I have bought a shirt from limeroad.com later i found that the shirt is small in size so i used their replacement option they took the stuff back and sent me message that the shirt will be delivered within 8 days after many days i found that there is no response from limeroad.com neither i got my shirt replaced so tried to call their helpline no. but that's always busy i tried sending mail to them but no response.. so i tweeted in twitter luckily i got a reply from them that replacement is cancelled sorry we will return the money in 7 working days but still they haven't gave my money back now they are not replying also.

I actually order a black color handbag but being unlucky i got a wrong product of brown color handbag which is very much likely to be duplicate ... Its been one week already since the item is picked by the agent... I have been made fool by you and moreover limeroad hasn't initiate any proccess of my refund...           The product code is 886409 was delivered to me on Sunday, 16th of october 2016. As seen on the site, along with this product i.e. the black leatherette handbag by Lino Perros, a faux leather belt is available along with this purchase. However, I regret to inform that the faux leather belt is not delivered with the product which I ordered. Hence, it is requested that the leather belt maybe sent to me at the earliest.

            The customer care number of limeroad is of no help, no reply, so I am not getting any idea when will I get my product. I have already made the payment and now m fully believing it was a huge mistake to do so as I don't see many ppl being satisfied with the services of limeroad.

              I ordered a black leatherette handbag on 6th oct order no #[protected] but rather than feeling good on getting my order i was very much disappointed to see a wrong item... Instead i found a brown color handbag of woodland which is very much likely to be duplicate... As i have returnd back the order the item is picked by the agent but till now i get no information regarding the refund... limeroad needs a lot to improve on their service

                  I ordered a multi colour Bhagalputi silk saree by Vamika (order No C-[protected]S1).Parcel sent by you has been delivered to me on 08/10/2016 through Attingal Post office(Pin-695101), Kerala as COD.I have paid Rs 722/- as noted inthe COD parcel to the post office.To may dismay, I was shocked to see that No saree was found inside the parcel. Instead three pieces of waste colthes and a book bind were found inside. The wrapper of the parcel and waste received inside the parcel are kept with me. I request you refund the money paid to you through post office immediately. I used to purchase products from other companies through online. I didt have such an experience from any other companies except from you.If the money paid to you is not refunded within a week .I will approach the appropriate forum for justice . An early action will be much appreciated

                    I placed an order #[protected] on 13th of November a viscose top . i was highly disappointed to find out that i have been fetched a wrong product that too maxi dress which has no resemblance with my order . resuming my patience, i reordered . but again too my surprise i was delivered the wrong product . i assume a wrong display has been put . kindly look upto the matter orelse many other will also suffer the way i am now . secondly, when i refunded for my money, it was shown that the money has been processed as limeroad credit . i was extremely shoked and wandering what actually happened. It is also that one cannot encash lr credit . i am now at a point of losing my money . it is extremely disheartening and disturbing matter !                       First time i purchased two item from limeroad, 1st one on 23rd september order no. 5807022 and 2nd one on 24th september order no. 5839596 by prepaid. 1st order delivered on 28th september. 2nd order's tracking report is showing that already reached to kolkata hub-3 rd october.
                      For -2nd order when i placed order that time showing max. 5-7 working days.

                      For 1st order already i returned, product quality is not good, not exactly as per image, thread colour and dress material colour also mismatched. I got a messege they will arrange for return to that place, for that i have to pay, 100/-. I am ready for this but not getting any other update for this.
                      Very bad experience about lime road.

                      Please look into this and return back money to my account.

                        I ordered few things from limeroad and some lady came to my house to deliver the product and she insulted my sister-in-law and misbehaved with everyone. I have asked limeroad how can a girl come and deliver my package but they are not able to take the complaint. I have been raising this issue with them but no solution is given to me.                             We placed an order for the purchase of a saree on 15th September 2016. We made online payment and our account was debited. But we received a message from limeroad that saying there was a payment failure. Immediately, we mailed to them with our details and even called them explained the issue. They told us to give 24-48 hours time during which they can identify the problem and resolve it. Again on 23rd September 2016, we sent another mail reminding them. Till now there is no response from them. They neither delivered the product nor returned the payment.

                                I have placed a multiple order in Limeroad (order no.5368511 and 5341163) on 28 and 29 August on COD and they estimated 5 to 7 days of delivery.
                                Still the orders have still not yet been delivered to me. I tried to track them but it seems the package are stuck in other places and the last shipping was done on September 2.

                                  It's better to purchase from myntra, flip kart, amazon, worst first time experience for purchase at limeroad.
                                  First you delivered brown colored bag instead of black.
                                  When replacement was registered no one came from delhivery agency to pickup, instead a mail and msg was received stating that 'product was unavailable for pickup'. This is the height of misrepresentation. Mail is also sent to, [protected]@limeroad.com today but of no use.
                                  Even tried to call on the customer care no.[protected] and[protected] but both are 'not in existence' as mentioned by the operator.

                                      In ref to order no. 5655770 brown leatherette sling bag, i received a black leatherette sling bag, to raise a complain i called customer care for 3 days and never got proper response and now that i finally got in touch with them and hot to know the bag i ordered at first place is no more available and nothing can be done now, highly disappointed by the pathetic service, i will make sure that i never order again from you website and i make sure none of my friends do as well.

                                        Regarding order [protected]:

                                        I had ordered for 3 pairs of footwear, of which I received only 2.
                                        I had already made payment for all 3 while pl;acing my order.

                                        Limeroad.com informed me that my order is delivered fully, which is untrue.
                                        I wrote about this to their customer service email, '[protected]@limeroad.com, but no action was taken.

                                        I have been cheated.
                                        It is Limeroad's responsibility to ensure that neither their staff nor the courier person endorses in such activities.

                                        Deliver the pending products asap, or refund me the amount paid.
                                        LimeRoad customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have ordered black rayon shirt dress on August 15th August and 728 money also get debited from my account... But in my mobile app.. its still showing not ordered anything... I did many mails but still no update on my order or money, resolve this ASAP
