Lic housing finance limited has the worst customer care in entire banking sector. I am a existing customer since 2010 and i have never asked for interest details as i had complete faith in them being goi having control on them. To my utter disbelief, when i enquired of the balance loan period, i found that its a complete cheating case. They are providing new loan at lesser interest and charging the existing customer at higher interest rate. The roi they have increased is more than what rbi has increased. When i complained, neither the area office is responding nor the regional office. Even the customer care department does not exist. Friends beware and compare with other banks the hidden facts before taking a loan from licfhl as after loan disbursement, they are totally different people and start the process of cheating on the pretext of existing market rate. I sk Reshma paid lic premium on 25/04/2017 through lic app using my SBI debit card.money debited​ twice. lic no(sk Mahaboob bi[protected]& my SBI account number is [protected].premium amount isRs 7270/. I made complaint in SBI they said to contact lic and submit proof for refund like cheque number etc
I Paid my premium vide payment ID LSBI[protected] on 01 Mar 18 online.However, the receipt of same has not been received till now. I request your goodself to sort out the matter on priority. please send the receipt on my e-mail : [protected]@gmail.com

    I have a policy at city branch-14 (Branch code-425), 23a/44x d. H. Road, kolkata under kmdo-2. Policy number[protected]Bima gold), sum assured-50, 000. Two times ihad god money back of 5000 but now i have received one intimation letter of survival benefit dated 03/01/2018 ref no-425/claims/survival benefit where it is written that rs-3924 will be transferred to my bank account for survival benefit. According to terms the amount should be rs-5000. Please look over this and reply.

      I have sent registered letter along with copy of policy document, aadhara & pan on 07.01.2018 for conversion of
      Monthly premium to yearly premium for lic policy no.[protected]
      (Jeevan saral). The same was received on 10.01.2018 at the lic
      Office, city br-ii, jeevan jyothi, desai cross, club road, hubli-29. On
      Personal enquiry the concerned officer has told me that he
      Has not received & no pending papers with him and not shown
      Any positive response. I enquired with the br manager about the same & he assured me to solve the problem shorty. But so far
      No favourable response from him. I request your good selves to
      Arrange for conversion of monthly to yearly premium on the
      Above policy and inform me yrly premium amount.

        I have availed a loan of rs. 18, 800/- against my policy no.[protected]Sss) on 25/05/1999 from your guwahati branch. The original policy was held by guwahati branch as northern against the loan. No repayment has been made against the loan. As the policy is matured now, i have claim the maturity amount after adjusting the loan amount to your tinsukia branch on 28/03/2017. Tinsukia branch is not agreed to settle my claim without the original policy. I have sent a copy of the loan sanctioned letter issued by guwahati branch to tinsukia branch, but till date no response has been received by me from their end.

          my brother got expired on 19th september and he was having policies with the lic
          we have recieved the half claim amount and my father is a heart patient and he is a senior citizen and after this much big tragedy of his son loss the morinda branch is saying him that he will get money tomorrow everyday this is same
          i am gonna put this incident in all newspapers and on social media now you gonna see me
          they should atleast have some mercy, rather than helping senior citizen in this hard situation they are making fun of him
          as i guess child loss is the biggest loss in parents life and after that he needs to beg to u guys for the claim why i guess that is his right.
          all documents are complete from last 3 months then why ?
          give me reason i am gonna file a case against lic and i gonna share this news with all newspaper and media not to get insurance from lic because staff managemnt is ###.
          some people are really nice in the branch but the person who is passing claim is BULL###
          i would say his son should die and he should feel the same what my father is feeling right now.

            My jeevan saathi policy not appeared in new portal for online payment. Policy no[protected]. While contacting customer care they told that policy holder name is madhavan and dob is my wife"s. M. Tamilarasi.
            Cc advised me to pay premium thro pay direct mode. I tried that also. But not possible. Please resolve this issue at the earliest to pay the premium.

              उपरोक्त विषयान्तर्गत लेख है कि प्रार्थी ने पेंशन पॉलिसी संख्या[protected] वर्ष 1998 में ली थी एवं पॉलिसी में विकल्प “F” का चयन किया गया था।

              इस संदर्भ में आपको अवगत करवाना चाहता हूँ कि जब ECS के द्वारा पेंशन देना अनिवार्य किया गया था
              तब मैं दिल्ली गया और यह पाया कि मेरे द्वारा आवेदन फार्म में विकल्प “F” का चयन किए जाने के बावजूद भी मुझे विकल्प “D” के तहत पेंशन का भुगतान किया जा रहा है। यह जानने के तुरंत बाद मैंने शाखा कार्यालय, CABI Jaipur DOI दिनांक 25.07.2017 को इस संबंध में पत्र द्वारा सूचित भी किया, परंतु उनके द्वारा मेरे पत्र के संदर्भ में कोई कार्यवाही नहीं करके उक्त पत्र को आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु मण्डल कार्यालय को प्रेषित कर दिया गया एवं इस संबंध में मुझे दिनांक 30.07.2017 को अवगत करवा दिया गया।

