I am having agency code No.106187A with LIC Pratapnagar Vadodara Branch.
They are deducting every year above mentioned premium from commission payable to me without my prior concent. I have nos.of time objected for this diduction & refund my deducted amount.However thay are not doing so & in 2016 they again deducted.
In this connection they never informed me through my Development Manager or not through Email.
Kindly do the needful to get me refund More then Rs.13000/- deducted upto Nov.2016

          I paid online premium for policy number[protected] on 23/01/17.
          On first try to pay this premium online transaction failed was appeared.
          Later I tried again to pay the premium amount and it was successful.
          When I checked my account for balance I seen the premium amount was deducted twice with two transction ID's.
          Till date the refund has not been made to my account.
          Please do the needful asap.

              My LIC HFL Loan Account Number :[protected]. Sanctioned Amount 2810000, when I took the loan I have chosen Fixed rate for first 2 years for 10.1 % interest rate.Now the rate is showing as 11.7% (Floating) against my Housing Loan.As per LIC HFL revised interest rates w.e f 26.11.2016 - Last updated as on 26 November 2016 for interest type of Floating the interest rate would be 9.20%
              When I complaint this to LIC branch office they asked me to do below
              All loan applicants' have to give

              1. A request letter signed by all loan applicants

              2. Copy of photo ID & address proof (Originals will be required for

              verification) of all loan applicants.

              3. Promissory note(format available with LICHFL) to be affixed with Re 1

              Revenue stamp and signed by all loan applicants'

              4. Rewriting (format available at our end) letter to be signed by all

              loan applicants'

              5. Payment of Rs. 1150/- (1000+S.Tax) for rewriting charges has to be made by DD in favour of LICHFL

              Why should I pay again 1150 DD for this.? Its totally wrong.they have to change the interest rate as per RBI declaring before 3months.

              What is the best approach for this?

                Hi,

                I had paid my premium due amount of INR 40, 153 for my 2 policies on 27/1/2017. But I haven't received any receipt/acknowledgement for the same. The amount has been deducted from my bank account.

                The details of the 2 policies are as follows.
                LIC New Jeevan Anand (T.No. 815) with Policy Number[protected]
                LIC Jeevan Lakshya (T.No. 833) with Policy Number[protected].
                I request you to kindly send the receipts out to my email.

But till date the receipt is neither generated nor sent in my mail ID ([protected]@gmail.com).

Total I had paid 39475 on dated 14.01.17through net banking.but till I have not received my premium receipt through my e-mail. so I request you to enquire the matter.

                            Even though premium transaction against Policy No : 92xxxxxx successful, Premium Receipt not getting generated for the same .

                            Its Expected to be generated in three working days, now it's around 13 days still premium receipt not generated.

                            After successful transaction and if receipt not received withen 3 days, they ask us to drop mail against mails id : [protected]@licindia.com

                              Hi,

                              I have paid my LIC premium of Rs 13, 392.00 for the policy#[protected].
                              and the payment transaction id # is 14716744 paid on 19th Jan 2017.
                              Payment was successful but the receipt was not generated in the site and not sent my email [protected]@gmail.com

                              Please help me in getting the premium payment receipt to my email id [protected]@gmail.com which was provided during payment.

                                      में जनता से अपील करती हु की LIC वाले फ़र्ज़ी कार्य कर रहे है वो कहते है की हम केवल जीवित इंसान का ही क्लेम पास करते है मृत व्यक्ति का नहीं।
                                      वो ये भी बात कहते है की अगर सभी का ऐसे क्लेम पास करेंगे तो कंपनी घाटे में चली जाएगी और कहते है की हमारे पास भी ऊपर से आर्डर आते है की सभी का क्लेम पास नहीं करता है। हम क्लेम के लिए LIC ऑफिस गए तो वहां के अफसर हमारे पे हँसते है और हमारी मज़ाक बनाते है। (PLOT A-20 NANGI PLAZA OPPOSITE GANDHI NAGAR RAILWAY STATION ANITA COLONY JAIPUR 302015)
                                      LIC वाले कहते है अपने एजेंट से मिलो । ये भी कहते है हमने कहा था क्या बीमा करवाओ । एजेंट का नाम मनीष पारीक है एजेंसी कोड़ 11079325 जिनका मोबाइल न [protected] है

                                        I am Poonam. My policy number is[protected]. I have paid my premium on 12-Jan-2017 via online. But I did not get any receipt. It was written in the website that wait for 2-3 working days it will come to my mail. But it did not come.

                                        There is no email id given in which i can mail and ask what to do next.
