Water PPM are very low, I have registered complaint to customer care on the number provided on their website. I have called them multiple times, they always told me that the service engineer will visit today, it has been happening since past 1 week and no one has contacted me regarding servicing of the same. They are also charging service charges every time I call them. I am so fed up with the service, I am thinking about changing the product altogether. I bought the Pep Pro Plus on 10th Aug, 2018. Serial Number : D7IW44D1035305.

    I purchased a uv & uf filter from a dealer of brand name livpure on 24th dec 2018 and on 9th jan 2019 with in a span of 15 days it stopped working. I have registered the complaint with the company but there is no response, when company person attended the call he said that the some part needs to be replaced which is currently not available, he said he will get it next day but since last 3 days we are using water bottles purchased from outside and no resolution has been given.
    Poor service from livpure.

      I had bought 2 years amc for my livpure 2000 touch plus water purifier (Attached the receipt) and it's not been serviced for past 4 months i am keep on following up with shriram enterprises ([protected]) bangalore, this is the seller who sold the water purifier also, i had send multiple emails and calls to livpure customer care but they are not responding..

      This is affecting our family health also the water started smelling.

        I purchased two units of livpure magna ro water purifier from flipkart and requested to install one of them in davangere and one in bangalore. The service center person visited my home in davangere and was confused about the model as he was never trained to install magna filter. I helped him and almost installed it myself except for him to drill holes in wall and install the nails for the unit. I did not mind anyway as the installation was done ultimately. After the installation, till date, there has been no visit from the service center in davangere and they are saying that the maintenance service was booked in bangalore address so it is all done and without providing even a single service, the warranty is going to end.

        The bangalore service center is doing well and they have done their job of installation and maintenance but not in davangere. The service center did not provide the free sedimentary and carbon filter that was supposed to be replaced and now they are saying they cannot provide it and trying to confuse with lots of reasons.

        This clearly shows that the service center in davangere is misusing the sedimentary and carbon filters allocated for customers and selling it to others taking money.

        When i registered a complaint with customer care, i was asked to contact mr. Anup who is the incharge of this area but mr. Anup is not at all responding on the phone and is not answering sms too.

        This is very bad and not at all a good support from livpure and nobody is handling these complications and there is no escalation possible anymore.

          The product purchase livpure is not a good to be used for residential use as we have purchase the product on may 2018 now it is december 2018 it is third time we are facing and every time service personnel visit he change the filter and take rs 1000/- to rs1500/-.
          We recommend any one not to go for livpure as monthly we have suffer and during rectification of our ro we have to pay money.

          Product installed on 13.11.2018.problem of leaking occurred on 28.12.2018. refusing to rectify by saying not covered under warranty. As per their warranty condition no.1 it is covered for one year if any manufacturing defect. this company is cheating and asking to pay AMC. their product not even worth to work for one month. cheating the public.

            I have raised a compliant JS[protected] 3 days back till now technican not attended.
            I tried to reach customer care it is always busy so I sent escalation message from livpure website.
            Till now no reply from livpure.

            I don't know what is the SLA once a compliant is raised, please share your information.
            When can technician attend and resolve this issue.

              Dear sir,
              I have purchased a liv pure waterpurifier "pep pro" from flipkart.
              Currently it is not working and i have been trying to reach customer care through toll free number "[protected]" more than a week. Still i am not able reach them and it says that customer is busy. Even i tried sent sms "56567" three times with different days, nobody reached out me so far.
              Please help me to fix water purifier issue at the immediately.
              I am not sure to escalate about the issues.

                I have livepure pep pro plus water purifier.

                My purifier preventive maintenance is not done, i raised request with no. Js [protected] on 05/09/18. But person not came for service. I have paid 5000 rs per year, i dont know why you people are neglecting.

                After that,
                My purifier getting leak. Already larged complaint on 15th november with request no. Js[protected]. Already 10 days over no person came till date. I called the person daily thrice, he is saying today/tomorrow i will come. I dont know why your maintaining service like this. Worst ever in my life... This is a basic need. Service person has to attend immediately. I hope you will solve my issue as soon as possible.

                  मेरे livpure ro की amc की receipt no-103562 dated 25 july, 2018 done by sandip द्वारा 1 वर्ष के लिए की गई है। अभी मेरे पास gurgaon नम्बर से फोन आया की आपको amc करवानी है तो बताएं मैंने कहा ये हो चुकी है तो बताया कि हमारे रिकॉर्ड में रजिस्टर्ड नहीं है। कृपया इसकी जाँच करके रजिस्टर्ड करवाने की कृपा करें

                    I have a envy+ro, after first yr. They assured 2 free candle replacement service a year. For which i opted for a 3 yr amc contact, which expired on 2nd aug 18. During these period, i found very poor service with unskilled technicians in the name of company service engineer. Twice i noticed, replacing filter candles with opened old used parts. The last service which was due on aug 18 was not attend, after repeated mail/telephonic reminder, felt helpless with false assurance
                    Now, started claiming money saying contract expired. Now i am realizing it was a blunder going for livpure water purifier. I will now taking it as a challenge to get my due by putting it in a legal forum

                      Around 2 months back one of the visiting technician recommended that we take amc pack so that all the filters can be replaced, so i paid rs.8000/- (For 2 year amc).

