I have raised a complaint that my RO purifier is not working, ( water not filtering) my complaint no. is : JS[protected], on 22 july 2016, but till now (27 july 2016) no body has visited my place to check whats the problem, Livpure is very irresponsible hopeless company, I recommend all to never buy RO of this company.

    We have purchased the Livpure water purifier 3 years back. last month the water purifier stopped working so we called a technician and fixed it. After fixing this the water purifier started leaking and we are unable to fill it . I have called customer care more than 20 calls to get this fixed. Livpure customer service takes the call and promises that technician will call within 2 hours and problem will be resolved in 24 hours. But in reality no one calls. I myself need to follow-up. They also give manager's number, executive's number, branch number which is also fake- [protected]. IN case if the number is reached then the executive says they are either in meeting, driving or on leave. They assure to call back in 30 minutes but no engineer is coming to fix the purifier. It has been 15 days now we are unable to drink water and have to buy it from shops.

    I would like to get rid of this product and sue Luminous Water Technologies.

      This is regarding my cleaning & maintenance of water purifier which I purchased 3 months back which is under AMC. I raised a three service request for cleaning the purifier however till now no one has visited to my house

        I live in chennai
        I bought this product a year ago and it has always troubled me to the core that i lost trust in tje quality of water that i got from it. I had to make 50 calls to the customercare for every service and despite this the service would be so unprofessional, ammatuer, half done, crap, what to say. Today was the last service after which i had a devastating mishap in my kitchen. I was in my shower after thd guy left and didnt notice that my kitchen was getting flooded with water pouring like a rain from the ceiling. Water has been popping up like a fountain, hitting the ceiling and walls of my kitchen, erroding all my electrical appliances. I got a shock and couldn’t regain my normalcy for a moment, tried to step in to swtch off the machine in panic and realised current was passing through the stagnant water on the floor. Rushed out of my house with my little son and took help from neighbours. Guess what i was afraid that that water with the current would reach the gas. I literally died out of fear. I then took a video of this to go legal. We called the branch manager of chennai, mr. Satya kumar and he answered irresponsibly that it was an accident. I really dont want anyone else to have this experience. I am taking this legally. I am publishing the video in all possible websites that could connect a search for livpure ro review

          I purchased livpure touch plus ro+uv+uf on 11th june 2016 from csd canteen located in command hospital bangalore.

          After the purchase same day i contacted the customer care which registered my request for installation. The person told that product will be installed within 24 hours. Nobody turned up next day i thought may be it's sunday thats why nobody has come.

          A person named balaji came on 13th june 2016 to make the installation. He told me and my husband that he is the person who looks after the area in which we live and if we have any problem we should contact him. He did the installation and there was a happy code which we had got from livpure customer care that we shared with him.

          Just after few hours of installation the tap started leaking. My husband kept on calling balaji his phone was busy and then again he kept on calling this fellow didnt pick up the phone. Then we tried on customer care on which nobody picked up. Then we called balaji from an alternate number. He picked up the phone. I requested him to come and fix the problem he rudely refused and told to register a complaint through customer care. I requested him that please come most importantly due to this leakage water is getting wasted. But he refused. Then we called gopal mishra whose number was shared from csd canteen that he handles bangalore operations in case of any issue we should contact him. We told him our problem he said engineer would come the next day (I. E. 14th june 2016).In morning no body came we again called customer care they registered our complaint. Still nobody turned up till evening. Again i called customer care in evening the person who picked up started giving excuses and when none of her excuses worked she gave me a number on some bangalore incharge. That fellow also doesn't pick up the phone.

          Today is 15th june 2016. Nobody has come to fix the problem everytime we call customer care they give a new number. We are totally mentally harassed by these people and just don't want to continue with this product. They don't care about the customer and not even have a thought about water that is getting wasted because of them. I want to return this product and no longer want to have their awful services. Plus compensation for the mental torture of every minute that they are causing us. I fell totally cheated and fed up.

          Please help me from this torture. I want to absolutely get rid of this product and make them pay so that they don't take any customer for granted

          They called me after i complained about them on grahak suvidha kendra bangalore. A serviceman came the same day and fixed the problem. They have ensured such lapse won't be repeated in future. Let's see how much they stand on their own words. I am 200% sure they wouldn't have fixed the problem had it not been forwarded to them by grahak suvidha kendra.

            I purchased this item almost 6 months ago and it is not working now. I have called customer care and complaint this almost 1 month ago. and i made more than 20 calls to get this fixed. they will give managers number, executive number, branch number like that.every one saying they are in meeting, driving or in leave. will call back in 30 minutes. nothing happens so far. once they visited here and just disconnected the UV and bypass to pipe. n they saying dashboard problem is finding but still now they not at all fixing the problem and told us that they will replace UV & dashboard in 2 days. but nothing so far. service boy also not at all picking the phone.

