My self vivek ahuja purchase product from limeroad. When i return the product due to wrong product. Pick boy come on my place and talk very rudely and unprofessionaly. I request to limeroad managment, lime road is not a big name right now in market, and delivery guys behave like owner of this company. When i tell to guy for receiving he tell i am not liable to give any receiving and throw the product. He says i am not take this product back...

I was purchase a grey kurti but its not like that which shows in the pic. I have already reqest to returning or refund but still no respose on till date.
Kindelly shorout my problem and picked up the product form my address.

A delivery boy who was delivering my product purchased from lime road used some bad words for me and he was too arrogant.
His contact no is [protected] and he was from xpbees company.
Please take action against him immediately.
He was trying to hit me once.
He has no right to argue with anybody with abusive words and so on. This is not acceptable at all. Kindly take immediate actions against that fool and teach...

I am receiving mostly alternate days four to five sms form this stupd company limeroad. It makes me irritating. They stupids sending unwanted smss. Also they stupids not made any provision how to unsubscribed form their website from this kind of sms. I do not receving such sms continue. My contact no. Is [[protected]]. They stupids sending sms on this number....

My refund amount has been transferred to lf credit as refund mode. I had not selected this lr credit options, then why transfer my money here.

Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad.

I had ordered a lenin shirt and black casual shoe on limeroad for an upcoming party at my place but due to some personal problem the party has been cancelled. Now as i dont require the ordered products i want to cancel them immediately and i may not be able to pay for it. I submitted this complaint as i'm having problem in finding the cancel option on limeroad so please kindly help!...

I had not given any consent about this. So please refund my money in my account from where i had made your payment.

Other online shopping apps never do so without customer's consent. They always refund money in the bank account.

I am unable to use my LR credits on limeroad. It shows that we can redeem all points while making payment but website automatically takes LR credit options. I'm unable to utilise full of 2000₹.

As per the website any purchase made above 1000₹ we can use all LR credits. Also product should not be clubbed with any other order. Even though not even single rupee I can use on the time of purchase.

I would like to transfer my lr credits to my bank account. I tried to do that but can't find the option. Please make the app easier to find that. I ordered dark blue denim jeans of 640/- rupee but i get lr credits instead of money back this is worst... Hi, i have made a return of rs1638/- and it is showing to be transferred to lr credit. I want the same money to my bank account. Please give me a link to take my account details for the money credit. Nowhere it is showing to give bank account details. If other all online shopping sites are returning money to the bank account, then don't lime road has the option?
