I was ordered a red flared kurti on lime road shop, but i dont like that material because matrial is not too good and colour is so dull. Product is diffferentt from your website which have been seen, so i returned this product. Product is picked by limeroad boy. Ten days are comlete d which is mentioned by limeroad that your refund money is reflect in your account but my money is not show in my account why?...

I havent orderd anything since 3~4 months in limeroad. But i dont know how the two tops costing 450 rupees are been got orderd through my account.. Which i came to know after looking notificatification of order in my mail.. If it delivers am not going to pay for it because i am not able cancel the order. So please tell me how to cancell the order or else please cancell the order.....

My refund amount has been transferred to lr credit as refund mode. I had not selected this lr credit option, then why transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account... Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad.

I want to return the product which i bought in lime road asap but i am unable to do as the email id is showing incorrect, my order number is [protected], so please consider this, the product which i got completely different and very uncomfortable, the given ivr number is waste, it is saying the order number is invalid, there is no other alternative to let them know the product and get their product back, so please let theme and refund my money...

I got delivery within 4 days i paid through cod but size was proper so i returned the top the next day it's been 15 days since i returned material till now didn't get the money back. Limeroad with orderno [protected] order placed on 16-8-17, but it wasn't fit so applied for returns and the guy came to take the dress return but i got message from limeroad that return was cancelled, i didn't get the money in return but returned the product to the executive. Contacted the person who took return but he isn't attending calls. What should i do....

I have 651 lr credits. I've read that it needs a minimum order amount of rs 1000 and cannot be clubbed with other promotions. And yet, while trying to apply it on my order, i'm unable to apply my entire lr credits while placing an order. This is highly disappointing, given a certain deadline for expiration of the credits as well. I intend to ask you to transfer the credits into my bank account. Prompt action would be appreciated....

I have order cotton printed single bed bedsheet (Sontosh royal fashion) my order id is [protected]. I am sorrow to say that reverse pick up will be held on dated 21.08.2017 but the company (Delhivery pvt. Ltd., khasra no:1768/1223/5 (Area 8 kannal), village khandsa, behrampur road, gurgao haryana, 122001) does not pickup.
