I raised a complaint on 27 june 18 that i can hear beep sound from my pep+ continously. (Started just today as we tried to replace tap as it was broken)
Team has sent a technician for that who is charging 4500 for changing an ro filter which is so irrelevant. I complained for cap replacement and they say everything is wrong with u r purifier and we need to change. This is so insane that filter which worked superb till morning can suddenly ho wrong with filter? Instead of opening and checking, with out even visiting my home they called for filter replacement.
I shall be glad if this is addressed soon

    I had bought this purifier in Aug 17. while shifted to new place I requested for removal reinstallation of the purifier. waited for 5-6 days, finally removed it on my own. and now I m waiting for last one for installation of the set. customer care says, you'll get call in next 48 hrs, but no response so far. warranty service of the set is so overdue sine last march.

    I request them to buy back the set even on reduced price. Pathetic experience so far.

    One engineer visited today who could only put two nails in wall and hang the purifier and told me to get a plumber for water connection and electrician for connection. Great service.

      I brought one LIV-GLITZ-PLUS from a dealer named Kitchmart, Kanhangad, Kasargod dt.Kerala on 8th of this month, till now nobody has came for Installation, I send mails even to the manufacturer, but no response, only one acknowledgement SMS.

        Hello Sir/Madam,

        I am Md Shahnawaz. I have been using Livpure Hero Plus Water Purifier since Nov, 2017. On Dt. 5th May, 2018 i have lodged a complaint for water purifier as it was not storing water and the service engineer came and solved the issue. Just after 2 days it stop working again.

        I have lodged a complaint again on Dt. 13th May 2018 with service request No. JS[protected]. Service Engineer Mr. SURANJAN EKKA, [protected] was assigned and came on Dt. 15th May, 2018 and changed 2 filters and charged Rs. 450/- each, totalling Rs. 900/- falsely by the service engineer.

        Though, the product was in warranty and i have been told several times that the filters will be changed free of cost during the warranty period by customer care.

        I called the customer care they told me to talk to the Zonal Head Mr. Pratap, [protected]. I tried to call Mr. Pratap many times but he is not responding.

        I called customer care service several time also emailed on 16th May 2018, but unfortunately no results. Customer Care person only says be assured, we'll resolve the issue and get back to you soon. It's been 12 days, but unfortunately not solved.

        Customer care person says there is no replacement of any filters but the service engineer changed the filter and charges for it.

        Attaching the Bill / Invoice of the Product and Bill provided by the Service Engineer during service.

        Please look into this matter and resolved the issue A.S.A.P.

          Hello,

          I have purchased "livpure glo 7-litre ro + uv + mineralizer water purifier" on 8 october 2017 and it is still in warranty. After few months i have faced leakage problem in my water purifier, then i called livpure customer care to look into this issue but after making 2, 3 call with 10 to 15 min of hold they finally picked my call they say they will send their technical staf in maximum 24hrs to my to my doorstep, i have raised the complaint on 4th may 5pm in between i called 2, 3 times and after 24 hrs passed i called again now the executive says you please call to the technical department with the number provided, so i called to the department they say they dont have enough staff right now please raise a complaint on livpure customer care, serously?

          I again called customer care on 5th may 8:30 to 9:00 pm. I have told all my issues and the executive says please call again to the department. When i asked why this is not getting resolved he disconnected the call. I did not see anything like this in any customer care.

          I have 4 year old Livpure GLO 7 litre. Since Friday(March 5), it is leaking. I have called customer care at least 5 times and the job sheet is open but no one has bothered to rectify it. I would rate this company very low on customer care and ensure that no one in my circle ever purchases a LivPure product.

          Horrible experience. Their AMC is a scam. The same technicians are willing to come if we pay. Otherwise they don't respond.
          My livpure purifier is leaking continuously and the customer care does not pick my calls. Please do the needful.

            We purchased livpure water purifier pro+ in april 2018 and on 14th april installation happened. Within a week after installation, water purifier suddenly stopped working. Sometime it works and sometime it doesn't.

