I had ordered for products on the 25th of June and still the consignment is not delivered. I must have followed up with them at least 20 times since then. They have a hopeless set of representatives who make fake promises. They give me a time span of 48 hours but I believe the 48 hour never passes by. They have now themselves cancelled the order which had been made under an offer scheme. They said the refund would be made in next 48 hours nothing has happened. They have no value for customers and pathetic service quality. I have lost my money for three products. Please help

Complaint marked as Resolved The company never called me I am following up with them regularly since 25th of June when the order was placed. I have not received the refund for the products as promised by the executives. The contact number of the company is +91 124-6683700 and it's not even toll free. Half the time they put a customer on hold. All I want is the refund. It's been 27 days since I placed the order horrible experience
