Dear sir i rajasekaran. R have 6nos of lic policies surrendered 10days back before they gets maturity.in which i have produced all the relevant documents for missing of bond and as per the lics terms and conditions. Though it is not yet credited or processed and no other information about the delay in process. While contacting branch manager there is no proper solution or guidance, hence i kindly request you to provide the legal aspects for further process.
