We had ordered 4 designer wares on 17th Jan 2016 which was delivered on 19th Jan 2016.
Unfortunately we were out of town hence we could not visit our Mom’s place where the product was delivered. Today when we checked the products 2 of the products have issues. Got to know that this cannot be exchanged/refunded as it has crossed 7 days.

          Order no [protected]. Reverse pickup was raised on Jan 04th 2016. Almost 20 days passed. My reverse pick has not been done. My account says that crossed 15 days the return cannot be taken back..please take necessary action to do the reverse pickup as soon as possible.

            I ordered one hand bag costs about 768 rupees, i got it was very small only and have returned, they took back also then told me they will refund within 3 days but till now i didn't get back already ten days over so please look at my problem and solve

                            This is in reference to order no. #[protected]. I ordered a kurta worth Rs.4897. No where the product mentioned that its not replaceable. I received the product today and the size is small so I want to return it. But now it says its not covered under return policy. I have read the whole policy it nowhere mentions anything as that. I want complete refund of the product. You can not force anybody to keep products even if they do not meet expectation

                                I had ordered a black and rust cotton long Kurta from LimeRoad on the 18th of November to wear for a dance Recital. However, they delivered a wrong colour (purple with rust) though the description in the order mail said Black and rust. I was thoroughly disappointed and returned the product for the right one to be sent. I was supposed to wear the outfit on the 25th of Nov. As I didn't receive the product on time I had to run around looking for something similar. I was told that I would receive the right product this time around. After repeated calls and follow ups the product was delivered today . To my dismay, the product is again the wrong one. The same earlier Purple and Rust kurta which I returned. I fail to understand, how LimeRoad is unable to distinguish between Purple and black ? The quality of Customer support is Pathetic. They refused to escalate the matter or let me talk to a manager or supervisor. They repeat the same lines over and over again. ( You will receive the product in 5 working days/ is the colour purple and rust) etc. None of them have a resolution or even bother to find out the source of the issue. I have wasted a lot of Time, Money and Energy on Lime Road and feel totally harassed. The whole purpose of ordering online on LimeRoad s defeated. thoroughly disappointing with no respect for the customer. The Staff too need to be trained in etiquettes and customer service. I want this matter resolved at the earliest

                                    Hi, I had ordered a product on[protected] for a off white crushed dress along with another product.It was a COD product.After receiving the product i came to know that the size was wrong and i returned it. Again the one i got a replacement which again happened to be wrong size.So i returned the product.It was informed to me by the customer care agent that cash will be credited in lime road account as LR credits. I had clearly asked the agent, does this have any formality or such such formalities.He informed me, its my money and can use it when ever needed.So believing him I placed an order for a brown Faux Leather Handbag on[protected] for which i paid with my LR credits and remaining 140rs as COD.On the date of reception i.e on[protected] i received a message saying in need to pay the full amount.I called cx care and the person kept on saying me stories and she was least interested in solving my problem.She was keen on just says a hell lot of "sorry". Then my call was put over to a manager who seemed convincing.He promised me that he will credit the money to my bank acc. But now i understood that he just "seemed" convincing. He informed me that he will be sending me a mail regarding the info needed to credit my money to my bank acc on monday.Now its thurs i dint receive any mail... Really disgusting. Such cx care agents just spoil the name of the company!! SHAME ON YOU!!

                                        I ordered one Anarkali Suit on 12 Sep 2015 (Order No. 1745403). Till date I have not received the Item. I have already paid for the same.                                         i had ordered one kurta vide order no 383457 and received the same on 22 oct 2014 but the size ordered is tight.i want one bigger size i.e i want XL size.