              मुझे अत्यंत खेद के साथ आपको यह सूचित करना पड़ रहा है कि न तो शाखा कार्यालय CABI द्वारा और न ही मण्डल कार्यालय, जयपुर –I द्वारा उक्त विषय में अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही की गई है एवं आज दिनांक तक भी मुझ प्रार्थी को विकल्प “F” का चयन किए जाने के बावजूद विकल्प “D” के तहत पेंशन का भुगतान किया जा रहा है तथा लिपिकीय त्रुटि का हर्जाना मुझे दिया जा रहा है।

              अत: आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि मुझे आवेदन फार्म में भरे जाने वाले विकल्प “F” के तहत पेंशन का भुगतान किए जाने हेतु आवश्यक कार्यवाही करके मेरे साथ न्याय करें ताकि भविष्य में मेरे बाद मेरे नामिति को पेंशन की राशि प्राप्त हो सके।

                The lic agent from jalandhar branch code 142, convinced me to go for short term policy of 10 years in 2011 & he did not provide any supporting documents. Incidentally i visited in lic branch in ludhiana two months back and came to know that the policy is termed for 33 years. When i reported the matter to the branch, they did not help. With the intervention of irdai, they accepted that i didn't get policy bond which should have been handed over to me before signing the document. Now i want to surrender the policy and want the losses of 25000 to be beared by the company. The number of my lic policy is[protected].

                  Understand that the portal has been migrated to a new site & has been upgraded too but it has created an issue for me as i am unable to link my other policy details as it is given me an error stating the gender is erroneous as per the policy.

                  My gender is a female while the profile is showing it as male which is incorrect. I am attempting to correct it but it is not allowing me to do so as thats a non editable field.

                  Request to please help make the required correction or please guide me to the correct who can be reached to get the rectification done.

                      I am continuously trying to login the customer portal of lic india. But every-time i am getting same message since few months that "your policy were not migrated due to data/technical issues. Request to please contact [protected]@licindia.com" (See attached photo). But fact is that i am never getting any revert from this mail id even after my 4 to 5 emails. Even my parent (Bo_205) branch is not supporting me on this issue.

                      I am afraid now, there could be a chance this so called lic india will tell me that i am not even a policy holder even after paying lacks of rs, since 10yrs.

                      Hope, i would get any support after writing over here.

                        Out of which policy number[protected] returns from lic for 2016 for rs 20, 000 has still not credited into my sbi account and also policy #[protected] returns from lic for 2018 as per the schedule given to me rs 40, 000 also not credited.
                        I’m paying my annual premium from 2006 without any delay.

                        Would request to look into complaint and revert me as soon as possible and credit my account without further delay

                            I took loan of 19 lacs with roi of 11.25 in 2012, and all these years had been paying emis against that roi. Lichfl never informed about reduction in roi.
                            Very frustrating. Will be approaching them for immediate reduction and arrears recovery.
                            Also what kind of institution it is which changes for roi reduction and no money for increment of roi, strange.

                                  I registered my LIC Policies and registeration was successful, next step if I try enrolled my policy under "http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/"for Cognizant, it shows error that I m not a registered user

                                      Hello Team,

                                      I try to register the same policy again but getting the error ''Invalid Policy Number".

                                      May I know the reason, why I need to register the policy again ? It's fault from your end that policy didn't migrated.
                                      I never seen this type of pathetic customer support team, although I am following from last 2 months.

                                      May I know the escalation matrix for the same on priority ?

                                      I am not able to add superannuation policy details that were already added in earlier portal. This is really digusting and mails sent to portal are gone into dustbin as there is no response.
                                      Worst experience so far.

                                        I nymphy employee at oriental bank of commerce have taken policy from your respective agent sh. Ashok kumar, he had firstly not discussed with me while issuing policy that he had divided my policy in 2 amounts, for which i have to pay extra premium nearly rs. 600 every month which means near about rs 100000/- for policy term. Then when i came to know about the policy term i have submitted for cooling of to bathinda branch, but the respected dealing person informed me that this policy is issued from rama mandi but so you have to submit at rama branch for cooling, but when i am from bathinda and even the agent not told me that the policy will be from rama mandi, why i go there.
                                        2ndly with due respect the chief officer there have listened to my complaint and have submitted my request there only and confirmed me that my policy will be cooled of from here only. I have submitted the application on 25th jan 2018 but till now i have not received amount in my account. I today also talked to sh. Gurjant singh the concerned officer talked to me very roughly they said i have not received the policy from rama mandi yet i can't do anything... Kindly guide me so that i can get my money back. I have paid 2 premium completely on issue and 1 premium is deducted from my account on 22nd feb. Kindly reverse my amount completely which any deductions.

                                        I cant get my policy Nos. details of Policy No.71878557,[protected], 70807673 and the system shows contact problems of old portal. When i tried to add the my policies mentioned above in LIC new portal, The system shows the policy detials in another user ID. Please send the reply to my email.id:muthupriya.[protected]@gmail.com
                                        I had paid my LIC premium online without login and my transaction ID is 20106452.I have not received any mail or receipt in my email(suvojit.[protected]@gmail).I tried to become a registered member but the mail with the user ID and password did not come to my email.When I tried to re-register myself it says "you are already registered".Please help.
