I am Harbilash Sarkar, inhabitant of Village : Saheb Bagan, P.O : Radharghat, Dist: Murshidabad, Pin: 742187 . My Lic’s policy no.[protected], Berhampore Branch, Murshidabad. The date of commencement was on 28/03/2010, Date of Maturity is on 28/03/2025 . The Policy is JEEVAN SARAL (WITH – PROFITS), Mode of payment of premium is ‘Yearly’ of Rs. 12010.00 (Twelve thousand ten only).

Recently Divisional Manager of L.I.C has intimated me with a letter mentioning the new Schedule in which Date of commencement on 28/03/2018 and Date of maturity on 28/03/2033 .

You are informed that the schedule is mistakenly changed and as a proof the policy’s Bond paper (Deed) is enclosed herewith.

Therefore, you are requested to verify my documents and bring them back to their previous state.

        My Loan No:[protected] with Lic Housing Finance, I want to transfer balance from Lichfl, to do that other lender needs LOD details holding by Lichfl, but I am not getting any reply from their branch office Barasat Kolkata, as well as their RO and customer care office. Kindly help me to get LOD details so I can process my balance transfer with other lender.

        Why still no update from Lichfl, last two month they are not helping me, is this something we can expect as. An Indian, this is the reason we are not progressing, please take action.

          I want to pay loan interest as well as loan repayment against a policy but everytime I get an error saying 'unable to process your request. Please try again later.' I tried to pay by logging in as well as by using quick services but for that policy I am getting the said error.
          Please resolve this as soon as possible. There is also no other alternative to pay.

          I just casually checked today and I was able to make payment. There was no communication from their side. I don't know what the issue was. But thankfully, the issue was resolved.

                For the last two premium payments made in respect of the above policy I am not receiving the relevant receipts from the LIC online payment portal to my email address [protected]@yahoo.com or [protected]@hotmail.com. Also I am not getting OTP on my registered mobile No [protected]

                Please solve the above issues at the earliest

                  Hi sir /mam,

                  My aunty was a customer of lic. One of your agent did fraud with her she inform me about it yesterday. The agent named haque israul and balbir from laxmi nagar branch made her fool. They didn't informed her policies as she is illiterate so it's the lic management's duty to inform her about everything in details as she is old and illiterate. They told her that in lic if she pays installments for some time she will get double of it after 15 years but they didn't tell her anything about other policies and rules. So it's not her mistake if she stops installments early. She just want that the amount she submitted should be returned back to her. She don't have other source of income now so she told about this fraud to me that happened by lic agents to her.

                  Kindly work on it asap and let her get her money asap. And remove such agents from your company who are trying to defaming it.

                    Dear Team,

                    I am raising this second complain against LIC Housing Finance Limited (LICHFL). Please find the details below.

                    I am having an ongoing loan from LIC HFL with no dues. I have availed the moratorium facility (as per RBI guideline). Prior to my last complaint and till July 2020, I was paying the rate of interest as 9.9%. I had to pay additional Rs.5900 as Reschedulement charges for a Change of Rate of Interest. On 6th August, 2020 I had paid the said amount(Rs.5900) as Reschedulement charge to LIC HFL to Change ROI. I had received an auto-generated receipt as a successful online payment of the same. But there was no description or particular of the payment in the receipt, I received. Presently I can observe that the rate of interest has been reduced for me from 9.9% to 7.95% as per the information present on my LIC HFL Portal dashboard.

                    After the moratorium period got over, when I tried to pay my September 2020 EMI via online portal, I was asked to pay the Reschedulement Amount(Rs.5900) again along with the EMI amount. This is rather injustice. As a result I took the below steps and tried to reach them for an explanation but in vain.

                    - Since Sept 12th, I had dropped at least 10 emails(from my registered email id) to LIC Customer support team and even to the Area manager. Till today I have not received any reply or response from them regarding the issue.

                    - I tried to raise a Service Request(through LIC HFL portal) but the same has been disabled by LIC HFL without any reason.

