With due respectfully inform you that my above LIC policy having date of birth 25/08/1983 but my all Govt. ID Like Voter ID, PAN & Aadhaar Card (copy enclosed) mentioned Date of Birth is 25/08/1987 .
My kind request to you please consider the same to link my policy with Govt. documents.

Please look into the matter as earliest.

I am send the mail earlier to [protected]@licindia.com on 12/02/2018, but no reply from the LIC side.

Please look into this matter seriously

I am getting above error when I am logging in LIC Portal. Please help ASAP.

    Premium amount paid for november month in december 18th 2017.1st transaction was successful and again i paid for december month same date, amont debited in my account. Only i receive november month premium receipt. Again i paid on 30/01/2018 for december 2017 and january month 2018. Still iam not getting my money back for december month. How i will get my money back

      It is hurtful that lic enabled "customer" login and its benefits only to few who is paying to lic. Denying the “customer status” while paying policies bring difficulty for me as i am a disabled person and online services are important for me.
      Even after multiple requests to lic and prolonged waiting time,
      Proposer under the policy on minor life is not allowed to register on customer portal even without any policy on my own life.
      As a disabled person i was not privileged enough to easily obtain policy in my own name, and now denying the "customer status" seriously hurt my self-respect in front of my child.

        Not able to login through portal.

        Error seen:
        Your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. Kindly use user id of old portal if it is your first login to new portal; login through email or mobile permitted only for subsequent logins.

        I am one of the LIC policy holder My User ID: yarramasu but I could not get my password and I am not getting mail to that extent to may mail or Mobile no also. My registered mail ID: [protected]@hotmail.com in LIC portal. Please help me to get password at the earliest to see my policy schedule, LIC paid receipts.

            I am a registered customer of lic and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal from old customer login, which is now unable to login through new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but cannot register. Is there any link for old customer login or upgrade to new e-services for customer login portal? Please help & suggest.

              Hi,

              Even the same issue happened with me. My gender showing in online portal is male instead of female.
              I tried reaching out [protected]@licindia.com but i have not yet received any response from them.

              So i am not able to add new policy in lic portal.
              Is there a way where i can change my gender to "female"?
              Please help me to sort this issue out.

              LIC agents portal is not working since many days. It is difficult to track the policies and give good service to the clients. Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible.
              LIC site profile gender mention is incorrect, want to correct the same.

              I am female but gender mention in the profile is male.

              I am having 6 LIC policy among which only one policy is getting register in the new portal else other are only getting open in old portal.
              Now if want to add new policy it is not getting added also.

                When i try to create a new user, in the registration form, the condition for date of birth

                "the date in this field must be equal to or before 19/02/2000"

                This condition makes no sense as the policy holder dob is post 2000.

                Please advice how to overcome this problem.
                Because of this i am not able to pay policy premium.

                Sir i beg to say that i have three policy in lic whose policy numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected] i want to close my account
                After the recent change on lic portal, my gender is updated as male instead of female, due to which i am unable to add my other policies due to gender mismatch . even i mailed '[protected]@licindia.com' to change my gender. No response.
                Kindly, Assist.
                This is inform you that i have old login id and password but do not open new in customer portal . so please give me solution that i have open customer login to new customer portal with old customer id and password

                  I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that i have submitted original policy[protected] along with discharge form duly signed by the under signed along with attestation by the agent but your good office declined the payment & informed me that the payment already made on 14/09/2017 under the cancellation of policy due to coolling off of rs.10071.08 vide cheque no 7880 & the same has been cleared on 17/09/2017.

                  Please note that i have not received any payment against this policy till now and original policy is lying in my custody.

                  Hence, you are requested please investigate who is person took the money because i have not received any amount from the lic, sodepur branch till to this date & i am neither claim against this policy previously. So the question has been raised that original policy was lying in my custody, how it is possible to made the payment in absence of my policy.

                  Please look into the matter and to take suitable steps against the person who took the cheque for fraudulent encashment & immediate arrange my payment against the original policy and inform me accordingly at the earliest possible otherwise matter will be refer to our police station.

                  I am attaching herewith lic/sodepur branch, information report for your needful.

                      Complaaint lodged on 15.02.2018 with complaint no.[protected] closed without attended to. This is blot on customer service of a reputed organisation. Complaint not solved and to closed is one type of harasment also. Documents submited as per letter personally and with a request to check the document and there after documents submitted. Next day telephonic msg. Documents are in complete.
                      Original policy with bank letter stating cancellation our our assignemtn for lic policy was also submtted. Copy attached. I am 59 years old and suffering from cardia ailment. I therefore request you to call required documents from bankn through email which is sbi.[protected]@sbi.Co.In . Pleasse advise me bank account number in which i credit amount of rs.118/

                        I am Mukesh Kumar Singh. I have given cancel request for my policy no.[protected] on 17-Nov-2017.

