with LIC and too date only TDS has been deducted but this is for the very first time Professional Tax has been deducted and I have not availed Group Insurance but the premium has been deducted from commission.
