Limeroad order no. [protected] did 02/12/21
Out of 4 dresses one got cancelled by LimeRoad, One got delivered and Two dresses shown as delivered but i did not receive. I was travelling and on APP it shows delivered, once back home i Could not get two other products at my doresteps/security, when raised complaint no response from Limeroad as they mentioned their channel partner Shadowfax has already been delivered on 16th Dec. Shadowfax also not responding to whom they handed over/countersigned of person? Since last 8 days i am following up with LimeRoad heretohelp email ID but no positive feedback as whole order was prepaid and they do not bother now whether its actually being delivered to customer. Their customer service numbers are all autogenerated and none of the customer service representative attend calls to here our problem and to resolve.

Complaint marked as Resolved My complaint has been resolved by Limeroad by paying refund of non delivered products. Thanks lime road and consumer portal.
