I am kumari ragini from chittaranjan, West Bengal.Rs 4832.3 is paid by me on line for premium of policy no[protected] on 06/09/2017but receipt is not generated.This is undesirable, discouraging people who opt for cashless transaction and also defeating the govt.policy of cashless transaction.

LIC portal is not working last few days. No action on from LIC side and customer facing huge problem to pay LIC premium through LIC portal,
