I had bought a red leatherette handbag of worth 470 rupees. It was mentioned that it has a warranty of 6 months. I used that handbag for my daily use. This product could not even sustain for six months as well. I could hardly use it for 3 months including repairing as well but it was such a cheap product then also it became unbearable to use. I had bought it on 09/06/2017. You might be thinking it's of no use but being a regular consumer of limeroad it's my duty to inform you and its my right as well.

I hope you can do anything for me maybe an exchage or refund or repair.

If possible do it sooner.

I had bought a bedsheet (Product name as mentioned in the site lali prints of patchwork royal traditional 1 king size bedsheet and 2 pillow covers on 11/10/2017). This product is absolutely just waste of our money and spoiling our expectations from limeroad seriously. When i first saw this i was pleased and thought this one worth efficient but when i washed it and after then what i saw has changed my opinion about limeroad. I have not bought it for free or in any discount, i have completely paid for this. I have seen these kind of products in our nearby markets or price 100-250 for max of this size only and from limeroad in 700 rupees. Its not about the money its about the quality which is really pathetic.

Limeroad please take the necessary steps. Either exchange or refund.

Thats all what i wanted to clarify take the step as soon as possible.

I ordered my lengenga in limeroad bt i received the item which is not i ordered. Then i return the item for i want to get back my money..bt i received the money in lr credit .i wanted to transfer my money in lr credit to my bank account .

    I had purchased 1 half blue shirt, the quality which is shown on your site which was to good but which i had recd is totally to different from it.
    The quality and colour is to poor as per the value of it and worst quality i had recd. Ever in my life. It s physically look like a t-shirt. I am totally disappointed of it. Kindly request you to please collect your product from my resident and refund the money back.

        I had ordered a shirt from limeroad order no - [protected] which i had returned the app didn't ask for the refund option and gave the money in limeroad credits.. I don't want my money to refunded in limeroad credits i want a refund in my bank account.. It is such a pathetic service which you provide neither was the quality of the item i ordered bearable nor is the service.. I want a refund as soon as possible otherwise i will be compelled to do some serious action against the app

          I have oder a jegging and that i have done net banking. My balance cut but i can't able to see my product details. That time i haven't opened my account in limeroad please help me how can i get to know my product if they will not providing any details. And if they are not able to give my oder product then i want my refund money. As soon as possible please do it. And if the product is on the way then they should at least send message in my number.

            Have received rs 399 as lr credit for my returned order but according to ur refund policy it is mention that those who pay by cod hve to provide their neft bank details within 7 days of refund for transfering the money to my bank acount...                 I had bought a kurta and a handbag from limeroad. I was not happy with the material of the kurta and the handbag clips were found to be rusted when i opened the parcel. I have returned both of my orders back-[protected] and [protected]. This was on 26th september and 28th september 2017 respectively. I have lr credits balance of 1438 and 479 in my account. This is a very big amount and hence i want it to be transferred to my corporatrion bank account immediately. I had not selected any lr credit option while returning and have no interest in shopping further at limeroad because of all this issues
                I want the refund amount in my bank. The details had been sent during the return process. Also i would like to add that this is not the case in any other shopping site. They directly sent the refund back to the bank account. So i expect limeroad to do the same.

                      Hi,

                      I placed an order on 2nd october 2017 order id #19090354. I did not recieve any call from the delivery person, but simply i got msg delivery failed & schedule another meeting. I sent another date to the respective mail id. But still when i track the item it says item returned.
                      I m not able to call any customer number, all are saying invalid numbers. Also thorugh mails i m not getting response.
                      Without the calling us how they can cacel the order. Also no one came at the address location.
                      I have already paid the money for item.
                      Kindly help.

                        Placed an order for saree for my mother on limeroad but the quality of saree was very poor and my mother was not satisfied with the quality and as it was my first order on online shopping website, so i was totally surprised. Then i placed return order and want my money back and they refund the money as lr credit, i don't want to buy anything. Please tell me the way so that i can transfer my money into my bank account.

