I am getting calls from lic of india for promotional work, this happens almost daily and very annoying i am getting 10 calls on daily basis. A automated lady talks "namaskar ye call lic of india ki taraf se hai... And so on."

Can you please remove my number from your database/list?

Please stop all calls to my number [protected]. Else i'll be forced to surrender the ongoing policy with lic, forget about taking any new polciy after harassing your existing customers like this.

    I paid the premium amount by official website billdesk payment gateway through bhim upi @yono sbi app and completed transaction by qr code but did not received the receipt. The premium charges has been deducted from my bank account.
    Please provide me receipt or refund.

      Lic branch 9353 is not reverting to customer. Customers premium needs to be updated, as premium has been paid & all details has been shared to branch over repeated mail reminders.

        Dear madam/sir,

        This is Surekhatai. Sadashivrao. Kulkarni, in the year 1999 May 5th, loan was sanctioned from LIC HFL for purchasing a flat as per our application.

        Loan Account : [protected]

        We had submitted All Original Documents pertaining to the property to LIC-HFL.
        The loan repayment was completed in 2018 March.
        Immediately we went to LIC-HFL Belgaum RPD branch for closure, they said we will be getting the original documents to our home address within a month.
        After a month we went again, then they asked us to contact Hubli branch for the documents.
        When we contacted Hubli branch, they asked us to contact the Bangalore branch.

        We contacted Bangalore Branch (Richmond circle) and scheduled 26 / 07 / 2019 as the date for original documents collection.
        But when we went there on the given date, they said they don't have the original documents. (Sujatha R)
        The reason given : Misplaced in warehouse
        And they requested 2 weeks of time for searching the same.

        We waited for 2 weeks, 2 months! No response from any of the LIC officials.
        On constantly requesting about it, LIC-HFL (Bangalore) agreed to issue the Certified Documents and asked us to send the Consent Form for certified documents, till original documents are found by LIC.
        We immediately sent the Consent Form, then requested for Sale deed copy, immediately shared the same.
        Till today no response, there is no status update about it.

        It's been 2 years now, we are running behind our original documents. I see LIC is least concerned/bothered about the customer once the loan repayment is done.
        No one took the responsibility to address our issue, despite its the clear mistake of LIC-HFL.

        We also informed that if you don't have any resolution, let us go to the consumer court and handle it in a legal way, but no response.

        Till now, we have communicated with at least 50 officials from LIC about the issue.
        Continuously asking for resolution over mail.

        No one is keen to take the responsibility to address the issue. (I feel shame about customer care by LIC)
        From the last 2 years, it has become mental torture to me as I have put my hard-earned money (of whole life)
        And yet, in the end, at the age of 59, I don't have the documents.

            Sir,
            I prahlad ray agrawal, was engaged as a lic agent for the fy 2012-13. Company has deducted tds of rs. 35, 197 (As per form 16a provided to us) but as per my 26 as form company has tds of rs. 27, 649. I complaint to lic many times but didn't received reply till.
            Income tax department has raised demand for the said differential tax amount.

              I, JAYANTBHAI GAGJIBHAI PARMAR, has an insurance policy with LIC through my ex-employer M/s, Reliance Industries Ltd. - Vadodara Manufacturing Division (RIL-VMD) I somehow dont have any reference of this policy with me since the beginning. I was getting Rs.1329 every month, so i never bothered to know the policy details.

              However, it has stopped coming from March 2020 and hence I enquired at the local LIC branch, where they asked for the "Existence Certificate"of the same, but i couldn't provide as I dont know the policy number.

              Hence, request you to kindly provide me the Annuity document of the same, in order to understand the policy and the offerings.

                  Hi,

                  I am trying to logging into LIC portal with correct user credential. However, everytime i get an error as "Network Error, please try again later". LIC is not maintainging their portal properly. Everytime one and other issue will be there whenever you try to login. It could be either loading the page too slowly or login itself fails eventhough you provide the correct details....

                  OTP is not working for login and pay my EMI's in LICHFL customer login page.

                  Spoke with Relationship Manager of J.P.Nagar, Bangalore where I took NRI Home loan and the issue is not resolved for the past 20 days even after multiple follow ups. Now my EMI is delayed for August month at the same time LICHFL is claiming they will not reach to my oversees number when I took NRI loan and mentioned the same.

                    I took a Loan of Rs.41900 under my policy No.[protected]. When I have gone to the servicing branch for repayment of Loan interest and revival amount the system shows that the Policy status was Forclosed. But without prior notice or any communication my policy was Forclosed dated 26.06.2020.Then I have submitted a application for Reinstatement to the Branch Manager. But he denied my application.So I request you kindly to reinstate my policy .I am interested to continue my policy by paying all outstanding loan and interest.Kindly allow me.

                        lic not returning original documents

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        My loan account number with lic housing is [protected].
                        I have written them 15 emails with no proper response.
                        I paid for my complete loan in jan-20. For 8 months, i have been continuously following.

                        The loan was issued by there janak puri, delhi branch.
                        They also don't pick any calls.

                          I have filed a death claim for my father kishor roy on[protected] against his policy no.[protected]. (Branch code - 430).

                          I was not given any receipt for the same, and i was said to drop the claim documents in a drop box outside the door. But till date the policy status is showing 'in force' when i checked it online.

                          The concerned person said that claim amount will be credited within 15 days. But, till date policy status remains 'in-force'.
                          I tried to contact the branch over the phone, but unfortunately the number was out of service.

                          We are already harassed due to covid, now if we have to visit the branch for follow-up then it would be added harassment. Further, i worried if the claim documents got misplaced then what should we do.. As i mentioned earlier that i was not provided any receipt.

                          Requesting you to please speed-up the procedure, and make some way to contact over the phone due to the current situation.

                          Not only this, when i called lic customer care, i was given a fake complaint no. And said that complaint has been registered, then when i again called lic customer care and asked for the complaint no. Then i was told that no complaint has been registered.

She doesn't knows how to talk to a customer and has no sense of talking. She doesn't even listens to the complaint and gives vague response.
