On feb 22nd i have self shipped the 3 items..
1) black rayon top
2) blue rayon top
3) white cold shoulder top
From last 1 month till date i am calling limeroad customer care for my refund but they say that within 24hrs or within 1 hr u will get a call from warehouse.. Means everytime whenever i call i hear this but till now warehouse team has not contacted me even one...
In there return policy they have mentioned that within 15 days the product quality check is done... But i m case it's more 45 days till now my refund has not been issued.

    I recently bought a cotton top which was not good in quality. So i returned it. But unfortunately i put lr credit in return mode option. I want it to credit through neft. Can you help me out. I have used my credit card for purchasing that top. So according to your policy i have option of getting it back to back account. So want to change my refund mode to neft credit.

My refund amount is in lr credits and i don't want your lr credits so please i am requesting to send it to my bank account. Please take my account details and send it to me.       I had purchased a large size colour shirt (Brand name - la seven) paying ₹723/-. Now, colour of the collar piece is faded during the first wash itself. The quality of the material is doubtful and i am afraid it will start fading all over during subsequent washing. I would like to request you to look into my complaint and arrange replacement of the shirt or refund of amount paid.

      Without my work the order has been placed in want to cancel that order I have already filed a complaint regarding it but no work has been done on it till now and I got a message again regarding the delivery of the product just now . so I want to cancel the order kindly cancel i am not in the state to pay for the order.

            Iam complaining it for the third time... I ordered a dress few daya back bt as i recieved the parcel the color did not matched at all to what was shown in the picture and i put the complaint very next day...                       Wrist watch received from limeroad is in bad condition - watch glass separated from watch.
                      Watch received on 7th march 2018 afternoon. After opening of delivered pocket - the glass of watch found in separated condition from watch.

                            I had ordered the product (T-shirt) few days back, i was shocked to see the product once after receiving it as it was completely different in terms of the color and pattern i had ordered.

                            Worst thing is the return policy, as immediately i had initiated the return request through app, calls.

                            I was continue receiving the msg that the guy has tried calling u but u were not reachable, till the time the days were not over as per their return policy.

                            Weird thing was that if i was able to receive the call to collect the other product delivery, then how come i was not reachable at the time of returning.

                            And the other bad part of lime road is that the customer care officer do not take the request sometimes.

                                My refund amount has been transferred to lf credit as refund mode. I had not selected this lr credit options, then why transfer my money here.

                                Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account.

                                Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad.

                                  Plse exchange my damaged yellow art silk saree for a new good piece not excepted such a damaged piece from limeroad as a regular customers i feel very bad negligence of limeroad towards customers. I wish limeroad should check my damaged saree and place for a new one its a purely negligence towards regular customers who buys on the trust of limeroad this is not proper one for limeroad to break the trust of customers after receiving saree when we mail to limeroad there is no proper response towards customers

                                  Hii... By mistake a dress has been ordered on cod basis..now I don't wish to do the cash on delivery payment..

                                    I had ordered a Black coloured printed saree and a Black and red faux Georgette printed saree but the money is not refunded to my bank account. This is the fourth time I am facing this problem . Either you return my money as soon as possible or I will take strict action against you.
