    I am a gazetted officer working in Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. Once a bought a limeroad kurta and since then I have been receiving umpteen messages from limeroad regarding discounts and offers every half an hour. I am literally tired of deleting all those messages. At an average I receive ten messages which a sensible company would nt do it. I request the management to kindly take some action and reduce the number of messages to the minimum. Kindly do not harass your customers. We do nt have the time to delete it every half an hour. I would appreciate if a confirmation mail is sent to the undersigned.

      I gave an order in limeroad on 17 june 2016. I got that product 22 june 2016. Its complete damaged product and look like old shirt. Its like a used shirt. I am trying to call customer care but noone taking the call.Its a fraud website to online purchase.I got low quality shirts. Company offer 3 branded shirt. I need refund. I dont want this low quality shirts. I dont want anymore products from this online website. So please take this product immediately and refund my amount.

        Watch and revived this product with 5 days. But i saw watch is damaged. Lock and timing not work properly. I cell customer care number and request for refund.Cc executive tell me they pickup this product within 4 days and refund me rs 522/-. But no one pickup damaged product and not refund me rs 522/-

The payment of Rs 1190 was made in card during the order, till now, I did not receive the item.I tried to reach their customecare, but no response received and even I have raised complaint by email with Helpdesk, no response received. Please look into it, as they must have the motive of duping the customers

            It was delivered last month. When i unpacked and started to use i realized that all the needles (Sec, mins and hour) are acting erroneously. I kept on observing but it didnt help.
            Its totally unacceptable from a reputed company. Please look into the matter

              Hi i just received a package from limeroad. I had ordered 2 dresses n the invoice also mentioned 2 dresses amount rs 1125/-. However on opening the package i found only one dress viz polka dot print dress. The other dress sleeveless geometric print dress is not in the package. I opened the package in front of the courier man so he too is a witness to the fact. Courier man 's name is mr. Surinder n his supervisor's name mr. Asutosh sharma (I talked to him too informing him about the same). Kindly look into the matter.

                The product which i buyed from limeroad was a footwear :beige, brown faux leather wedges which cost me:rs.578/-, the payment mode is cash on delivery. My complaint is that delivery boy which was cameto my house from aramex surface courier didn't gave the remaining balance and went away. I pay him rs.600/-, the remaining money is rs.22.But, he gave just rs.10 and ran away. It is just not done.

The courier sercvice named ARAMEX SURFACE have send confirmation within 5 working days they will deliver the order, but still in my system the courier is lying in Gurgaon from 3/06/2016 and from more then 48 hrs I am calling them they are least bothered to give the right information and delaying the process by saying to give them 24 hours time. Such a bad service I have ever seen.

                    I ordered 3 products (Order number [protected]); received the order the next day i ordered. Seeing the quality of the product i immediately requested for return the next day. I got n number of calls and every time was given false promise that these would be picked up asap. I received so many mails stating regret the delay in return product pick up. Received calls from call center and [protected] to confirm the pick up still it never happened.

                    The products are with irregular neckline; seems like they have just been stitched by a local tailor who is learning to stitch.

                    I had ordered from here prior but never faced this issue. People keep their target bars in the upward service delivery levels but i think limeroad is following this the other way round. Their service and quality levels are deteriorating with time which is not a good sign of sustaining in business.

                      I have ordered 2 dresses for my wife for birth day gift 34’’ size (Dress order id : 3591004 - polyester net sleeveless dress & 3513332 - pink cotton lycra pleated dress). Though the product delivered on time but could not able to try since she was in onsite for her project (London). When i presented her both the dresses she found that both the dresses have big size/fitting problem. Though lime road says 34’’ size as small and 36’’ as medium but 34’’ size in lime road is equivalent to 30’’ size in fliipkart, jabong, snap deal & amazon clothing charts.

                      Hardly she could try, we thought let us return and take the same piece for 36” size but here the return windows close only for 7 days not like flipkart for 30 days.

                      So, we requested lime road team humbly and politely to exchange the both the products but they refused to listen us. Though we understood that we got delayed few days but how come limeroad present clothing’s of 30’’ sizes as 34’’ size. Is this something they make customers fool or is this something they want to create their own sizes to differentiate themselves from other ecommerce online retail giants.

                          My order from limeroad.com ( order no: [protected]) was delivered on 11/5/2016. The item was returned on the same day to the delivery guy. But, now the tracking status is given canceled in the limeroad account, and I am not able to return the product as it still shows the product is not yet delivered. What shall I do now? Now I need to cancel one of the product and a change in size of white printed palazzo pants. When can it be done. ?

                            I ordered a black bow skirt on 6th May 2016, and it got delivered today, that is, 12th May 2016. But they delivered me a shirt instead of the skirt, and on the package, it's still written "Black bow skirt". And I am not able to return it right now, because on my profile, it is said that the order hasn't been delivered yet. I needed this skirt for a special occasion and now I can't wear it. And the delivery is kinda slow as compared to other sites. Please take some action. Thank you.

As delivery boy came and has taken wrong packet which contains two shrugs, he took it from home by servant. That packet belongs to myntra. I dont have number of the delivery boy because you have not shared with me.                                 I ordered two kurti's with different price last week. I received one of the items but did not receive free one for the same. Called up customer care, answer i got is ridiculous. They ll consider MRP which is 700(discount price 402) so other one worth MRP 600(discount price 455) is free. This means i paid for both kurti's at discounted price of 857. So ther s no buy 1 get 1 free. This s cheating. Please take some action against Limeroad for deceiving customers in the name of offer. I going to delete app once i receive my money back.

                                  I had ordered two white and pink canvas printed slingbag. I received the product and it was no where similar to the product that they have pictured.
                                  I returned my product.
                                  Then it took 9 days and still no refund.
                                  No response from the support team.
                                  Called in to customer support 6 times.
                                  They claim that the refund is done, but cant find anything. Please do the needful at the earliest. So worried about this.

                                    I have ordered 1 bean bag. Product colour was different. I asked for return. Company picked the product and same product got delivered after 3 days. Its been more than 20 days i dint get my refund and same product is still there at my home waiting for return pick up.

                                    Please do not order from here. I have sent 3 consecutive mails to them. I did not get any reply.

                                      I had odered one pink cotton kurta one buy one get one offer on 1 may 2016 but received only one item ..I am a new user of limeroad so i haven't so much knowledge about online shopping can u pls resolve the problem of your new costumer ..I want to know that would i got the another free one kurta in next couple of days or you did fraud with me..Am i should happy with the only one kurta which is already very expensive and besides that i didnot got the other free one ..Pls reply me fast .
