Limeoad assured 50% cashback for the order no.-[protected] rated rs.1280 as lr credits. Order was delivered on 18/01/2020 (Saturday) and lr credits will be credited after 7 days of delivery and its not yet credited. This lr credits will be expired by feb 2.
This is cheating. They are advertising something that they cannot do. They even do not have a customer care executive. This is dissapointing.

    Hi,

    I have ordered 4 pieces of shoes from limeroad. After which i have received 2 shoes for which i like the quality but for one men shoe i did not like the quality and it was defective one as well so i have put request for return for 2 set of shoes for which i don't like the quality. For total 4 shoes i have paid 3287 from which 50℅ cashback i should received it as per their offer. But as i have return 2 products for which quality was not good and defected one so the have processed return and i have received 1648 amount as refund. But for other 2 shoes which i have accepted the order thay are not providing me 50℅ cashback. As per them i need to keep all 4 items then only i will be eligible for the offer and then will receive cashback. They are charging double rates on every product but as they were offering 50℅ cashback so i have ordered it but now when customers service people saying i will not receive cashback then i have paid just double amount for those 2 paid of shoes. Total cost for those shoes on other site is 1000 but i have paid 1640 rs for them. This is not fair.in policy it is not mention that if you don't like the product still you need to keep it as your 50℅ money will not refund. If you will return any item. So customer will be in loss and company will be in profit. As they are getting double money from customer.

      I have got a post from limeroad addressed from kolkata. In that letter says that I won a lucky contest worth prize 10 lacs and asking me to pay a certain amount to withdraw it..It has a coupon code to redeem also..Seems like a real company offer. But when I googled limeroad customer care and asked them about it they denied it.

        I ordered a product in limeroad, for which i got 50% lr credit (I knew it before ordering) after 7 days of product delivery. Here itself the fraudulent started. If we return the product in case of any damage which is lr's mistake, we should wait for more days. Even after 7 days i waited, the validity of the credits given was only 10 days. I checked after only 1 day of receiving the credit, i found it zero, when i put another order. There is no trace of the credit whereabouts. What kind of stealing it is? It is totally unprofessional and cheap activity.
        Another thing is, now i was ordering a product for which they have notified me buy 1 get 1 offer, and when i look for the free product it is totally irrelevant to me as all products are for opposite sex. Can i go legally against my credits stolen by limeroad, with screenshot, email details?

          I have ordered two coat from limeroad during sale period but seller sent cheap quality different coat so, i returned the order. After the return done, they are not initiating my refund and denying with the fact what seller has sent. Pickup of product was done already. But they are not refunding my money which is approximately 8000/- it's a fraud. It's been more than 20 days since my refund is pending please help me in getting my amount back and limeroad should bann such seller or delivery agent who are doing fraud and customer are suffering.

            My mom has purchased a kurti from limeroad and we received a totally different product. First of all how can you deliver totally different product. When we searched the numbers of customer care in line. Road the first few links are fraud people and have asked to enter upi details and have taken all money from bank. They had all information like orderid number. They have taken around 11000 from my account. How the hell limeroad is not aware. Of fraud people who are using their name
            I have reported the same to customer care (Original) noone contacted me.
            Orderid-[protected]_2 take necessary action else i will go to court. This is all done by group of courier boys (Their mobile number is[protected],[protected] and so many other)

              I have ordered 2 shoes from your site limeroad, i have received one of the shoes on jan 7th. I got the notification over the mail and messages and the status on the limeroad dashboard as well.
              But i haven't received the second shoe which is ballerina product. I had spoke with the customer support as well they were saying it got delivered by 10th of jan, but i haven't received any kind of proof for the delivery over message or mail. Delivered status is showing only on the limeroad dashboard.
              Now am raising this as a complaint since today only i came back from abroad. Also, the delivery person from the limeroad has not entered to our community on 10th of jan since we need to approve the person before entering in to the house.
              Note: i have checked nearby houses as well. Do let me know whom the delivery person has delivered.

                We got fraud of 40, 000rs amt from limeroad.
                The money is transfer bhim upi to paytm. The paytm account honour of rupali bibi. The amount had been deducted two times 20, 000 and 20, 000. The transaction no. Is :-
                1.) upi/[protected]/p2v/[protected]@paytm/rupali bibi
                2.) upi/[protected]/p2v/[protected]@paytm/rupali bibi.
                The cash amounting rs. 40, 000/= had been withdrawn illegally by an online shopping company (Limeroad) on dated 29.12.2019.

                  not able to change delivery address of my order

                  I have ordered a product yesterday from limeroad and trying to change delivery address as i have given wrong delivery address but not able to change it for the same order in my order section of my account and also i am not able to cancel the order.

                  Please resolve it as soo as possible because orders is going to deliver in next 2 days on that wrong address....

