I recently ordered a jeans and paid it by lr credits and debit card. The agent however was not able to get in touch with me and so the item was sent back. I then got a message stating that the amount I paid thru my debit card will be refunded in 7 working days but it didn't. I tried calling the customer care but it was pointless. I think the money is lost.

      Hello lime road, i placed the order for black viscose shrug, but instead of it i got black kurti, so i returned the product. The payment mode cash on delivery. Then i checked for my refundable amount and it seems like lr credit. I dont need this lr credit and i want my money back to my account.
      So kindly take my account details and refund to my account asap

        As i have purchased from lime road and the thing was not satisfactory so i refund it back.. But the money didn't come in my bank account and instead of that it get added in my lr credits and as i m not interested is buying gadgets from this.. So i want my money back in my bank account... And now 200 rs are deducted as i m not using that which is not at all satisfactry...

            My refund amount has been transferred to lf credit as refund mode. I had not selected this lr credit options, then why transfer my money here.

            Transfer it to my paytm account or

            Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account.

            Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad.

                  Where the hell is that transaction id!! Who the hell is managing the compliants and queries?? Are you taking your comfortable time to respond over customers griefs!! What if you guys returned something and not received your money??                       I have initiated a refund for a faulty product (Order number: [protected]) that was delivered to me. The material of the product is nothing as described online. Also, they have automatically changed the refund mode to lr refund instead of bank account refund.

                      The product was delivered to me and i am initiating this refund today itself. I don't think i should return the product till they change the mode of refund. I have seen several complainants here have not received their money yet.

                      I am never going to buy products from them. I just want my money back.

Really am very disappointed with limeroad after my first compliant i did even get a call from customercare!! What a nonsense service is this??                             I ordered a blue kurta palazzo set with jacket. Your delivery boy came on 3rd may to deliver this product but he said card payment cannot be made. Being a digital india this option is made compulsory by our pm. So i decided to get a cash because i wanted that product as early as possible but he said he will come next day. He should have come by 4th may but he didn't come and he is not even responding, not receiving calls. I am calling him since 4th may. What kind of service do you provide? You don't even have a cancellation option. His name is pankaj bharatwade [protected]. I request you to please take action against him. And help me get that product quickly

                              I had raised a return as well as exchange order on 1st may 2018. Since that day, every single day i get to know the parcel will be picked up by courier person with in next 24 hours and so far it never happened. Instead, to my great surprise, every following day i am receiving a sms of failed pick-up attempt by the courier person. The assurance of scheduled return pick up by next 24 hours and that never happened.

                                  I don't want refund as lr credits i want it as money in my bank account.
                                  Its really annoying i shared my account details for transfer of money almost 15 days back but it hasn't happened till now. Now a notification came saying these lr credits will expire by tomorrow noon. Does that mean if i haven't used these it will be wasted? It'll waste my money amount 2000rs.                                     I had raised a return as well as exchange order on 20th april'2018. Since that day, every single day i get to know the parcel will be picked up by courier person with in next 24 hours and so far it never happened. Instead, to my great surprise, every following day i am receiving a sms of failed pick-up attempt by the courier person. I am a work from home person and mother of a small kid; hence i stay at home 24x7. I have sent several e-mail to your customer service dept and everytime received a call with the assurance of scheduled return pick up by next 24 hours and that never happened. I am no more interested to exchange the size; i would rather go for returning all the products. I want a prompt and well-implemented action on this.
