I was working in wcp mills ltd dandeli. Retired from service in april 2012. I was receiving pension under superannuation scheme. My pension no. Is gb hbl 00058814. I had submitted copies of aadhar n pan card a required by the bank. I have already submitted life certificate to the bank. Canara bank, j n road, dandeli, i am getting my epf pension regularly. But i am not getting pension under superannuation scheme. Please look into the matter and arrange to remit my pension.

    I am GULAB CHANDRA YADAV s/o RAJA RAM YADAV, address-WARD 13 DHANA PUR NAGAR PANCHAYT HANDIA, ALLAHABAD.started LIC policy in year 2006, policy no.[protected] from LIC agent Mr.GULAB, agent code no.[protected]as per premium receipt). My premium mode is yearly of Rs.3493.00. In year 2016(due date 11/2016) my LIC agent collected yearly premium cash of 11/2016, but not deposited with LIC. After one year when I go to LIC branch to deposite yearly premium of 11/2017, then I know that yearly premium of 11/2016 not deposited. Then I deposite it with late fee Rs.347.70. Now LIC agent not give my money.
    Please, help in this matter. How should I recovered cash premium from him. My mobile no. is [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com.

      I have not received my superannuation amount for the past 2 years inspite of sending existence certificate and change in residential address. Have sent letters through post and courier but no response.

      I have been following with lic, kasturba gandhi marg, new delhi office but no action has been taken till date. I have been suffering from rheumatoid arthritis hence it amount helps to get my medicine.

                    I am not able to log into the new customer portal of lic india. During login i am getting following massage. Pl. Guide me.

                    "you do not have self policies in your account and hence, your policies were not migrated. Request you to create a new account in the name of your spouse in case you have policies of spouse in your old account and add the policies of your children to that account. Please note, you cannot have an online account in the name of your minor child. Please contact [protected]@licindia.com for further queries."

                      Dear sir/ madam,

                      Understand that the portal has been migrated to a new site & has been upgraded too but it has created an issue for me as i am unable to link my other policy details as it is given me an error stating the gender is erroneous as per the policy.

                      My gender is a female while the profile is showing it as male which is incorrect. I am attempting to correct it but it is not allowing me to do so as thats a non editable field.

                      Request to please help make the required correction or please guide me to the correct who can be reached to get the rectification done.

                              TDS amount is deducted from my policy final payout of amount 6571/- but no certificate issued after multiple request.
                              Please check and conclude this matter.

                              I am planning to escalate this matter further, as LIC is not taking seriously.

                                I am facing issues while login to LIC's portal. It says i should try login to old portal however no where on their website indicates how to access the old portal.

                                    Sir,
                                    I am having my lic policy[protected] in the name of sri makhanlal ghose with lic cuttack branch, jeevan jyoti, sect 6 cda, cuttack. My survival benefit on 3rd year amounting rs 5250/ was to be received on 28.5.18. As per their specifications i have already submitted my neft mandate along with self attested xerox copy of my aadhaar card, pan card and lic policy copy on 03.04.2018. But, till date the amount hasn't been deposited in my account. Again on 23.7.18 i sent all the required documents to lic of india, jeevan jyoti, sect 6, cuttack. But, till date the survival benefit hasn't been credited in my account specified in my neft mandate. Take it as a request instead of a complaint.