            We raised first complaints on 22nd april and on 28th apriil service guy came and that time water purifier was working. So he said wires are loose. Again a day after this, we're facing the same issue. Sometime water purifier works and sometime it doesn't.

            What's the solution of this?

            Who is responsible for this?

            How do you sell products without verifying so that it stopped working within a week?

              I bought water purifier for 11k. Now they are asking me to pay 5k for 1 year warranty. The membrane cost around 2.5k to 3k. Irrespective of it getting damaged i have to pay for it every year. And if it gets damaged twice it will be not covered under warranty. What kind of warranty is that. Actually i am buying it every year isn't it?? This is loot. My simple question is how can warranty be 40% of the product.

                  I have called Aqua care india service centre to repair my RO livpure, they came on the same day & told me to change complete filter& memrin but now the RO water is not even drinkable condition, i have filled complaint 12 times but they didnt not replied. Everytime i give them call they say service person will come today but noone same. Even after warning them of filling complaint against they have no fear & now they have stopped taking calls as well.

                  I want 3680/- back from aqua care as it's your third party support centre & taken money in name of repair. Old damaged part & wrong fitting in aqua was done, we have drank unfiltered water, who would have been responsible for my health issue??? And I have repaid 1260/- for service again to Livpure service centre. I m not going to accept.

                    Hi team,

                    I have purchased a liv pure ro system from allahabad (Hometown) in feb'17 for my parents - whose age have crossed 70. Its a costly ro system worth more than 14 k.

                    From the very beginning - the ro system had problems (Leakage, not at all working) and complaints more attended also.

                    But for reasons not known to me the functioning remained as it was, which caused lot of frustration and defeated the very purpose of purchasing the ro system.
                    Since the purchase date - multiple times ro system has malfunctioned (Last two complaints i remember are js[protected], js[protected]) and in this way the ro system didn’t worked during the past summer and again this season.
                    On every complaint the technicians attending the issue observed new defects.

                    On every visit one or the other part was repaired but the system never functioned properly. Last service was done in jan'18 - js[protected], but the functioning remained as is. Few days after service it works but again one or the other issue popped up.

                    Now the ro completely stopped. I fail to understand the technical issue here that how ro system can mulfunction multiple times in a year since its purchase

                    Following up the officials & calling customer care daily - but no progress have been made till date.

                    I humbly request you to be kind enough to take remedial action for ro system in view of the foregoing for which i shall be greatly obliged.

                    Received a call from customercare that charges have to be given by me for service engineer to visit.

                    I fail to understand that why would I be paying for inspection of product which was defective since its purchase, mentioning its now out of warranty.

                    Please check the complaint log where product has been repaired multiple times but still the issue was persisting.

                    In Jan'18 also service was done when product was in warranty by service engineer but the functioning was not proper after that. As mentioned in my previous correspondence as well I have purchased the product for my parents whose age is 70 plus and they cannot keep complaining every 15-20 days.
                    When I used to visit them they used to explain the issue and complaint was logged from my side.

                    It is not at all justified to ask for charges for a product which malfunction every alternate month.

                    Please ask the service engineer to check the product and get the issue resolved

                      I have called multiple time for livpure demo. Demo was registered for this saturday and none revert or got any call till now. Multiple time reach out customer care and they just say wait for 2 more hours to get call back from representatives.
                      If this was the experience for new customers to buy or interested for livpure then i think it would be more horrible for existing customers queries and services

                        We had purchase livepure glo 7 lit. Ro in the month of september 2017 with a assurance given by representative who has come for installation that there are three free servicing.

                        Now six months are going to complete by march 2018, but yet not a single service has been given by your representative who has installed it.

                        Can higher authorities from livepure glo intervene & send representative for servicing. We have noticed that now a days it is making noise.

