I order one kurti for lime road ... i want to exchange my kurti to S size to M ... no one is comeing to collect this order i m calling in custome care department they always promise they will arrange a pick up but since last 15 days i m not getting ant result very much disappointed form this site

    Hi Sir/ Madam, I placed an order on 23-Apr-2015 for 2 products. I received only one product which was defective, i placed the request for replacement but they didn't picked it up yet. Another one yet not delivered but the status is showing as it has been delivered. I dont know to whom they delivered that product. Called to customer care 4 times, every time they say wait for 2 days. We ll do some thing. I already paid for both the products so I loss Rs.1000 in total. It was my first experience with Limeroad.com and it was worst. I regulary do online shopping from different sites but never seen the ridiculous services like this. Thanks, Anuja

        I ordered an item from Limeroad on 25th April. Order no :[protected]. Got Track details on same day via SMS but the tracking of the shipping co. is showing no movement since 26/5/15. My previous experience with Limeroad is very good so I placed the order. But this is a bit too much delay from the shipper

            Hi, I had ordered three kurtis on 24th March 2015 with an order number of [protected]S1. I received only two yesterday, on 31st March 2015. The parcel received was with only two kurtis whereas the one "Blue geometruc print kurta" is missing from it. But the delivery receipt showed all the three items listed in it. Parcel was not hampered in any way. I called your customer care number 100 times and it is always seems "busy"!!!

                    I'd requested return of order# [protected]S1 which has yet not been picked-up even after 15 days. Now they are asking me to courier it myself. This is my first time experience with a Careless online vendor. Seeing the long list of complaints here, I don't trust them if they can refund my amount. I've evidences of them promising return and refund. And I'm a lawyer by profession. I'll contact other people here and file a litigation against them in the consumer forum for violating the Rights of so many consumer to get Served and seek Redressal. Hopefully, that would place enough negative publicity against their business.

                      I have ordered a black jacket (order no. [protected] ) from LimeRoad.com, on 30th January, and i received it by very next day that is 31st of January, payment mode was Cod of Rs. 1260, they didn't provide the check and trial facility at the same time, so after payment i tried and found jacket size was small, i required Medium size, i called to customer care and mentioned the details, they said courier will be pick in 3-4 working days, i said ok after a week no body has come to collect the product, i again called and mailed the limeroad team as requested for return, they said your matter has been escalated, after that they said courier the product by ur own, i went to courier company, they said we would'nt take the guarantee that your product will reach, as we have found most of the time company has not present, so again i called the limeroad time, they said dont worry our courier boy will come in next 24hrs, after 48hrs gone again i mailed them, they your matter has been escalated and the total time to follow them is about 17 days, i dont understand, when i order the product it has delivered very next day, but when i wanted to return the product no body came from last 16 days, it was very pathetic experiance with limeROAD.com, m not here to follow them regularly, they wasted my time and money, i ll never go for shopping with this company. I hope this forum will help me.

                        i ordered for a dress on 15.1.15 which was suppose to reach me within 5 working days, which came after 7 working days on 22.1.15. on top of that it was a wrong order delivered to me. i informed the customer care after some conversation through mail and over phone for 5 days they actually send me the replacement order on 27.1.15 which was delivered to me on 31.1.15 and the same thing happened this time also a wrong order was delivered to me. Again when i called up their customer service they said they cannot provide a replacement of the same they will refund me the amount and like the last time they disconnected the call in the mid of the conversation. i am felling totally harassed as a regular customer this the customer service what is provided. It is a very casual approach from the company towards the customers.

                          This neelam saxena. I was purchased the items from here. When I got my items, items quality are very poor. Then I have requested a return and refund policy from their customer care. I am waiting before 1 month but from this shop no one come to take reverse pick up. I have dropped many mails and many calls. But every time their customer care are say that in 48 hours will reverse pick up from your hand. Their 48 hours no come. I am totally disappointed from here.                           I have the same story as well. My order id is 705551. I raised a return request long back and no one has come yet to pick the order from my place. I have been calling daily at the customer care and every time I am given the same answer that give us 24 hrs we will get in touch. This is ridiculous. I am highly disappointed with this online site. I feel cheated. Next step is to go to the consumer court.

                          They delivered the wrong product and when I try calling their number it says not reachable.

                            I have placed an order online with this company on 3-1-2015 and the order no. Is [protected]. The company gave us an estimated time for 3-5 business days and we did not receive the order till[protected] and when we called the company's helpline no. they said that our address is wrong though when we cross checked the address it was completely fine and other company's are able to deliver on the same address. So i asked the representative to provide my the refund of my order and they denied very rudely when i asked to provide me the address the agent (ANUJ) denied and said find your address on the website by yourself.

                            If the company was telling us the truth that they were not able to find our address then why they did not called us.
                            I said to them that i will lodge a complaint against them in the consumer court they said do it.
                            They were very rude and were not taking the responsibility to help us.

                            Please take the required action against the company.

                                I ordered a peach color stilettos from this pathetic site and these guys delivered wrong product that too in smaller size. If I am calling them they just don't answer. Seriously guys, with such carelessness with your services and poor product delivery, how long do you think you can survive. It was extremely bad experience shopping with limeroad and i would recommend everyone to not to buy products here at all. Such a waste of money and time..

I was not happy with the product and called the lime road customer care number atleast seven times before my call was finally answered. I was told that a pick-up for my product will be arranged within 4 days and the amount i.e Rupees 4500/- will be refunded to my account. No one came and my money is gone! I have been calling that number but no...

                                  LimeRoad offered (GOSF) through their web site to "Buy One Get One Free" I ordered a woolen muffler and paid Rs. 598/- in advance but its a regrett to inform that when i have received the parcle, there was only one muffler. I FEEL CHEATED. AT LIMEROAD.

                                    Hi this is Afshan. when i came to home i got a message on my mom's mobile at 4pm .The message was from limeroad that buy one get one free on every product like shoes, tops, bags etc.. I went online n even saw that on each product u will get an another one free...so i and my sister ordered and got only a single top.when i tried to contact on the numbers that i saw on the product and as well as the customer care number but those customer care numbers are not existing only...i am very much depressed by this cheating that they did ...now i am very much angry too because i have that message as a proof ..