                        I wanted to raise a complaint against fraud which is happening in Patna LIC Branch-2 Jeevan Ganga, , Fraser Rd, Patna. As it is a very serious issue and insiders are involve in that.

                        My Policy has been done at Patna LIC Branch-2 Jeevan Ganga, , Fraser Rd, Patna, Bihar 800001

                        The issue begins from the day I have signed the document. I have signed a document for one policy which was single premium payment and for the same I have give one Cheque also.

                        As suggested by agent not to fill policy name in the document for avoiding any kind of mistake, So I left it blank. Actually it was their tricks to not to fill the form your own so they can do their fraud, and they did it.

                        My one form and one cheque got into two policy’s, without informing me. they divided my funds in two policies. Their fraud did not stop here whenever I asked for receipt for policy bond and policy paper they keep on telling, it will come after three months only. I asked other agent regarding this and they said its not take this much time, policy comes within 15 days to your resident address.

                        I visited the Patna Branch-2 office for the same issue and asked for my detail. Then I found I bond has been taken by agent and another was missing(it was there..but they shows it is missing).After waiting for 3 hours they gave my policy. As soon as I got I meet with Branch Manager for complaining this issue. and he said to give a request for cancel this bond.

                        At the same time I have submitted all the documents like:
                        1.Bond Hard Copy
                        2.Written Application
                        3.NEFT Form
                        4.Cancel cheque
                        5.Policy No.[protected]

                        Its been a three month now and I have been continuously taking follow up from my agent about my policy. But as they have decided not to refund my fund because of some fraud they have done in my policy.

                        I have meet to Patna Branch 2 Chief manager also regarding same issue and he assured me about getting my refund. But then also no progress in that.Every single day they keep on giving different stories and excuses which is not at all believable.

                        I have sent many mail on [protected]@licindia.com for this regards then also they are not responding to my mail.

                        Note:I have all the mails wich I have sent to them for above issue.

                        LIC is such a reputed company, it is disheartening to know that agents are doing fraud with customer.

                        I request this forum to pay some heed towards my issue. Many people like me must be suffering.

                          Hi, when lic starts online services that time only respective person only get online a/c. Now i want to deregister my wife's online account a/c and to be registered under my online a/c.

                          When trying to register her policy no under my user, it complaining the policy has already registered under another user and i am not able to delete or deactive her policy / online account.

                          wrong dob update in lic records

                          Sir,
                          I have lic policy no.[protected] in which lic authorities entered my wrong dob while entering into their system at the time of creating the policy in the system. My dob in the lic computrised records is 15/07/1977 but my correct dob is 15/04/1977 as per doucuments provided during creation.
                          Due to this i cannot able to link my aadhaar card and pan card for this policy. So it is requested you to correct my dob as 15/04/1977.br...

                            Hi all,
                            I took loan with the interest rate 10.01 and it was fixed till 2 years. Its now 3 years for me and when i checked my current loans current interest rate its 11.75 now. This was not even informed me and from last one year i am paying huge interest which i was not even aware. This is not the right way to treat customer. Explain me the reason for sudden changes or else i need to take it further for actions.

                              I am registered customer of lic, and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but in vain.

                              When tried to pay directly without going to "registered user" again telling that policy and other details not matching.

                              What for these people are for? Nowadays every body is paying online. It is a shame on lic for not making their online portal customer friendly. They are making the online payment cumbersome. They are linking every thing to the payments page (Policy no, date of birth, mobile no etc) and if anything mismatches payment cannot be done.

                              Why they want to verify all data, afterall they want money for the policy number, that is the only key data required. Let them check other private companies online premium collection

                                Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as female instead of male

                                When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't able to add it because my profile gender is mentioned as female.

                                I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
                                Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.

                                Please let me know how can i update these details.

                                    Lic has updated into a new portal which is completely unuseful & invain.
                                    In the old portal premium paid statement for the year shows all the policies of the policy holder in a single sheet which was assessable which policy is due but now in the new portal first of all it is not possible to log in. On trying log in it says "data intered is not maching with our record." if trying to signup new account then it says "already have an account."
                                    Thus we nither signup a new account, nor sign in into existing account. So now we all will have to go to branch offices for every minor thinks relating to our policy.
                                    This is what a great example of my hounerary prime minister's dream of digital india.
                                    I request the authorities that if they feel all above are shameful, please update the portal with the previous version and make the portal customer friendly.
