Recently i had ordered a black poly crepe dress. My refund amount has been transferred to lr credit as refund mode. Since i had not selected this lr credit option, i am disappointed towards the transfer my money here. Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal bank account...

complaining about refund money

I have buyed a shoes before 5 days and i paid money by using limeroad credit. As i was not satisfied with the size of shoes so i returned it, after returning i have not got my money back even not a single message that i will get it. I tried to call delivery boy he said call customer support, whenever i am trying no. Is wrong... Please return my money

Lr credit query

conversion of lr credits to neft

I submitted a complain that i don't want lr credits, limeroad sent me a message that click on the link and refund your money i clicked on it but when it opened it was a normal limeroad shopping screen and no option is coming of changing my lr credits to money.
Pls tell me what to do after opening the given link, what option i have to choose to change lr credits to money.

Hi i ordered a kurta and it was shown with so much animated effects but in reality was a #.. I thought to exchange rather than refund but i think it was a blunder by me to given them a chance and invested another 500 bucks and again second time product shown was totally opposite and i asked for my refund in bank but so harrsaing that no intimation of refund but instead showing refund failed... Is this the way to handle a customer who trusted...

I want my refund straight into my bank account against 2 orders.. I did nt even opted for lr credit option but i dnt know why i got refund in it.... Why the hell u make us fool by claiming u value our money as much we do... I just want my return back into my account anyhow asap!
Else m never gonna use this shopping app and also recommend everyone to not use it...

I juz recieved an sms from limeroad which says my refund will be given on my lr credit.. I dont want my refund on my lr credit i want u to transfer the requird money on my bank account... horrible experience on return of my order

Limeroad service is horrible and their support is horrible, they delayed in taking the order and now they complaint that the return time is out and they cannot take it back. they also mentioned that for feature its your choice to order or not . I am not going to use limeroad for online shopping. this people are not fare to costumers.

changing of refund mode

I recently bought a cotton top which was not good in quality. So i returned it. But unfortunately i put lr credit in return mode option. I want it to credit through neft. Can you help me out. I have used my credit card for purchasing that top. So according to your policy i have option of getting it back to back account. So want to change my refund mode to neft credit....