                      After around 6 complaints and 4 visits by local technician simply replaced same inexpensive filters twice (2 of them). We stopped drinking water from the purifier since it tastes bad/impure.

                      Are you guys cheating customers in the name of amc? For rs.4000/- i shelled out why can't you replace all the damaged filters?

                      I would request you to replace my next year's amc (Rs.4000/-) so that i shift to some other purifier since waste enough of my time/effort this year.

                        This is Noel here.

                        Just wanted to share the worst customer service I have experienced from Livpure and the wrong decision of trusting this brand.

                        During my warranty period i had raised a request and in spite of following up so many times, no body came for servicing. Now that my warranty period is over, no body is entertaining me with my service request. And this nightmare reached a new low when my service request JS[protected] was closed without providing the service.

                        Such a pathetic brand.Hope you guys stop bluffing other customers and treat them well.

                          Pm still pending even after i call multiple days to costomer care & cc responding me every time "sir your pm is still due & we raised your concern on high priority" but after that no call for pm, cc also provided me bangluru area manager contect no but that is switched off when ever i called on that numbe.

                          So kindly look into tha matter & reslove it asap.

                          I bought livpure because sachin t. With livpure, now i am thinking whether that was my mistake when i bought it 🤔.

                            Sir i purchased a RO from livpure on 23/05/2016. After One year i extended the AMC for one year up to 23/05/18. After this i extended the warranty AMC for three more years in 9500 rs. This period started from 23/05/18 to 23/05/2021 . As per company rules service should be provided to customer after 110 days, but there is no call from company even after 165 days. When i called company says this is system problems what we do. Sir i paid 9500 rs. in advance than there was no problem in company system. Sir from last one, month i used Bislery bottles due to some allergic problems in my family. Company send service person only after my complaints and up to this time i suffered a lot. Sir please help me how can i get back my 9500 .

                                  I think company doesn't care after service. Regarding my livpure service i tried reaching out to customer care, never could connect. I registered call back multiple times, that also didn't work.
                                  At least have some courtesy on the customers who spent big money and bought your products.

                                    I have brought the purifier 3 months back and it was working fine. From last week the purification process became very slow and the tank was not getting filled even if we turn it on for 10 hours continuously where in earlier it was taking 30-40 minutes to fill the 7 ltr tank.

                                    I have tried calling the customer care 'n' number of times but it was not getting connected to the support team instead the call was getting disconnected saying "all the customer support engineers are busy and we will arrange a call back soon". I haven't got any call back. Finally after one week of continuous attempt i got the call connected to customer care once.
                                    I have told them the issue and they registered a compliant. One person who came to my home has replaced the sediment filter and asked me money 450 rs which i have denied to give since the customer care person already told me not pay anything. He has finished the work and water started getting purified fast, he left within 10 minutes by fixing it. Once he left the tank got filled in 20 minutes and it was not getting filled after that. The full tank light got turned permanently and didn't get turned off even after the tank got emptied. Purification was not happening at all (No inflow or out flow) i have called that person immediately but he told his shift got over and cant help today. He promised come and check it next day morning but he didn't come. I called him again and again and he was telling some excuses.

                                    I called customer care and again the same experience. Call was not connecting at all. After 2 hours of attempt i could get connect one person and he registered another complaint. Till the time the engineer was fixing the issue at-least we were getting water though it was taking time. Now no water at all. They are telling 48 hours to solve this. We have paid and brought this item to get good water, what we are supposed to drink for 48 hours?. We are having cauvery water only in our home then how come sediment filter got blocked in 3 months? Why the sediment can't get cleared by itself like other company water purifiers?

                                    Today the 2nd Engineer who has came to fix the issue caused by the 1st Engineer has changed one more filter and he has told that the the first person didn't give the connection to UV filter properly. When he has connected it the purifier started working. I don't know why he has replaced UV filter though it started working. He left the houses and after 20 minutes the purifier started overflowing from all the sides . Water started coming out of the purifier from all sides like waterfalls. I turned it off and called the service agency and the engineer, they have assured me that they will fix it in 30 minutes. Nothing happened even after 2 hours. It is really a bad experience from a customer point that the service providers are making new problems instead of fixing it. I also don't know when will it get fixed and what is the next thing going to happen.

                                      I had registered a complaint with livepure customer care service that my livepure pep ro not working properly. Their technician visit my home replaced a set of filters membrane and other segment & charge me average price 5000. Often completely the repair quality of water as check & confirmed by the livepure technician, after using the machine for 2 days ro not working not supply purifier water i again complaint with livepure customer care their technician visit my home, check the machine & say machine pipe not set perfect & thok thak kiya. After 2 days again ro machine not working. I again again complaint livepure company but not respond me. Not solving my problem. So i again complaint jago grahak jago consumer complaint my grievance number 978328 i see what happens next

                                        Worst experience ever. Even after calling so many times no engineer turned up for the service due. And when i call customer care they don't even transfee their calls to manager neither they call back. There is no one to take matter seriously. I will be filing case against company for the illeness of my family due to contaminated water because of livpure water purifier.
