I have placed an order online with this company on 3-1-2015 and the order no. Is [protected]. The company gave us an estimated time for 3-5 business days and we did not receive the order till[protected] and when we called the company's helpline no. they said that our address is wrong though when we cross checked the address it was completely fine and other company's are able to deliver on the same address. So i asked the representative to provide my the refund of my order and they denied very rudely when i asked to provide me the address the agent (ANUJ) denied and said find your address on the website by yourself.
If the company was telling us the truth that they were not able to find our address then why they did not called us.
I said to them that i will lodge a complaint against them in the consumer court they said do it.
They were very rude and were not taking the responsibility to help us.
