Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as female instead of male

When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't able to add it because my profile gender is mentioned as female.

I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.

Please let me know how can i update these details.

      Lic has updated into a new portal which is completely unuseful & invain.
      In the old portal premium paid statement for the year shows all the policies of the policy holder in a single sheet which was assessable which policy is due but now in the new portal first of all it is not possible to log in. On trying log in it says "data intered is not maching with our record." if trying to signup new account then it says "already have an account."
      Thus we nither signup a new account, nor sign in into existing account. So now we all will have to go to branch offices for every minor thinks relating to our policy.
      This is what a great example of my hounerary prime minister's dream of digital india.
      I request the authorities that if they feel all above are shameful, please update the portal with the previous version and make the portal customer friendly.

        I am Shreyas D Dare. I had applied for LIC Term Insurance policy in the month of August 2017 Plan code: 823.My proposal number is 2452.
        I am a resident of Ahmednagar, Maharashtra (Hometown) and currently serving in HCC Ltd posted at Bhutan Project (Current residence).I had submitted all the documents required for the policy and under gone all required medical tests. I had given a cheque amounting
        to my annual installment which is already encashed in the month of August 2017 of which receipt is attached herewith.
        I have been continuously taking follow up from my agent about my poilcy.
        In the month of September 2017, i received a query requiring additional documents. I have resubmitted my passport, salary slip, work permit of Kingdom of Bhutan and my journey tickets to India along with invoices. After
        re-submitting all the documents i was informed that my policy can not
        be sanctioned due to requirement of additional medical test.
        In the month of December 2017 i had undergone additional required test.
        But still now there is no decision on my proposal. I had again submitted all required documents, my Bhutan Bank statement, salary slips etc.
        LIC is such a reputed company, it is disheartening to know that term policies usually face such problems because it is a relatively cheaper policy than other types of investment policies, which are sanctioned immediately and involve large installments.
        I request this forum to pay some heed towards my issue. Many proposals like mine must be suffering.

            Some stupid people in management decided to get points for decommissioning old website (Which was doing good) and came up with new website which is full of bugs.

            I've tried so many times to make payment and site crashes. And then these buggers will charge for late payment and at times do not allow online payment from site after sometime, which means go to lic office.. Stand in queue for hours and some old people at counter will take hell of time.

            The only company in world where people want to pay money and they just trouble customers.

                    In this connection, I have checked by Banker -Axis Bank about the payment of these policies. According to my bank, they had already paid the premium Rs 2802/- on 28th Nov, 2017 against both the policies thru ECS & detail are as under:-

                          I am sujata chakraborty. On 6/2 2018 i paid my lic premium online. The amount-21, 412.18/ (Got deducted from my axis bank account twice same amount). Policy no[protected].
                          I check with my bank guy, they said its already deducted from my account to lic account. So lic company only can give me back the money.
                          I got confirmation from lic for the payment. But that is for one.
                          Please resolve the issue as soon as possible and give me back the money.

                            On 23/01/2018 i registered for premier service vide request number[protected], for the past 13 days the status is still showing as published, but till now it shows 'required premium service registration' in premier service section, in status showing under process, as mail came on 24/01/2018 saying within 4 working days you will get confirmation mail, but till 06/02/2018, no mail has came. After this i did same thing on 01/02/2018 for my wife, she got confirmation mail within 2 days & premier services started for her.
                            So please resolve issue. Please accept or reject the request. Please dont keep under process for so many days.
                            Once it is resolved i am awaiting to use the premier services. I am not able to use premier services due to this.

                                    I am not able to pay the premium in online i have tried many things but nothing is workable. This problems started after lic migrated to new portal.
                                    My policy number is[protected] because of this i cant able to pay my premium for past two months and they put fine for late payment.
                                    How i will be responsible for late payment fine when your new portal is not working properly?

                                    It's always giving an error about "your user doesn't exist" which is incorrect. I paid my last premium successfully with the old LIC portal.

                                      I have few LIC Policies, which I wanted to enroll for my Employer. That is going to be linked with my Organizational Portal.

                                      In the LIC Portal, (http://www.licindia.in/), to enroll all the policies for employer, it is mentioned that we have to select Enroll for Employer Link. But the link is not present in the LIC Portal. Thus unable to link the policies with my organization

                                      In need to update it to correct value.
                                      Its an emergency i need your support urgently.
                                      I have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] on dated 09/01/2018,
                                      Rs. 1335.76/- through www.licindia.com without login, but i do not received any recipient till date and time. Rs. 1335.76/- debited from my account on same time.

                                      Pl do the needful.
                                      My policy No:[protected] in Market plus.. Want to know the status.date of commencement 28/02/2008. Maturity 28/02/2018. Sum Assured Rs.50000/-

                                        Hi,
                                        Please deactivate e service under policy number[protected] asap.
                                        I has to add on my existing i'd but wrongly it was made separately.
                                        Plz create a pop up where customer can deactivate there e service as well like others provide doing.
                                        It was really ridiculous to complete 350 word for complain something.. People don't have so much time for given exam here, plz be professional on every aspect
