Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — lic old portal registered customer unable to login in the new portal

Im unable to login into my lic account through the new portal. The new portal says you can use old login details for first time login but upon logging in, the message returned is 'no user registered'.

This is very inconvenient s im unable to pay my premium as well as link my aadhar card. Im abroad and i get no responses from [protected]@licindia.com

I am unable to login to LIC portal.Once i enter all details and click on submit it shows error message "Your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. Kindly use User Id of old Portal if it is your first login to new portal; login through Email or Mobile permitted only for subsequent logins." I tried with my mobile number and Email also. but still shows same error. I sent to support portal as well but no response from them.

But i have not received receipt.

i want to login my account, but showing no match so click on 'forget the password' then I put detail and massage comes OPT is sent on your email id but didnt got any OTP since last two hrs more then 10 times but no otp got, this called Indian service???? i will suggest and demand my friends to withdraw polices and invest in else! I am alsom going to do same.

I am Patric Louis . I can not login to the LIC Portal old. Even I tried the following URL- https://services.onlinelic.in/LICEPS/Login/begin.do
But even after giving the LIC login credentials, it throws the error saying 'Page not found'.
Please help me. ...
I am old user of LIC having user name and password, now LIC upgraded their site and old username password does work in new system, wrote so many mails to LIC but no answer, called to customer care and no answer, even I wrote on web site also and answer comes "Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint" but no action, requesting to everybody please do not take any policy from LIC such a goof/stupid/careless insurance company..
Myself Asit Kumar Banerjee registered in LIC PORTAL, and included my three policy

all the three policies are appeared in new portal system.
but policy no[protected] can not be included . I am trying to include in new portal but showing wrong policy.
pl help in this regard.
Also I want to see the old portal system where all my policies were appeared now the old portal can not be opened . pl help
