I ordered multicoloured check print front open dress from limeroad, but now i want to return the dress back due to some issues (Other size was sent and the material is also not good). The limeroad call centre is telling me to sign in to the site and and entering details in the return policy but after entering the details its showing that the product has not been delivered yet, but i received it yesterday itself.

My mom ordered a Transparent Crystal Parrot With Mango on limeroad.
But what was showed on the site with specifications is totally different from what we received . The specifications said 18X5X18 inches and we got a small item of dimensions 7.5cmx7.5cmx7.5cm. So we requested for a return and a refund. So they picked it up and instead of refunding the money they gave us a replacement item which is transparent crystal peacock of same dimensions and the worst part is that its broken not one but into 3 pieces.My mother sent several mails regarding this no response at all. This total fraud. Not did they gave us back our money but sent us a broken item and with zero response.

We are sellers. Limeroad don't bother to explain the discrepancy in payment settlement.

The amount transferred to account is always less than the payment sheet provided to vendor. When asked no one bothers to reply on mail or phone.

There is [protected]@limeroad.Com but no one takes attention.

Its looks limeraod is exploiting its sellers by keeping the payment amount with itself. If they are correct they need to justify their point.

This need to be resolved or we have to file a law suit to get their explanation in written to us.

As i got the delivery of my order and i wanna return the order but its in your web showing dat order is not at delivered, how can a customer can return the product if the situation is like dis. U plz maintain some constancy and contact with the customer... I[censored] can't intereact with the customer... Its highly impossible to make customer happybcoz its only 7 dayz policy

Below the image is attached. Both of the product is delivered but second is shoeing not yet delivered they are doing so because i should get some difficulties while returning it back. Theres no return option. Although the cash paid order received they didn't mailed the receiving mail how careless. And showing not yet paid not yet received.

Order a kurti and recieved a totally different kurti in colour, size, fabric in all aspects. So, initiated return request. The man collected after that my agony started. Provided the bank ac details 1.5 months back. Yet to get refund of rs. 620. Called them 3rice in between. They say there was technical snag like payment gateway problem and all bull the last time everytime and are gonna raise new refund request! Unethical bogus company! Fraud owners... Since getting tough competition from amazon and others, encashing customers money.. Just now called again and the same old response. The refund before getting initiated gets cancelled automatically.
Caution: please dont buy anything from this chindi chor local pvt ltd company. Rather go for amazon or ebay. They are far better than this kinda local companies in all aspects.

Hi this is a complaint about the website limeroad.com. I had ordered 4 t-shirts and there is no news about the product being delivered to be. The status of the delivery details in orders process section is same as it was on the first day.
Not sure what is happening with the order delivery of even it will get delivered. I tried contacting limeroad.com customer care, but no news.

They have a hopeless set of representatives nothing much in their hand, they told me theere is some technical issue due to which order will not be delivered, that too i came to know only when i call them. They give me a time span of 48 hours but i believe the 48 hour never passes by. They have now themselves cancelled the order which had been made under an offer scheme. They said the refund would be made in next 48 hours nothing has happened. They have no value for customers and pathetic service quality.

I had ordered footwear two weeks back for 1240 Rs.but returned it last Saturday ..I did not get my refund till now.I called up customer care two three times they just ask to wait.
Now, neither do I have the product nor did i get my money back.
What am I supposed to do?
