Made many request for service but no response, they treat customers like dog, i have given a request for service on my new ro but they not even respond for more than 1 week, worst part is thier customer service they not even understand the query and tell the same thing. Worst is there supervisor disconnect the calls, never seen a worst customer service, i called more than 9 times till now they not send a engineer for a service, don't know what to do. Never ever use a word livpure in my life.