                    - I tried to reach my LIC loan agent and he somehow managed to make me talk with someone(may be from the collection team) and his behavior is extremely rude with no intention to help. As per him, the Reschedulement Amount I paid on 6th August, was wrongly accepted by LIC HFL and the same has been added as a loan Interest payment. He even sent me an updated ledger copy of my payment but nowhere it was mentioned the paid amount of Rs.5900 was deducted as Interest payment. I asked him to send me the total interest outstanding amount before and after the day I paid the amount, so that the difference must reflect the amount of Rs.5900. In reply he ordered 'I can't help you, you have to come to LIC HFL office and discuss' and his way of speaking was extremely rude as if the fault was from my side.

                    - I even asked my agent and that collection guy to let me know any other person who can help or provide any escalation matrix. But till date I have not received a reply from them.

                    - As per suggestion from my LIC agent for activation of NACH services, I had already sent 7 cheque leaves(via courier service) mentioning the EMI amounts to be paid(for the next 7 months starting from Sept, 2020) to LIC HFL. Till now the NACH has not been activated yet. As per LIC HFL, the NACH can be activated only after this present issue resolves. But I am seeing no lead from LIC HFL till date to resolve the issue, which was their fault only.

                    Due to this Covid-19 situation and being in home isolation(due to one of my family member's positive test result) I asked their help, but still I did not get any response and getting false excuses in spite of the fault being at LIC HFL end only. Because of this illegal charge from LIC HFL, I have not paid my Sept 2020 EMI yet hoping they will resolve the issue and waive the additional charge of Rs5900. Now the October EMI will also line-up as unpaid. This is affecting my CIBIL score on a daily basis. When I tried to seek help from LIC HFL they are saying 'It's your problem, not ours'. This is real injustice from LIC HFL. May be alike me, lots of other customers are also facing the same issue and LIC HFL is earning in this illegal way.

                    I don't know why I took the loan from LIC HFL. It is the most third class company with zero customer support and illegal charges against floating loans. Please take serious and necessary action against LIC HFL at the earliest.

                      I have two different user id of lic with two different policies under them. Now while updating the aadhar no. and pan no. online in these user id's one of the user id is not updating because of giving the remark already the same details have been updated in other user id. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me to club all the policies under one user id.

                          I have paid policy premium amount of Rs2922.80 by VPA mode to LIC bill desk and my bank account got debited for the same. But the transaction has not reflected in my policy and I have not received the premium renewal receipt.

                            This is to bring into your notice that my captioned policy under New Jeevan Dhara Plan issued by Branch Unit 108, is getting matured in November 2020 with date of vesting of Annuity as 01/11/2020. The notional Cash Option for which the policy was taken is Rs.2, 00, 000/- (Scanned Copy of Policy Bond Attached), but when I received the maturity letter from LIC of India it is showing Notional Cash Option as Rs.1, 92, 729/-.
                            It is therefore requested that the maturity letter may please be revised and NCO should be Rs.2, 00, 000/- as shown in the Policy Bond. Please do the needful and reissue the maturity letter as per terms of Policy bond, so that I can get the Annuity as was planned at the time of taking the policy.
                            An email in this regard was written to the branch on 07-September 2020, but no action has yet been taken by the branch, it is therefore requested for intervention at the level of higher authority so that, undue harassment to me is avoided. Following is the trail of mail written to branch unit 108 for which I have not received any response from the branch.
                            Please do the needful and save me from the undue harassment.

My husband expired on 16th august 2020 due to cardiac arrest as he was tested positive for corona and was admitted to brd medical college in gorakhpur.                                         I haven't got my pension of rs.7635 for sept'20 till 28th of sept'20 (Today).
                                        Had written email twice in last week to bo, delhi (Lic annuity dept), but till date there is no response from them.
                                        Also all phone no are either not working or not being picked up purposely by the officers & staff.

                                        I am in lot of stress due to financial problems, please arrange to release my quarterly pension asap.