                        Hi I am yogita pednekar . I want my amount Rs.871 to my bank account.
                        I had ordered a jumpsuit and i found the size big for me so i opted for an exchange and ordered a smaller size fir the product.. it showed that it will reach me by tomorrow i.e 27.04.21 and today is already 26.04.21 and they have not even shipped it .I needed it for an occasion and it would arrive late so it would be of no use to me so i had to cancel the order. When I cancelled the order i did not get any option to choose my refund in bank account or LR credits and it directly got credited in my LR credits.. This is not done .. I want my money back in my bank account..

                          I have ordered a smart denim skirt with tracking id[protected] and order no. [protected] and it reached me in 5 days but the problem is the skirt is over sized and i need to return it. While placing my order i didn't created any account on limeroad but my order was successfull and now when i need to return it there's no option. I mean the only way to return is first log in to the account but i don't have one. So what i m saying is if customer is not aware of this things then its really not fear.. You should have informed us about this..
                          But now i don't know much i just want to exchange my product.. Though the time for return policy is just 7 days, i have wasted my three days on searching over it that how to exchange without account, you have to consider me or else my faith on this site is so lost.. Seriously

                            I ordered a pink cotton and black poly lace halter neck dress under order no. [protected] and returned it because of size problem. I chose the option to refund money in my bank but limeroad gave it as lr credits instead even when i didn't choose that option. I want my money back in my account as soon as possible. You are a fake site and the other reliable sites do nothing of this sort. If you do not give my money back then i'll surely tell my friends and suggest them not to use your site

                            The subscription doesn’t work at all. I keep getting the emails and messages again and again. I hate their products. Please ensure I am unsubscribed.

                            Whenever I click on unsubscription link, it says something is wrong and I am not subscribed. But I receive multiple emails every single day.

                                I had returned my order on previous week to you and you had told me that the amount of the item will be credited to my lr account within 2 days. It's been a week and still no money has been credited.                                 I dont know how..! But something went wrong and through my limeroad account there is a order for two tops which costs 450 rupees..!                                   I had ordered pink glossy sandals and returned due to difference in size. Limeroad has converted to lr credits points. I kindly request the lr credits points to be transferred to my bank a/c instead of lr points. Really disappointed because i was asked to provide my details and instead of transferring to my bank a/c it was given to me by credit points which is not useful to me.

                                  Return item rs is tranfer as lr credit i want to tranfer it in bank account, how can i do it? Other company tranfer refund rs in bank why your company not? Plz refund it in my bank account.
                                  Refund my rs in my bank account it is now as LR credit
                                  It's almost 15 days gone...I still not get my refund back in my account...I will give 0 rating to your site...you can't make trouble to your customers...

                                    I have purchased something on limeroad. And the product was not as per the quality promised... So i returned that product... So the money that i got as refund was as lcr credit... I don't want to shop anything on limeroad... This is not a genuine shopping site... So i want my money back in my bank account... All online shopping companies give that facility to get refund in bank account... So why limeroad not... This is cheating... It means once you buy something on limeroad and don't want to keep that product, then you have to buy something else whether you want or not... Limeroad will not provide your money back in your account... I don't know. I want my money back.

                                    My order number is [protected]. Delivery date given by limeroad 23 September 2017 bt till today 25 th of September parcel is not delivered. I ask to customer care they are giving [censored] reasons. I want my parcel as early as possible. I very disappointed of this behavior.parcel reached pune 3 days before bt I didn't receive it.
                                    I did a ordered but matierial is not good so i returned it and apply refund policy time is over which i s metioned by lime road my money is not transfer in my account

                                      My refund amount has been transferred to lr credit as refund mode. I had not selected this lr credit option, then why transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account... Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad. I want all my money back in my bank account... I don't find any product on limeroad genuine...