                          I have raised complaint n no of time for resolving the issue i am facing, but still the problem persist. Every time ro technician comes and replace some random parts and told us that the problem will be resolved now. Despite the parts replacement problem still there.

                          Haven taken amc also, and per amc livpure required to change the filter once in a year. Now the amc is going to expire in few days but the replacement of filters are still pending. This is not expected from company like livpure.

                          First complaint raised on 9th february 2018
                          Last complaint raised on 6th march, no one turned up till this time.

                          What is use of getting amcs and branded ro.

                              Hi,

                              I have livepure ro pep plus. Last month or have some sounding problem. It's been two years to purchase that. I called to customer service and they arranged service. Service boy came and repair that but it is not clear with part of the ro because they change the parts and no can identify whether it was new or old (Used) one and they took the old one part with them, which is completely indicate some glitch.
                              After his service, ro again made noise and i again called to csr they arranged service, service boy came and changed the parts again.

                              Now it been around 20 days and ro making sound after two times services and if the water supply to ro has stopped it does not indicate in sound like it was indicated earlier.

                              The worst services and like scam of livepure i would say.

                              So, to every user of livepure ro pls check them well

                              I have bought a livpure filter fir Rs 13, 000/- from CSD. On installation the engineer found that the tank was broken. He told tgat it will be replaced within 72 hrs. The area manager also confirmed that. But now it was over 14 days. The dealers/ area managers only give false commitments to replace it. No action has been taken yet.

                                Purifier goes faulty in less than 15 days o[censored]se. Spare parts availability issue for more than 10 days and no resolution from cosutomer care, area manager or even local service centre in thane. Mns enterpriese are cheats, and so is their manager pramog singh. Area manager for thane raigad is pravin kor whose an sshole.
                                If you read the reviews of this company it's all negative. They are cheats and unable to prvide service. Maybe they spent all their money on making sachin as their brand ambassador.

                                  I am totally dissatisfied with Livpure Product, The Model We use is Touch+ and bought it in Sept 2017;
                                  All the time TDS level goes down after 10 days o[censored]se And we had called customer care around 10 times just to repair TDS level of the Water till now, In starting days they respond within 48 hours but after 4 to 5 times of repairing service they got casual behavior and carelessly handle the Issue.

                                  Now I am disappoint and I want to return My Product and want return my money back as it cost more to buy new RO of other company,
                                  because there is no solution from your side for this type of issue, Not even from the service In-charge Officer of Varanasi

                                  The product is under Warranty for 1 Year otherwise you will get money all the time when it get serviced for no Suitable reason from our side
                                  You just advise me how and when we can return it and get the money back?
                                  As this product We had bought from Delhi NCR region and we are here in 800 Kms away where the machine get installed; so preferably suggest the location nearby so that we can go and return

                                    I have raised a service request for the water purifier on 2nd february 2018. Till now i did not get any service. I have received only request nos js[protected]/js[protected]. Why no service has been provided till now? It is very poor service by livpure. Please mention clearly that you can not provide any service. You are simply cheating people in the name of service. I think i am being cheated by livpure. I have no other option. Tomorrow surely i will file a case in the consumer court. Please be ready to face the consequences.

                                      We have ro marvella, we bought this ro in 2014, whenever we called an executive for a service, he always use to discourage us to discontinue using this ro. And buy a new ro of other company from him.
                                      We have been ignoring him and registered a complaint against him but nothing happen.
                                      This time, gkk2 kit was supposed to replaced, instead of gkk2 of marvella, service center placed gkk2 o[censored]ltima claiming marvella and ultima is exactly same which is not.

                                        I have purchased livpure water purifier on 07/11/2017.
                                        In within 40 days i have made 3 complaints against machine issue with company but still i have no received any proper solution.
                                        Machine cost is around 10k but not working properly since purchased.
                                        No proper service has been provide livpure service providers.
                                        Customer care peoples deny for replacement of the machine.
                                        I dont want to use such type of machine wherever have facing issues from last 40 days, how it will works after expiring of warranty.
