    Sir, in the above product of lic there is a provision to tender a anual premium in advance. On this amount lic gives 10.5%interest and adjust this amount with interest in next unpaid due premium.in above policy i have deposited amt equal to a anual premium in advance in the month of 11/2016 for the next unpaid premium for the month of 11/2017. But lic has neither adjusting the above amount nor taking amount for further due premium in the month of 12/2018. I have visited branch office shivpuri comes under division office gwalior of central zonal office bhopal (M. P.). No body is serious about the policyholders services and no one is taking interest towards solving the problem from bottom to top in the institution of lic of india.

    This is false. Problem is as it is. This type of practices are also highly objectionable that with solving the problem, the concern person is changing the status of problems As RESOLVED. neither LIC given any information about what they doing in the matter nor satisfactory answer.

    I do have existing LIC policy[protected] which I tried to add in LIC portal in my login. But it gives me error "Gender not matching with profile"

    My profile gender is Female. I am not sure why it does not match.

      My license no 4531883 of lic of india bearing code no 2619-58h, i am not working since last 3years & above. But license is showing in irda portal. Now i am working in another insurance company as a sales manager. But by 5th of april 2018, i came to know that it is showing in irda portal. It is now answerable to my current company.
      Request you, kindly remove my agency code from irda side.

        I wanted to draw your attention towards the bad facility of lic company of (282) bo-i vishwabandhu complex raghav nagar, deoria 274001. My policy number is[protected] whose maturity date is on 19/03/2018 but yet the money haven't reached in my account. My agent's agency code is 05731282 to whom i had been submitted my all documents such as aadhar no. Etc.
        So, my request is to you to please provide the maturity money on my account as soon as possible. And strictly take some action about this delay.

            This to bring to your kind attention that i have invested in lic vide policy no.[protected] and[protected] for 12 year term under sum assured of rs.70, 000 each.
            In this regard i have sent speed post to chief manager, sodepur branch. However there is no reply from his end.
            It is quite dissapointing to note that i have got a profit of rs.6130/-each which is after 12 years term. I have received payment of rs.44, 491/- each despite sum assured is declared is rs.70, 000. This is shameful and a big blot to your scheme.
            When you talk of sum assured then you should give sum assured plus bonus and this is exactly what was explained by your representative.
            Please do not take it otherwise i was planning to esclate this issue to various newspaper so that our citizen should not fall prey to lic.
            Kindly consider the matter urgent. Looking forward to your valuable response.

            i have not received my LIC pension for March 2018 till date. My employee no 68192. retired from Wipro in the year 2017. Generally I get the same on 1st of every month.

              I have two different user id of lic with two different policies under them. Now while updating the aadhar no. And pan no. Online in these user id's one of the user id is not updating because of giving the remark already the same details have been updated in other user id. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me to club all the policies under one user id.
              And i tried the auto fetch and merger but its shows error message of data mismatch.
              Please recitfy this problem

                Amount rs 30 lakhs was sanctioned to me vide application number/file number [protected] dated 06 oct 2015, however, in december 2017 this loan was transferred to pnb hfl through cheque no "180098"[protected] dated 20/09/2017 for an amount of rs 25 lakhs (While balance amount of the loan was above 24 lakhs exact amount not known on the date of submission of cheque) which has already been debited and now my emi is being debited to pnb hfl.

                Ive complaint many times on customer portal through login and used to get feedback ack number (Last time it was req-ni-000009) but no response.

                Please expedite the issue and return my documents as well as my balanced amount.

                  I am Mahesh Shelke, nominee for the two LIC policies ( Policy numbers: 1.[protected] & 2.[protected] of my mother Sumanbai Shelke.
                  Unfortunately my mother is no more and I did surrender the policies to Chalisgaon branch on 27-Feb-2018 with the bank details of mine.
                  As we all are humans and we do mistakes, so I did. I had given the details of closed account and unfortunately I did realize it too late and by the time I realized it, the NEFT was done by LIC to the mentioned account. I am sure this transaction would have failed since the account is closed by the bank.

                  As soon as I realized my mistake, I did visit LIC Chalisgaon branch on 16- March-2018 and provided fresh documents (bank details of active account which is Cheque xerox as a proof) to Mr. Nikam from claims department. He had told me that within 8 days, I will be getting the expected amount. So far, I haven't received the same.
                  Please help me asap.

