Today i have received one article (Shirt) from limeroad. But due its bad texture as well as its roughness i donot like it. More i have another shirt of better quality.     Recently i had ordered a black poly crepe dress. My refund amount has been transferred to lr credit as refund mode. Since i had not selected this lr credit option, i am disappointed towards the transfer my money here. Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal bank account...

      I have buyed a shoes before 5 days and i paid money by using limeroad credit. As i was not satisfied with the size of shoes so i returned it, after returning i have not got my money back even not a single message that i will get it. I tried to call delivery boy he said call customer support, whenever i am trying no. Is wrong... Please return my money

        Dear sir/madam
        I here by notify that i purchased a product online but due to my personal reason, i cancelled my product by calling to customer call centre of your company, then he said that we have cancelled your product and said to me not to accept your product during delivery.

        But by mistake courier service put a message of product delivered. When. I have talked with the pick up boy & courier person (Mr. Raman, mob-[protected] & mr. Sunny mob-[protected]) and he says we have put your product and also cancel the product delivered message and send me a snapshot of this cancel request and product, which is attached below. I can also send you the call recording with the courier person if you require.

        I have clearly mentioned that my cancelled products are lying at your courier hub. It has been accepted by mr. Sunny who works at your courier hub. Now, tell me one thing if the cancelled products are
        Lying at courier hub after cancellation and no body is picking the cancelled items from there, how can you say that they are delivered

        After that when i talk to customer care for my further refund initiative then he said that we have forwarded your request for further process, but no such action action have taken place.
        I have ordered many products from other companies like flipkart, amazon etc but never faced such an issue ever.

        I am facing a lot of problem due to the mistake of company's employees and services and i am very regretful about this company.

        I want my refund amount as soon as possible otherwise i will lodge a complaint in consumer court.
        Whatever work you should have done, i have to do it. It should be a matter of great shame for you people.

            Lr credit query

              I wanna cancel this order as i've changed my mind. I searched for the cancellation of the order on the app all possible where. But i didn't find it. So had to google about it and i found this site. I hope this site works. I need you to help me with it. As i'll be going out of town. I can't receive the product.                 I submitted a complain that i don't want lr credits, limeroad sent me a message that click on the link and refund your money i clicked on it but when it opened it was a normal limeroad shopping screen and no option is coming of changing my lr credits to money.
                Pls tell me what to do after opening the given link, what option i have to choose to change lr credits to money.

                  I had placed an order on 21 st january 2018 - order num: 24547960i had placed an order on 21 st january 2018 and following up from last 3 months, they said the product is used and hence cannot be refunded, however to your information product was not used, it had a tag in it. I have been calling lr for last 3 months, but still response is same. When asked for dispatch they said courier charges will be applicable, i even offered that i can pick it up from their gurgaon office
                  I called today they said they'll dispatch the product but the courier charges are applicable plus charges cannot be paid in cash, they have to we paid through paytm / transfer in lr account.
                  First of all my i taking back my product, for that i have to pay courier charges, secondly they don't accept cash also.

                  This is high time lime road to get professional.

                    Hi i ordered a kurta and it was shown with so much animated effects but in reality was a #.. I thought to exchange rather than refund but i think it was a blunder by me to given them a chance and invested another 500 bucks and again second time product shown was totally opposite and i asked for my refund in bank but so harrsaing that no intimation of refund but instead showing refund failed... Is this the way to handle a customer who trusted you? Did i do some crime in ordering from lr... Immediately i want my refund and not lr credits at all.

                      I want my refund straight into my bank account against 2 orders.. I did nt even opted for lr credit option but i dnt know why i got refund in it.... Why the hell u make us fool by claiming u value our money as much we do... I just want my return back into my account anyhow asap!
                      Else m never gonna use this shopping app and also recommend everyone to not use it...

                          This is the second time I am complaining here for refund to my bank account through which i made payment which you have sent to limeroad credits instead of my bank account, no proper replyor action has been given or taken by limeroad customer care, transfer the amount to my bank account through which i made the payment immediately from LR credits if you will not transfer it then i will never shop on limeroad again, transfer refund from my limeroad credits to my bank account as soon as possible or i will go to the consumer forum

                            I returned my product and was expecting a money back but when i saw i got to know it was converted to lr credits i dont want lr credits i want my money in my account...                                   Limeroad service is horrible and their support is horrible, they delayed in taking the order and now they complaint that the return time is out and they cannot take it back. they also mentioned that for feature its your choice to order or not .                                       On feb 22nd i have self shipped the 3 items..
                                      1) black rayon top
                                      2) blue rayon top
                                      3) white cold shoulder top
                                      From last 1 month till date i am calling limeroad customer care for my refund but they say that within 24hrs or within 1 hr u will get a call from warehouse.. Means everytime whenever i call i hear this but till now warehouse team has not contacted me even one...
                                      In there return policy they have mentioned that within 15 days the product quality check is done... But i m case it's more 45 days till now my refund has not been issued.

                                        I recently bought a cotton top which was not good in quality. So i returned it. But unfortunately i put lr credit in return mode option. I want it to credit through neft. Can you help me out. I have used my credit card for purchasing that top. So according to your policy i have option of getting it back to back account. So want to change my refund mode to neft credit.
