My order numbers are[protected]May'17) and [protected] (August'17), the refund for these two are still pending and it's showing "refund processed" status on the same portal. They have transferred one of my refund on payu money on which i dont have any account to access. I am still chasing the refund of these two amounts i. E 654 and 398. Seems like they are looting and befooling people. I really don't know how to get it sorted and that is the reason i am writing to you. Please do the needful. I have also attached screenshots of same order. Please help me out in this. Please.

    I juz received an sms from lime road which says my refund has done on my lr credit. I don't want my refund on my lr credit i want u to transfer the required money on my bank account... Please do look forward on my request and return my money on my bank account... I will let u know the details of my account. I had sent u mail too but guyz don't respond

      I ordered 3 t-shirts of xl size for rupees 885/=on[protected]. Ireceived the 3 t-shirts on[protected] and paid rupees 885/=. The size was too small so i contacted through phone for 2xl size, company also accepted the same and taken away all the 3 t-shirts. But so far no replacment was undertaken.         Hello, i ordered a t-shirt from your website.

        As i didn't like the product. I returned it.
        But now the refund has become a problem.

          Hi,
          I am priya. I had ordered 3 kurtas rs.1236/- from limeroad. After receiving i don't like that products, so i returned all the items on 14.08.2017 and raise a refund request. After that they sent rs.412/- to my mobikwik account and remaining amount credited into lr credits. I don't want my refund amount in lr credits. I want get my cash on my mobikwik or bank account. Let me know, next what i should do?

            On 29 july return my package. Today 12 august no refund money comes in my bank account. Limeroad transfer it in lr credits then i email them and ask them give me bank account transfer option they provide me and give me link on 1 august i transfer my all limeroad credit in my bankaccount since 12 days not asingle money comes in my account. I bought a purse 450 rs. Limeroad cheat me 12 days gone

            I had opted for bank account refund but it got tranfer to LR Credit as the product had cum completely defective.

I had not selected this lr credit option, then why did you transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account... Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad.

                I have return the product i have ordered through lime road today with order id [protected]. But in mode of return amount it shows lr credit. I don't want my amount to be added in lr credit. I want the refund amount in my bank account.                   I purchased a top from limeroad but i am not satisfied with this top so i want to return it but when i call limeroad customer care no he cant't fetch my order. I called him 6 and more time but he does not give me correctly answer and she says only that she can't fetch my oreder.                       And had paid for that. I received the order on 10th august and the dress is not what i ordered!! This causes great inconvinience on the part of customers. This is really disgusting! Net total was inr 753. Return that amount and please take back this dress

                          I ordered medium size of blue denim dress according to my body size but it's coming too small on me!
                          I would like to exchange it for a large size product. I want size large! I am also little concerned about how it will be conducted by limeroad. Will it be hand to hand exchange of the product or do i have to return and wait for the exchange? I want limeroad to ensure a hassle free authentic and valid exchange of the product!

After placed for replace again they done same thing besides they delivered Black Trouser instead of Brown one which is again not fit for me and other one also same . I given call to your customer care clear said I'm going for vacation for 10 to 15 days . So requested to come and collect to replace Black Trouser with 36 Size and Brown one which you people have to refund the amount for that . But after that no once came to collect and when trying to your customer care telling wrong number. what a service you have great . If you people really giving good service, I think you will reply for this and I wanna apologizes from Lime Road

                                On 6th july 2017 i have a order of brown cotton chinos casual trousers, i received the said paint after one week but this is very unfortunate that within one month i used the paint and now i realised that fabric of the paint was very poor quality of materials. Paint stitching are open, this is very bad thing for your company goodwill. Please take the matter seriously and take necessary steps as early as possible.

                                  Still i have not received item. This is very bad impact on your business.

                                  I had never excepted this kind of negligence. It had take almost more than 10 days to delivery the item on right time.
