I am a registered user on LIC old portal. but after migration process i am not able to login on new LIC portal. Kindly let me know how to proceed further.

I am unable to login in new customer portal. The old customer portal is not available. Worse thing is I complained about this issue through email several times. No reply till now. And local office at kolar branch code 303 does not know anything about this problem.
My premium is deducted through ECS. However, when I tried to download Premium paid statement through Customer Portal of LIC, installments for 2 months are missing in the statement. Can you please confirm, how that can be updated, I need this statement for income tax filing.
I have paid LIC policy Number[protected] for Rs. 1411.00 on 24/12/2017.
