In ref to order no. 5655770 brown leatherette sling bag, i received a black leatherette sling bag, to raise a complain i called customer care for 3 days and never got proper response and now that i finally got in touch with them and hot to know the bag i ordered at first place is no more available and nothing can be done now, highly disappointed by the pathetic service, i will make sure that i never order again from you website and i make sure none of my friends do as well.

    Regarding order [protected]:

    I had ordered for 3 pairs of footwear, of which I received only 2.
    I had already made payment for all 3 while pl;acing my order.

    Limeroad.com informed me that my order is delivered fully, which is untrue.
    I wrote about this to their customer service email, '[protected]@limeroad.com, but no action was taken.

    I have been cheated.
    It is Limeroad's responsibility to ensure that neither their staff nor the courier person endorses in such activities.

    Deliver the pending products asap, or refund me the amount paid.
    LimeRoad customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have ordered black rayon shirt dress on August 15th August and 728 money also get debited from my account... But in my mobile app.. its still showing not ordered anything... I did many mails but still no update on my order or money, resolve this ASAP

        I had ordered an off white crepe shrug of Rs.596.When I tried it it didn't look good at me so I decided to return it. I initiated the process on 17.09.2016 and courired it on 18.09.2016. I gave all the details about my courier.But I didn't get an option to share my bank account details and then in the msg it stated that my refund amount has been transferred to LR credit as refund mode. i had not selected this LR credit option, then why transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account...other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad.

                Sir, on 4th September 2016, I ordered a Multi colour Cotton bedsheet - brand dreamhomes for Rs.424/- (including all taxes) through LIMEROAD. After placing the order, my bank informed me that the amount was paid to LIMEROAD and it was confirmed by Limeroad also. Today on 9th the parcel delivered at my residence and after opened I was surprised to see that the material ordered by me and received is entirely different In your invoice also you mentioned the particulars correctly but the material which I ordered and received is not at all acceptable. Pl you can see from my Online order, which bed sheet I was selected . I therefore request you to take back the despatched bed sheet (white colour) and deliver the actual order item booked by me on 4th September 2016. Pl expedite this matter.

                  1. Order Number [protected] was given to your company online for the purchase of two pair of wedges for Rs 1075.00, which were received.
                  2. However, both the pair of sandals were not the ones ordered and were torn, used and old.
                  3. The same was noted and photos taken by the delivery representative promising an early exchange of the same.
                  4. Request initiate requisite action against those responsible for tarnishing the image and reputation of the company.

                    how to lr credits with my account transferable procedure
                    I had ordered multi colored 100% cotton flared skirt. But I received the product and it was no where similar to the product they have pictured.material, size and print completely different. so I returned the product. My refund amount has been transferred to LR credit as refund mode. So then again I ordered a cotton shirt on 4/5/2017. They said they will get it delivered within 4-5 days. After calling them thrice in a week it was known that the order will be reaching. But today (11/5/2017) the product still not dispatched. I am getting impatient. As the promise made wasn't fulfilled and fake promises were given time and again regarding the delivery of the product. sellers in limeroad are fake. Most of them sell wrong products.
                    Dont ever purchase any item from limeroad these guys they dont have any proper procedure first off all they will make delivery very late and secondaly they will not provide you the product tottaly differnt what you will select from their site and last thing they will not revert back your money they will make it LR credit which again is a problem.

                    Quality of product is very bad it looks as it has been used and packed again.

                      I have been delivered one product instead of three under the buy 3 for 999 scheme this is the second time I have faced problem with this company while placing orders. Please solve the same. To prove the same I have the bill. It says 0.75 kg. Which definitely is not the weight for three products. They are a hopeless company. And it was a big mistake that I got fooled the second time. I would definely log in a complaint against them and this time definitely in the consumer court.

                            I tried to order a crop top on 14th august using my debit card. The amount got deducted instantly but the order was not placed. The item is still being shown in my cart and no such order is being shown in the 'my orders' column. I lodged a complaint on their site yesterday but have not yet received any response. This is highly unprofessional and unexpected from a site as reputed as limeroad.
                            I demand a refund of 659/- that was debited from my account.

                              Hi Limeroad team,

                              This is really poor service, and I did not expect this from Limeroad as I am regular customer of you.

                              The product that you sent under this order is not at all similar to one shown in picture more over you had mentioned easy return and in more info no return on this product, its totally contradictory, how can you fool your customer this way.

                              Consider this mail as an escalation and treat, I am your regular customer you can figure out with my contact number and name.

                              I want you to take this product back asap before 19 Aug 2016 and give my money back or you may choose to loose a customer.

                              I ordered blue leather hand bag through Limeroad and the delivery of the product is late as well as I got the wrong product I got some cream color hand bag which is nt even good for look or else to carry.. I'm dam disappointed with this app.. I suggest other customers dnt buy product from Limeroad

                                Order id is [protected], it was buy one get one free for Rs 797 and in product details it has been mentioned as 9 pc and 13 pc respectively but they have send only one one each, misleading advertisement and also they are not allowing me to return it as I have no use of it, I paid Rs 797 only for 2 set??? I want it to be returned or give me 9 pc or 13 pc of set, we don't have money to waste on these products!!

                                    My order [protected] it was ethic basket anarkali black in colour i ordered the product on 1st july 2016 i got product on 13th july 2016 i return back on 16th july 2016 when i track it it reached the destination on 20th july 2016 eventhough i didnt get my money even 12th august 2016i have called you 2 times to credit my money to my bank account y told me to wait for 7 days

                                      I completed payment of my order of two kurtis and a blazer (using limeroad app). payment was successful but limeroad still shows the products in my shopping cart. they should either return the money already debited or get the order placed and send a confirmation. the app is ridiculus. it throws some error that shows background coding on the page. these guys need to hire some good app makers before coming up with such a business.

                                        My order id [protected]. I had return beige leatherette hand bag and 2nd one black faux leather wedges which i had purchased on 19/7/2016, in lime road they are showing that my refund i. E of 731 rs is processed but in my bank account statement it is not showing. They asked me to give mini statement indicating my debit card no and bank is saying in passbook only bank name and withdrawals is shown. I had already mailed all the necessary details of my account.
                                        It is really embarrassing, they asked me to put my phone on hold. I waited for more than 15 min and then also they are not responding..
