Hi team,
I placed an order 3 days back, i want to return 2 pieces out of 5 ordered, for the reason the stuff is very rough. Not able to place return request for one of them, forcibly i had to choose exchange option when i actually want to return it because of stuff. Tried reaching customer care, which only gives a busy tone throughout the day. Need urgent help in resolving and getting the amount credited to my account.
