After completion of my water purifier warranty period On February 2016, I am renew my AMC for one year( from feb-2016 to feb-2017).

On month of July -2016, when I am phone to customer care for my AMC, they send livpure engineer for service purpose. After their service many many problem we face till now ( like : water leakage from body, screen touch...

I purchase a LivPure PEP plus model on 3 september, 2016 but still its not get installed where as getting annoying call asking "Installation ho gaya", such a stupid people I never experienced.
Even though I replied no installation yet but no action whereas again call for confirming installation...
Getting screwed ...

I have taken amc for that but no one is attend my complain since today.

I bought new water purifier & given request on toll free number for installation & your customer care representative told me that our engineer will visit for installation at your address within 24 hours but engineer not visited even after 48 hours.

I had given request for installation on 21st of august 2016 but till date no one has visited at my address for installation.

I bought this item at 6th Aug 2016 and registered on 8th Aug 2016. As per their policy they install it within 24 hours of registeration. But still they did came and install it.

I had logged service request for my livpure ro on 26th june 2016 but service center had closed my service request without servicing or without any discussions with me. Hi all,
My name is sumeet. i have purchased livpure brahma 5 stage (non electric water purifire).
I purchased it on may 16 since first day there was very small leakage but we were not able to detect it, we through its tap leakage. this leakage is now increasing day by day.
I requested for services (js[protected]) on 26th july to check this defective product. it’s more than 10 days i haven’t received any service...

I have raised a complaint that my RO purifier is not working, ( water not filtering) my complaint no. is : JS[protected], on 22 july 2016, but till now (27 july 2016) no body has visited my place to check whats the problem, Livpure is very irresponsible hopeless company, I recommend all to never buy RO of this company....

We have purchased the Livpure water purifier 3 years back. last month the water purifier stopped working so we called a technician and fixed it. I purchased livpure touch plus ro+uv+uf on 11th june 2016 from csd canteen located in command hospital bangalore.

After the purchase same day i contacted the customer care which registered my request for installation. The person told that product will be installed within 24 hours. Nobody turned up next day i thought may be it's sunday thats why nobody has come.

I have called customer care and complaint this almost 1 month ago. and i made more than 20 calls to get this fixed. they will give managers number, executive number, branch number like that.every one saying they are in meeting, driving or in leave. will call back in 30 minutes. nothing happens so far. once they visited here and just disconnected the UV and bypass to pipe....

I have livpure waterpurifier since last 3 yr. 1 month back it was stopped suddenly. I called customer care, they hd sent one engineer. He suggested me to buy annual maintenance care in 4000 rs. In that he will change all four filters, ro membrane, and free service for 1 yr. He took money and gave me receipt but changed only 3 filter and gave excuse that one filter he will change tomorrow.

I have logged a complaint regarding water purifier is not working, 5 days ago but still there is no response, this happening very frequently every time we complaint they are taking minimum 4 - 5 working days but in customer service they will tell like your query will be respond with in 24 hours. water is one of the basic necessity i don't know why they are reacting like this.
