I had ordered a dress from Limeroad but did not like the fit and hence returned it. It wasn't picked up by a delivery agent, but the site does not reflect the status as picked up and also the refund is not processed.

    I am getting unwanted SMS from LimeRoad site daily, I don't want this SMS alerts, this is really annoying. Last year also I submitted the same complaint here and it was stopped for some days, now they have again started sending me SMSs. Their website doesn't have an option for unsubscribing the alerts, Really Really annoying, just stop sending me Messages.

      I am receiving mostly alternate days four to five SMS form this Stupd Company LimeRoad. it makes me irritating. they stupids sending unwanted SMSs . Also they stupids not made any provision how to unsubscribed form their website from this kind of SMS. I do not receving such SMS continue. My contact No. is [protected]. They stupids sending SMS on this Number.

        I have ordered two tops from limeroad on 2nd May 2021 . It was expected to be delivered by 8th May 2021 . But now it is delayed and showing delivery by 19th May . It is not fare because I want it urgently at least by 12th May ... because m only relying on limeroad for the purpose . Please prepone my order. It is very urgent.

            I am not satisfied with the product and I have tried to reprder different product to adjust the LR credits but I am not happy with that too, the quality is cheap .
            Please initiate a bank account transfer .

              My mother had added a carpri pant on her cart in her name sucorin dias. The customer care of limeroad called hee n promised to be charged rs 740/- and they only ordered the same.
              1. After ordering they gave a message that it would be 826/-. We texted them back they said the charge would be 744/- because there was a free gift and she a regular customer.
              2. On receiving the parcel we paid 744/- of which 699/- rs. Was for Capri and rs 45/- was for "green na limeroad gold" WHICH IS NOT RECEIVED BY US".
              3. The quality of Capri was not good so my mother returned it back and requested for a refund of the same. But to our surprise, only 699 rupees are being refunded. The rest 45 rs. Will not be refunded back.
              4. I mailed them on my mom's email id [protected]@gmail.com but there was no response, neither the amount of rs. 744 is refunded back.
              I don't understand what was this GREEN NA LIMEROAD NA GOLD supposed to be and why was it chargeable if it was not delivered to us.
              Secondly, limeroad customer care agent called us up just to add a budern of money on our head. Because the item was just put in cart then why was it ordered with more charges for something not even explained to us
              So also, LIMEROAD DOESNT HAVE ANY CONTACT NO. TO GET IN TOUCH WITH AND WITH EMAIL ID ALSO THEY ARE NOT READY TO HELP THEIR REGULAR CUSTOMERS.
              instead of giving discount to their regular customers, they are charging even a higher amount.

                Today i ordered items from limeroad and paid through my google pay id whose upi id is [protected]@oksbi and transaction id[protected] and a total amount of 1087 was debited from my bank but there was no order placed in my limeroad account. I mailed to their customer support but they are not responding and even with the successful transaction i did'nt get any order number so i can't even complain them properly.

                            I ordered three suits which came separately. The final suit (Green colour) arrived on 14th January 2022 and it looked very different from the picture displayed on the website in terms of its colour, so I filed for an immediate return. I didn't even open it properly and it was picked up on the same day .

                            I haven't received my refund and every time I am given a new reason including allegations that I have changed the product.
                            First, I was told that the product didn't pass the quality check. That is absolutely false because I even returned the Limeroad packaging. I disliked the colour so much that i didn't even open it fully.

                            Then I am told that its a product mis match implying I have changed the product.
                            I am really angry and upset that my money is with them, the suit is with them and they are alleging me for sending something else.

                            The real problem was the mis-match between what they had shown and what they sent.

                            I want my refund.

                                Whenever I open Facebook your AD. pops in it is a great nuisance. I have even blocked it. Oneday will go without this nuisance. Then again same thing . Kindly stop the ads pooping in while we are seeing another page

                                  There was an offer like buy 2 and get one free. Order No was [protected]. I was get delivered one product where other two products were not delivered to me. Full payment has been done. I had sent email to their customer care and I was given Request No 1372368 and was communicated to get a response within 48 hrs. There’s no response yet. I hv attached the snapshot of the order. Though I hv received one product, it’s reflecting like all 3 products have been delivered. Which is NOT true. Kindly take necessary action and do needful.

                                  As per Limeroad recommendation, I had initiated LR credit to my bank account but the same amount hasn’t been credited to my bank account yet. It’s still reflecting in LR credits.

                                    I have placed an order of 2 kurthis on jan 12th 2022. I have paid through debit card. it said that the products will be delivered by 23rd jan 2022. so i have been waiting for the call of the delivery agent but i didnt receive any call. so i have tracked my order on 20 jan 2022 and it said that 1 kurthi was delivered on 16th jan which i didnt receive and the other kurthi's delivery got failed and refunded as LR credit which had an option to transfer to my bank account so i clicked that option and again another issue arised which is i didnt receive that refund in my bank account and the status of the transfer shows as completed. resolve this by completing that transfer to my bank account.

                                    for the first kurthi which says as delivered but i didnt receive the product, i have written mails to [protected]@limeroad.com for support but havent received any response and i didnt know what to do so now i have kept return through app hoping that the issue would be resolved.
                                    kindly look into the issues and refund all the amount of 2 kurthis to my BANK ACCOUNT AND NOT TO LR CREDITS.

                                      I ordered 02 Miss Rose Matt lipsticks ( Shade No. 2 and 3) against order no. 84316636. Which cost me Rs. 846.

                                      But I am very very disappointed to say that both the lipsticks were fake and not at all match the shade and packing I ordered. They do not have any shade no. On the packing at all.

                                      Now it's saying that I can return or replace the product.

                                      I am uploading the shade I ordered and what I got.

                                      It's a fake shopping app..don't trust it at all.

                                      I want my money back or the original and right product
