I’m hereby writing to say that, I tried to book sandals (https://www.limeroad.com/navy-synthetic-khadims-p[protected] today morning.

But unfortunately, the amount got deducted using Google Pay and the order was not placed. Please find the attachment for the transaction details.

I hope Lime Road is the best shopping website in responding to it’s customers and provides best shopping service all across the nation.

I request you to please look into it and kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Two of my orders are not delivered whereas it's showing as delivered in the app.

I have returned your products and for refund i selected the bank account but its get credited in lr credits i don't want to shop anymore in that limeroad so i want my money back to my account.. Please kindly refund my money back

Limeroad is sending me unwanted SMS alerts daily, which is really annoying and irritating. Customers are not given any provisions to delete the account or to unsubscribe the alerts. I don't want this SMS alerts anymore and I want to delete my account from their database.

I contacted the costumer care through email but they are not helping too.

The above order (containing 2 tops and 1 jeans) placed on Dec 12th, 2021. Only 2 tops were delivered on Dec 25th while the jeans still not delivered as of today 29th Dec. The delivery date goes on extending to 24 hours or 48 hours and now there is no way to track the product from LimeRoad app.

Can LimeRoad pleas look into this ?

Returned a saree of 2772rs.
Its showing refund successful.
No money refunded
I dont want it as LR credit .i would like to get my money back into account .

Out of 4 dresses one got cancelled by LimeRoad, One got delivered and Two dresses shown as delivered but i did not receive. I was travelling and on APP it shows delivered, once back home i Could not get two other products at my doresteps/security, when raised complaint no response from Limeroad as they mentioned their channel partner Shadowfax has already been delivered on 16th Dec. Shadowfax also not responding to whom they handed over/countersigned of person? Since last 8 days i am following up with LimeRoad heretohelp email ID but no positive feedback as whole order was prepaid and they do not bother now whether its actually being delivered to customer. Their customer service numbers are all autogenerated and none of the customer service representative attend calls to here our problem and to resolve.

I have ordered 3 items via gpay but my order was not placed. Its showing no recent orders. I have paid Rs.899.kindly refund my money or place the order

I have shopped for more than 5 k and have returned few items, the website shows amount being paid successfully but I have not received any refund amount yet from Limeroad. I need a solution on this ASAP.

Hi I m nisha tripathi from allahabad I want to complain about lime road that I cant logout my account on limeroad someone fraud is making my account duplicate I'd and when I ordered something they theft offer gold membership discount and which dress I choose they make and sell its copies other costmer near me they chat on WhatsApp and they sell package of my dress which I had choose in it and I can't get dress which i choose and next morning I will see that dress in television which I didn't purchase yesterday and I'm trying to logout this account than I cant do that many cheap girls and ladies who is fraud who is in my background has theft my account and doing modeling of dress which I choose and I had wearing in past they all are fraud who is spoil my hole life my teaching job my singing my selfies my fb account my moj account and my all things they don't doing any job anywhere and and spoiled my all things they don't have any right to show their face... and Gold card I purchased i don't received it they tell me that it is for online use only and this is not any card which to receive .

Limeroad company is not responding to my mails and I want to speak with them.

I ordered clothes worth INR 2500 through UPI on 9th September 2021.
The amount was deducted from my bank but no order has been placed.
I have proof of transaction for the amount deducted.
Moreover, I was shocked to see that there is no complaint or grievance redressal email address give on your website!
