Being great insurance corporate body of democratic country - it is best policy to cheate the senior citizens - till date i have not received the positive decesion to small customer of lic and citizen of india - it proves the the organisation is only for insurance company and to cheat and making fool to the small customer and small citizen of india - surprising very good institute who is taking care of lic verymuch pefectly - now i came to know and understand that the small investor / customer have no statu or right to represent the grievances - appreciated the best organisation and management - inspite of repeated reminders the help is not provide the small customer / citizen of india - now we understand and came to know that the irda authority is for the insurance company not for the customers. As the customers are to small compare to insurance company. The lic policy is just for advertising for the interest free income and just free of cost income. It is just cheating to the customers of india who are very poor people make the foolish to the public, it is very surprising for the top position of popular and famous insurance corporation of india - i under stand the as big and popular identity - you do not have the time for small customer of your corporation. It is really surprising no help or decesion has been recd. From irda - remider - till date there is no response - the policy no:[protected] plan jeevanshree rs. 500000/- 112/25/16 dated 28.02.1998 has been surrender. The bonus declared by lic every year is not considered for the payment. The policy premium is fully paid. Only guaranteed addition as per policy term is considerd. That is also not fully paid. Onlysurrendering percentage considered for the surrender value. Kinldy justify and arrange to give the justice to the customer of lic. I hope the justice will be given and arrange to consider the bonus declared by lic every year. Also the guaranteed addition should fully considered for the payment. Atleast the guaranted addtion of policy must be paid as the total premium is already paid. Kindly look into the matter and finalise immediately. Sir. I paid my renewal for lic policy[protected] dated 05/09/2018 through debit card of sbi but transaction error is showing. Also my is debited from the bank.
I wanted to add my aadhar card and pan card but your site is not helping. Please advise me mail i.D. Where i can send my aforesaid nos. To be added in my policy records.

    I registered mysel[censored]nder lic customer portal and then tried to add the policy details for enrollment. But i keep receiving the error saying customer portal id is not created. I do not really understand how exactly is the customer portal useful in any way as i don't find any means to enroll your policies within the portal any where. Kindly suggest on what could be done to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

      I was taken lic jivan anand policy[protected]/-inr per month on 05/06/2010. This policy was continued for about 2 years. But unfortunately i was not able to continue this policy. I went to lic to closing my policy and also for refund but they told me that refund will not be possible.

            I am m a ranganath, who has been receiving monthly annuity amount of rs.2439/-credited to my account, since almost last 20 years on the 1st/2nd of every month. This has not happened for this month. I do not remember the policy number.

            My earlier residential address was:177. 8th cross, 8th main, second block, jayanagar, bangalore 560011. I have shifted to yelahanka and the account has also been transferred to shikar branch, yelahanka new town, since last 2 years. I remember to have submitted life certificate during 2013 and the requirement is that every 5 years-life certificate has to be submitted.
            I has sent a mail sometime last year about my change of address for which i had not received any response. Presently, i am out of the country and would be back by 15th instant.
            Could you please look into the matter and do the needful

                I m shweta tripathi, agent of lic. My qgent code is 1560395, i completed 11 years of my lic agentship. Aftrr that i have been re-appointed for my lic agency. My current lic code is 1866395.
                My complain is that i m not getting my commission against my previous lic code[protected].
                When i complain about it to my abm, he said he will check from it department.
                It almost 1 year i m not getting my commission.
                Plz guide me what should i do.

                  Sir, i (Vinay tyagi) have paid lic premium for policy no[protected], order no10216687, payment id-nsbi[protected] dated 1.9.18, rs.750/- through www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any recipt till date and time. Rs 750- net banking from my account on same time. Pl do the needful.

                  I have taken the Unit Linked Policy [Name A.Venkatachalamoorthy]in LIC. They asked me to pay for 3 years. Hence i have paid for three years. After three years Policy has been foreclosed. i have around 4800+ units. LIC guys are not responding properly.

                  How would i solve this issue?

                        Dear sir
                        I have taken a home loan of rs 1390000 /- for lic hfl in feb 2016 in name of my father and mother for a tenure of 9 years. Earlier i was told that my rate of interest (Roi) will be 9.6 % p. A. For first 2 years and there after floating roi as per market. But now after 2 years they are charging me rate of 11.5 % while they are providing loan to other customers at rate of 8.40 %. When i talk to them they told me that i have to pay 14500 /- to convert my roi from 11.5 % to 8.40 % in name of conversion charges. Nobody told or discussed with me about this conversion charges and this is also not mentioned in my sanction letter provided to me. Plz help as early as possible.

But i have not received the same and on enquiry it is learnt that it is not possible to know when the same will be credited to my bank account.in this context it may please be noted that i am 93 years old retired person and kept my hard-earned money with you having confidence on your services.

                                      I am g narayana reddy, beneficiary (Nominee) under jeevan aadhar policy[protected] jeevan aadhar benefit paid by69h bo up to 08/2015. Not paid afterwards till now. Lic jajd sczo asked for neft details and adhar for creation of policymastet. We submitted allrequirements to bo aswell as crm dept do visakhapatnam. No response. Kindly settle as early as possible. Iam physically challenged and i can't go to office many times.

                                        Hi,

                                        I registered my lic policies and registeration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/"for cognizant, it shows error that i m not a registered user

                                        "it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.
                                        Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

                                        But i have already registered my policies. Please let me know how to enroll it with employer.

                                        Please help me to do the needful