              I have livpure waterpurifier since last 3 yr. 1 month back it was stopped suddenly. I called customer care, they hd sent one engineer. He suggested me to buy annual maintenance care in 4000 rs. In that he will change all four filters, ro membrane, and free service for 1 yr. He took money and gave me receipt but changed only 3 filter and gave excuse that one filter he will change tomorrow.
              But he didn't come back. My filter is now leaking, had complaint 10 times but everytime only assurance was given. Still no one has come. Feeling upset. Thinking to sue them. Plz help

                      I have logged a complaint regarding water purifier is not working, 5 days ago but still there is no response, this happening very frequently every time we complaint they are taking minimum 4 - 5 working days but in customer service they will tell like your query will be respond with in 24 hours. water is one of the basic necessity i don't know why they are reacting like this. During my last service one the filer is not working the service men told he will replace in 2 days but almost 2 month now still now the issue is open, i hope we are drinking in purity water. Now the water is leaking, complaint raised no response.

                            After spending 15000 rs on a water filter if someone is ready to throw the machine within two months then only he should think of this company.
                            Yes it is not exaggeration this is what I am having to suffer. My machine serial no C3FW31D000543, purchased and installed on 2nd Aug'2015. Company can check how many happy code was generated. Yes these guys will force one unhappy customer to send code after each service irrespective of whether the machine works or not. They write in their datasheet that maximum duty cycle of envy plus is 75litre per day. Their service people will come and tell you that if we use more than 10-20 litres the machine won't work. Ok I accepted at least let it give me 10 to 20 litres. But now the situation is I have to throw the machine. In last two service man came in my at least 15 times. Naturally they will get fed up.

                              I paid for AMC, my RO filter stopped filtering water, I raised a request, I was promised service in 24hrs, nothing happened.Again called them, my complaint was escalated, but nothing happened.Then i asked local superviosr num and spoke, they sent 2 diff messages with service guy numbers, but said he don't take care of my area. Irresponsible
                              I tried twice to customer care, I was promised service in 24hrs, no one responded. Called again, escalated my complaint. No response. I also sent them a mail. No response. Asked for local supervisor num & spoke, he again promised, he will send a guy, but no one turned up. I got a msg with different service guy num but none of them turned up. When he called, he just say, he take care of diff location, it has been assigned to him wrongly and someone else will come for service, but no one called.                                 I have purchased my Envy plus Livpure RO water filter ( Sl no C3FW31D1000543 ) in 1st week of August'15. Within one the machine failed. Within last the machine had to service 5 times. Now on sixth time again machine failed. Service man came and did cleaning, replacement of membrane several times. Finally they say that I am drawing more water than its capacity. The specification says its max duty cycle 75 litre per day. It has storage capacity of 8 litres. My requirement is around 30 to 40 litres which is around 50% of its specified duty cycle. Hence in consultation with the dealer I selected the model. Now the machine is not working. As per serviceman's instruction I started drawing only around 20 litre and buying remaining requirement. even then the machine fails. I wrote several emails to the company asking for clarification on its capacity. The company does not bother to reply. At least if company confirms that its datasheet is wrong and the machine cannot be expected to filter more than 20 to 25 litre I would have thrown this machine gone for another brand.

                                  Hi,

                                  I purchased Livpure Pep Plus RO water purifier on 24-Sep-2014 with 1 year warranty but product failed to work on 31 August. So I contacted Luminous Water Technologies service toll free no[protected].

                                  Customer executive confirmed that I will get confirmation SMS (Complaint No JS[protected]) and engineer call in 2 hrs. My service will be rectified in 24 hrs but still date no one attended the problem. So I have dialled multiple time I tried the same toll free no. I got same response but no one attended the compliant.

                                  Last week I got call from Luminous Water Technologies company for renewal for extension of warranty. I raised the same complaint with them but same response today engineer will attend but no attended the issue.

                                  Please help me to resolve the issue.

                                    My only regret in life is buying this product and getting AMC.
                                    Product is ok. Service is NIL.

                                    booked a complaint that my machine is leaking on the 18th of september, 2015 and again on 19th, 20th 21st and 22nd. till date no service engineer has come or even called.

                                    after buying this machine I am still buying water outside.
                                    what is THE USE OF THIS COMPANY PRODUCT.?

                                      I have purchase livpure water purifier 1 month before which cost 10000 rs. and currently i am getting tds level of 10 which is not safe for drinking. i call to customer are, engineer come and told me that in this model (livpure pep) there is no tds adjuster, tds adjuster is of 500 and 300 is my service charge. then i call to local distributor, he told me that first install uv then tds adjuster which cost around 2000 rs. i have spend 10000 but still i am not getting safe water, then its useless for me. local ro of 4000 rs is much much better then this branded one. i have mailed to their official website also but no revert from their side. i will not recommend to any1 for this brand. please use local ro, or any other brand but don't waste money on this. my ro detail you may get from this registered number ([protected]). please provide solution if any.                                         I had purchased a water purifier (envy+) at Rs.17000/-. 4 days back. But so far no serviceman has come to install it even after repeated reminders to their customer care. If this is the situation, i worry about their response if the product gets failed to perform and requires attention.
