Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — received cheque for survival benefit after its validity period of 3 months. | |||||
It is with reference to the Policy No.[protected] of my son, Navneet Nayan. Yesterday(on July 16, 2018), we have received a Cheque no.-987769/ dated March 30, 2018 of Axis Bank Ltd for Rs. 10, 500/= as Survival Benefit by speed post (EJ[protected] IN). This Cheque is valid for 3 months only from the date of issue.As per details recorded on Speed post's sticker-this was posted on July 11, 2018 at 12:52 Hrs. How did it happen with a trustworthy organization like LIC of India that they have posted the cheque to the Policy holder after its validity period of 3 months? Survival benefit was due on March 23, 2018. It's already delayed by approx. 4 months. Needful may please be done at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir, I made an online payment of RS 5553 with payment ID NHMp[protected] and LIC order no.6500524 and payment date and time 10.07.2018, 9.13 and policy no.[protected] but didn't receive the payment receipt yet.please do the needful.
