I am m a ranganath, who has been receiving monthly annuity amount of rs.2439/-credited to my account, since almost last 20 years on the 1st/2nd of every month. This has not happened for this month. I do not remember the policy number.
My earlier residential address was:177. 8th cross, 8th main, second block, jayanagar, bangalore 560011. I have shifted to yelahanka and the account has also been transferred to shikar branch, yelahanka new town, since last 2 years. I remember to have submitted life certificate during 2013 and the requirement is that every 5 years-life certificate has to be submitted.
I has sent a mail sometime last year about my change of address for which i had not received any response. Presently, i am out of the country and would be back by 15th instant.
Could you please look into the matter and do the needful
