    I got a call from [[protected]]. The guy said he was from limeroad. He said that i have won tata Indica worth Rs 6, 25, 000 and either i can take this car or the entire amount will be credited to my account. He mentioned all the details of my current order.

    I understood that this was a fake call, but the main problem here is that he has all my address details and unaware what more details are available with him.

    Why is Limeroad not taking action on how people are fetching customers information from their database.

    I had checked on true caller as well. The guy was from Bihar.

    This is completely unsafe for customers like us, as personal informations are fetched by adhoc people.
    Limeroad may loose customer base as such incidents will refrain people from actually shop from their website on the cost of meddlesome of personal information.

      I received call today saying through limeroad online shopping I won lucky draw as Tata safari car.. if you want we will provide you the car by paying 45k tax or if you want money we will give by 15k tax after I pay..

      The person said he called from kollkatta from number [protected].

      I responded like I will get back to you later and I tired reaching limeroad customer care and its not reachable.. so register here to confirm on this.

      I feel this is a completely fake call..

        The quality of the product is not good as shown in the website, so I returned the order. The quality of the product is too poor. The order number is #[protected].
        But the amount was refunded to Lr credits though the option wasn't selected.

          I'm not satisfied with the product i received. I have ordered yellow kurti but colour of the fabric is too dull. It is not as shown in the picture. The fabric used also seems very hard, not skin friendly. The size of the kurti is bigger than expected. Very disappointed with it. Hence want to return the product. This is all i have to say about this product. If you want to register my complain i thankful to you. If you want me to write page long details then i'm done with you. My worst experience of online shopping with you.

            I purchased online two cotton kurtas from limeroad, but it found that after washing color is washed off and literally water was dark in color. I complained to customer care of limeroad but representative said it is not in our policy to return it back, exchange or refund the money after first wash, how i will come to know color quality before wash?
            Very low quality cloth and color is faded, cant wear this second time, just wastage of money.

              I am a frequent user of limeroad and i love to shop on limeroad. But i am facing a problem now a days because i have canceled a product and the order no of the product is ([protected]) but for the same product they called so many times from different number ([protected]/[protected]/[protected] etc.) they used abusive words too. If limeroad gives this type of service i will never order any single product from the limeroad. I hope you will take a strict action againts those people who are doing all this things.

                I got this call from [protected]. The guy said he was from limeroad. He said that i have won tata safari worth rs 1400000 and either i can take this car or the entire amount will be credited to my account. He mentioned all the details of my current order to sound believable.

                I was too doubtful. I asked to give him a call back after sometime.in a meanwhile, i checked google and found such calls are frequent with other online portals sites. And those guys use the same car's name (Not very smart). Also, there is no mention of any lucky draw on limeroad.

                Checked true caller as well. The guy was from ranchi as he said and when i verified, there is no limeroad office in ranchi. This may be the doing of one of their delivery boys.

                Immediately blocked him. But i was not expecting this from limeroad. There should be some stringent measures in place to avoid this. Limeroad has earned quite a good name but such calls can put anyone in doubt.

                I got a call from a guy claiming he is from Limeroad and said that I've received a Car as a gift from my previous order. I knew it's a fraud yet i asked for details, he sent me link, I entered my number and all my details were available over there...my address, my number, product details.
                What kind of privacy do Limeroad maintains? All my details was with this unknow person and this does not end here...Same guy again calls me a day after and asked ME TO BE HIS GIRLFRIEND, I ignored it and blocked his number yet I got the call again from a different number and THAT GUY LITERALLY GAVE ME RAPE THREATS. I've filed the complaint.
                I request Limeroad to please give attention to this issue! This is not done at any cost, customer privacy must be your main preference!

                      Dear sir
                      I had placed a order for casual shirt of amount rs.1122 on limeroad having order i'd [protected] on 2.6.18 and received the same order on 9th june 18 and after opening the package it was found that the shirt was completely damaged so i had complained to limeroad for return and refund request but regret after repeated complaints the pick up of the damaged product has not done and customer support of limeroad assure me repeatedly with several dates of pick up but finally i had lost rs.1122 so requesting to provide refund of rs.1122 without any further delay.

                        Hi, i bought 4 jegging from limeroad.com website on 25/05/2018 and i returned all products with all new tags and brand level with absolutely same packing by 30/05/2018. The pick up guy who came checked and then picked up all products. Now out of 2335/- inr they just refunded 1094/- inr and not refunding my hard earned money for 1241/- inr. They called me and raised their voice and said i sent different product but when pickup guy came he checked product then only he would pick up right? They are just holding my money with them and they have taken back my products too. It seems like a fraud company as my friend also faced same issue. They eaten my money. Please help me and help with my amount of 1241 to refund. My order number is #[protected] for black cotton jegging and one more jegging.

Now just because they want to eat customer money they are making excuses and keeping my money with them. I emailed Suchi, who is the owner but she is also least concerned.                                   I had bought a maroon party wear dress but got a black dress instead, asked for replacement. After 4-5 days still when I did not receive any update on it I called customer care and they said for status warehouse person will call back, firstly they kept dropping mail that they are not able to reach me and finally when I received the call they said that they have sent the right garment and if I disagree then they will have to investigate, now why the hell if I had received the right garment I would replace it and now the scene is neither I have the maroon gown nor the black one and they are not refunding my amount saying they cannot till the investigation is complete. And warehouse people are not giving me call back since then and customer care people keep fooling me around scheduling call every day. Heck of a company. I need my money back. Please do the needful and escalate the issue.

                                    I placed an order 3 days back, i want to return 2 pieces out of 5 ordered, for the reason the stuff is very rough.                                       Order no#[protected].. Return id#1.. Created on[protected]. My refund amount has been transferred to lr credit as refund mode. I had not selected this lr credit option, then why transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account... Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad.
