Then i have return/replace do it but i can do a one mistake that was i have done the replacement. Sir please cancel the item and i want a return money sir please.       I had placed online order [protected] on 7 jan 2018 but as on date i had not recived my order also the concern office had not given satisfactory answer regarding delivery of order and delay in the process.         I have ordered a denim jeans from limeroad and the product was wrong. I purchased that jeans by cod mode of payment. Then i returned that jeans. They sent my money as lr credit which i don't want. I want money in my bank account. Plese refund my money in my bank account. Its a humble request. I am a middle class person and i cant manage this loss. I need my money back...

          I recently had put 3 cloths on limeroad. No one contacted me to deliver the product but have got email stating that the orders are delivered. Not sure who collected or the mail was false? There might be chance that the delivery person has kept the shipment with himself.

          Have also tried contacting limeroad customer care but did not get the proper response. Hoping some positive response from here.

            I had purchased a biege coloured kanjivaram saree worth rs 2471. When i received the saree i found it not that glossy as in the picture and the fabric quality was not that good. So i returned it, the saree was picked up but i didn't receive the money in my bank account (Although they had asked my bank details during the return process).
            Now when i called the customer care i am told that it is in my lr credits but i didn't opt for it. I wanted the money in my bank account. This is not acceptable that you don't ask for my permission as to how you return my money. I want you to look into the matter and return my money in my bank account.

                My refund amount has been transferred to lr credit as refund mode. I had not selected this lr credit option, then why transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account... Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad.

                  Hi, i have ordered 1 dress, however i found it is suitable hence i returned, i was looking for the money to be refunded to my bank account otherwise i need to raise an complaint into police station. I don't want to understand any lr credits. I wanted to talk with customer care executive however i did not get any option in ivr to speak with them. As all is very disgusting hence i am lodging to complaint against limeroad.

                        This is in reference to the the blue patiyala dress material i bought from limeroad. I asked for return and the dress material was collected from me on 30th december 2017, however the refund was not made. And now the status of the refund shows: refund failed. How do i get my money back?
                        This is the first time i shopped from limeroad and the response i get is extremely poor. I want my refund.

                          We have buyed a product in lime road, as the product quality was very poor, we have returned the product, return request was approved and product was picked up, now the problem was in refund phrase, without our permission the money was credited into limeroad credits, we want to refund it in our bank account positively. But as it was not possible in the lime road to convert lime road credits into money in our bank account please help us to get our money in the bank account there was no option of bank account in the lime road profile we are unavailable to add bank account in the lime road please help us

                                I plaaced a order on 5th of december and wanted to return it but it got replaced plz get mi the money back through my bank account order no #[protected].
                                Also the pick is initiated on 12th of december. I found the lehenga bit low cost so i returned it, i request you to please refund my money than replacing it.                                       I have ordered three items from lime road. I have requested for return for all the three items and items were picked up too. During the return request, i chose refund amount to be transferred to my bank account which i used for payment.
                                      In my profile, it is shown that refund amount has been processed but amount is not reflected in my bank account though its been more than 10 days. Very disappointed with the service. It would be great help i[censored] look into this matter and make sure i get back my money.

                                        I have ordered blue denim dungaree and i wanted to replace it. But when i filled the bank details it showed bank number invalid and suddenly on clicking proceed i found that my refund will b through lr credits. I request you to please refund my rs.1299 in my bank account.
                                        I do not want any lr credits. Very dissapointed.
