My ro - amc was expired few month back, i raised a request and a service engineer told all parts to be replaced including membrane hence he forced me to extend the full amc package. After i brought full amc other engineer came for serice and he change only 2 candles and told everthing is good no need to replace anything.

I am very disappointing from your service. I have purchased livpure glo model from amazon. Then i have requested for installation, service guys came to my home (Gwalior), he does not have enough knowledge how to open tap & install ro. He is trying to open my tap to install ro, but he broke down my tap as well as my water line also.

Hello, i have bought a livepure glitz model ro before 6 months, it never worked properly. This is my 5th service request. Worst worst worst worst worst product.... And service is very poor, i have raised an online complaint before many times but nothong to avail. And i bought this product because of sachin advertisement in it, thought it should be a good product but the case is reverse it was not even comparable to local products available...

Livpure touch 2000+ has been installed in my home 6 months back, and on an average every month it has complaint registered with your customer care.

This time again it has problem, filter get burst out and water flooding out of your magic box. Could you please explain that warranty period will be given for lifetime or exchange this box with any good quality water purifier.

My flat owner had bought a purifier from amazon, livpure ro. We called the respective people for installation. When the engineer came for installation, he replaced a hardware knob as the provided one was faulty. For that he charged us 350 and when i asked for the bill of the knob he refused to provide one. I even requested him for a bill as we needed to send that to our owner to reimburse. Then the procedure is to drain the purifier twice...

Livpure water purifier touch 2000+ design is faulty. You cannot empty all the water from purifier. Even their technician visited us and tries to empty whole tank but they couldn't. And agreed that this is design fault. I contacted livpure customer care multiple times, also send them emails. But there's no action from their side. Livpure executive has changed prefilter on 4th may and charged rs. 650. Executive told me that problem will not repeat again.
