This is PMM TIRUPATHI RAO, Policy holder of the LIC OF INDIA, complaint against deficiency of service in yellamanchili branch, My policy re-assignment is my problem, the concerned officer was rejected of my policy for re-assignment, still it is pending, every time he obstruct somebody reasons. I have applied for noc still I didn't received copy

Today, 2yrs after PMAY registration, Swargate, Pune, I got a call([protected]), saying my form is rejected. No mail, no reason for rejection, that too after 2years, etc.Number of visits to office, 500rs/visit fare+1day off.What if scheme goes off meanwhile?MyMoney?Solution?I need my money.

I had 2 policies in LIC which I want to surrender as because of GST issues .. I dont want to keep it continue. I asked customer care services to provide me info how to surrender as I am in Australia and we dont have plans yet to visit India because of COVID-19 pandemic. They told me list of docs which we arranged and send via email to the agent and agent took those docs to branch manager. now after 4 months of doing all this branch manager is not accepting the docs and said either we go there or send him the original signatures via post. Because of pandemic situation we tried to send docs to India for some other reason it never reached to destination. I asked him why he dont accept as everything is there including the original copies of LIC policies, He said how would he know that I am the person who signed these docs. I said u can talk with us on video call if need to see who we are, he said nope as only needs original signed copies. I talked customer care and after 1 hour of headache upto team leader they dont have any option in this situation to sort this issue. Thats my money, our money and how come and who is branch manager to hold it when we dont want to continue. Branch manager said he will not do it and I can call to customer service and say them to do it. What the heck these people are self made bosses of the public run system??? He hanged my phone up and said I have other things to do and not free here. My money is stuck there and absolute horrendous situation created by Branch manger.

Hi Team,

My policy got matured and lic ask me for re-assignment form because while home loan mortgage this policy with bank so bank given re-assignment letter and bank letter with there format. I have submitted NEFT/Nomination/re-assignment letter/re-assignment form/original policy document & Cancel Chq all required documents to lic branch 9276.

Still i have not got any amount in account due is 31/3.

Kindly investigate the same and settle on priority.

Sir, myself Pooja sparsha. Since last 1 year iam reaching out to my previous office Lic Hassan for deactivating / removing my Lic agency code from IRDA. Presently am working in Sbi Life insurance co. and my salary is blocked due to this issue. I have already sent mail to LIC Divisional office mysore and Irda grievance dept several times. Written request has been given to LIC Hassan (code-619) several times and the Branch head didn't took any action till date. Kindly please look into the matter and help us. First of all, have proper working phone number, it is a basic basic basic thing for an organization of this proportion and make sure you have person that can actually answer .

Second thing, your LIC CUSTOMER identification form completely sucks, you have LOAN premium amount as mandatory field or even LOAN repayment and it sucks like anything, especially for old ### policies. Remove this stupid thing, if we wnat to pay LOAN interest, we should be able to pay with just policy number all this ### details you guys are is just bull ###. Remove those unnecessary fields

LIC of India Divisional office Jabalpur(M.P.)is not giving my terminal benefit, Gratuity, DCPD contribution and other benefits.