                  Hi, my daughter has ordered a kurta, whoch is in pink colour printed which was attracti e, but now she is not liking pink colour due to some reasons so i dont want that order to be delivered to my home .So please make sure that the order is cancelled and will not be delivered and i am not willing to pay money for that order .So please please cancel my order

                    Today i ordered kurta set from limeroad brand name janasya.. I have completed my payment by debit card. But didnt get any confirmation. Got below message in which transacation no and reference no is given:

                    I have ordered a top which was large for me so I requested for exchange. My top was picked by agent and then they told me the other one will be delivered soon. Till now the order has not come . I tried calling the customer service . They are not even picking up my call now after registering my complaint.
                    Ordered Green Salwar suit materials unstiched under Buy1 get 1 offer and received only one set materials. Poor quality not cost worthy. No conditions shown when ordered. Fake sale. Only gimmick. I am in working in a corporate sector. I'll never recommend Limeroad online shopping anymore. Worst service.

                      I ordered three comforters and i received just one product that too a wrong product, got a jeans instead of the three items i ordered. And all the items are marked delivered. I returned it the next day and got refund for just one product. December 21st 2019 a day after i received the delivery i raised a complaint and since then i have been calling them every alternate day but they are not resolving the issue. They are just saying we will investigate and get back, allow us 1/2 days. This is the reply i get every time i call them. I have a cctv footage of their delivery boy delivering a small packet instead of 3 comforters. Also there was no invoice with the delivery. Please help me resolve the issue.

                        I have got a letter from limeroad pvt ltd (Address - nlni ranjan avenue, basantala saha road, new alipore, kolkata -700053).
                        It mentioned that i have won rs 1 lakh and a coupon which when i scratched was showing won - rs 10 lakhs.
                        There was a code and helpline number where i had to call and provide the code name. Post calling in that number i found that it is from west bengal (Via truecaller) but the main office is in gurgaon, which was suspicious to me.
                        I called in that number and the individual asked me send the bank details, ifsc code and branch name. I immediately called the customer care to confirm the same to which the customer care told me that these are fraud calls and no such offers are provided by any other city or numbers. If there are any then the same will be mentioned in the site itself.
                        However i was told not to share any such details since the address mentioned in the letter was limeroad pvt ltd which is not the actual address of limeroad.
                        I would request and suggest to catch hold of such fraudsters since they must be fooling people and causing bad name to the company.

                            I bought a two cottinfab maxi in buy 1 get 1 free offer, i don't like material so returned it my dresses were also picked but now in the evening after giving all bank account details they show refund failed in my account.
                            I need my 1018 rs back at any cost. Iam a middle class woman its my hard earned money... Kindly help. I do not know what is happening they clearly mentioned that return is possible and i will get my refund asap. Iqm really unhappy with their service.. I request the concerned authority to take action asap, otherwise no one will buy from limeroad ever, im a regular shopper from amazon, flipkart and myntra, never faced such issues, hope limeroad too follows a fraudulent free policy and refund my money back.

                              Hi my name is swapna kar, i am a limeroad customer. Recently bought a dress from the website, when opened the package i found the dress to be missing. There were only papers inside it but no dress. I tried calling multiple times to limeroad contact number but no one is properly solving my issue.

                              I am a fashion blogger having a good audience base. If i post this issue to my social networks then i am pretty sure it will decrease the new customer trust on limeroad.

                                Limeroad not refunding my money for 3 orders [protected], [protected] and [protected] stating 10 days time they need for quality check etc, thiugh i returned product fir size issue. They promote every where hastle free return policy and now when i returned products on same day due to size issue, they are not initiating retund,. Kindly get my refund issue for 3 orders urgently [protected], [protected] and [protected]
                                They just say everywhere on their website etc hastle free return policy but never follows that and once you return their products they pick them up too and then dont refund u back giving excuses and buying time that our quality check tales 10 days and then we initiate refund etc etc. Then why they claim hastle free return policy every where when they have to take 10 days for further quality check followed by 7 days time for refund to be credited to account. They just make fool of customer. Kindly get my refund issued for all the three orders.

                                  I placed an order of 4 products from limeroad on 21st december 2019. I received 3 products from limeroad. 1 product is not delivered but on app it is showing delivered. My order no is 65177100. The product which i did not receive is bell sleeve gathered top by nandini fashions. The product code is 16339641. I contacted the customer care a number of times. But all in vain because i never got a reply

                                    Vinay product is ordered by hand in the middle of the shipping if you don't like it we cancel in other apps for online shopping apps but in your case it is not allowed and while coming also if we cancel the option is not available over here so please see the silly things made result year greeting very bad and i tried to cancel it for several times and because of not cancelling and i am suffering for this bank account