                    Tried to register a new user to the lic portal using the policy number provided by lic in the policy document, not able to register as the portal shows the error message "the entered id does not match with our record please try again". Tried multiple times, but the same error is shown. I am sure the policy number is correct. Have sent a mail to the portal support, but have not received any response yet...

                    I have already an existing lic account but now its telling invalid user id which i was using till last year without any issue. I heard its due to kyc update. But now when i try to re-register always its gives the same error pop-up invalid policy number. What kind of crap is this. There is no proper validation in this site. How can i trust in such kind of portal for the premium payment security.
                    What could be the solution. Any help on this.
                    Note : the same policy number without login i am able to pay the premium without any issue

                    I used to do online payment from old portal. However it seems that since new portal has been started i can't login.
                    I have already emailed multiple times to [protected]@licindia.com, but these guys are not replying to my emails.

                    Please migrate my data from old portal to new portal.

                    Due to your lack of response i have to bear the late charges while paying premium

                        The premium for my policy[protected] was rs 12040.
                        Due to some auto registration of my policy the payment has been made twice once each from icici bank and the other from hdfc bank on dec 26th 2017.

                        I request you to check it from your end and reprocess only one of the payments and auto credit any one of the payments done.

                        If you see only one transaction, then provide me the details as from where you got the payment (Icici or hdfc) and i will work with my bank to revert the transaction. However, both my accounts are showing debits of rs 12040.

I am interested one of the policy shown by him.in this he told me that i have to deposit 34000rs every year till 16 year.in the benefits i will get 3 lacs mediclaim plus 4.5 lacs lic money. I had purchased the policy on 15/10/2017. My policy no. Is[protected]. But still i have not the bond paper of lic. He what's app me only the one paper, not provided the bond paper & mediclaim benefits. Neither he pick my phone. His name is jagjeet & his agent code is 06345211. Please do needful at yours ends. When i have approach to lichfl why my rate of interest is not being reduced since the current rate of interest is @8.35%. They asked me to pay rs.11800.00 as processing charge. Please help me

                                    Its bring to your kind knowledge that myself varsha sarawgi having a lic policy with the product name of jeevan saral with various policy numbers premium amount

                                    For the above mentioned policies i have paid the premium amount of rs. 156056 via cheque o[censored]nited bank of india and cash on 30/10/2014.
                                    The cheque was collected by fac agent of indian overseas bank and it was cleared on 01/11/2014 as per our bank statement.
                                    The payment was made to lic of india which is shown in the statement after one and half years i came to know that the above mentioned premium is not credited to my respective policy numbers as it shows that there was a fraud with me due to which my policy is lapsed but after several reminders to the lic department of bilaspur chhattisgarh cab branch magarpara and bo branch vyapar vihar bilaspur there was no proper response till date.
                                    Further i am facing lot of mental, physical and financial loss due to which i am suffering from medical illness.
                                    Further i want to inform that the parties involved in fraud according to my knowledge are as follows

                                    Further i want to revive my policies and want a compensation of 5000000/- for mental harassment.

                                    I was a registered user of your old portal but now I am not able to login to the site. not even able to register as a new user.
                                    I have 3 policies, i have registered for them,
                                    however i am unable to do a policy registration
                                    i gives me an error:- not registered, although i am registered.

                                    Could you please assist me with this?

                                      I have purchased to policy in march 2010 in wealth plus (Plan 801) that matured in march 2018 but maturity value paid are very lower to highest nav during the period as per policy term.

                                      Ask lic but they told we are doing nothing it's system generated.

                                      Please help to release my money.

                                      Lic not responding to my calls and when visited their office told we cannot do anything it is system generated

                                      yes lic is cheated on wealth plus plan, when premium due on 1 days then lic fine 8% but my wealth plus policy is close 8/5/2018 but still not give my policy payment yesterday i received message 74000 rs is your policy i pay 60000 for it and my policy sum assured 1, 00, 000...now a day not trusted any one lic is first on invest money, my contact no is [protected] and surat gujarat

                                        Annuity payment from lic would come regularly for the last 4 years but this year 2018 it hasnt come and normally it comes in the month of jan.
                                        Appreciate if you can look into this matter and expedite the payment as quickly as possible.
                                        Annuity payment would be rs 17367/- and the annuity no is given above

                                        I got it resolved through an agent of mine who checked and found that they wanted a Life Certificate, after giving that its resolved. LIC needs to communicate this before stopping the payment.
