1. Livpure customer care is one of the worst. If you call them they always take your service request on high priority but never respond on that request. No work/effort is done to resolve the issue.
2. Water purifier tank does not get empty. There's technical flaw in design.
3. I bought this water purifier 2 month back - there is always some or other issues - e. G. Sometime it beeps when tank is half empty or vibrate.

    I have been using livpure ro waterpuifier touch model. I am totally dissatisfied with the poor service of the company. Last week, i got the system reinstalled at new place. The machine was installed for which i made payment of rs. 900/- to the company's service personnel. The system was working fine earlier but it stopped working after installation. The water inflow to the reservoir was stopped. As such water could not be stored. I, again, lodged a compliant on 18/06 which was attended on 21/06. The water storage problem was solved but a new problem started. The key board and the indicators now stopped working. There was no such problem earlier. It appears the service personnel sent by the company was not well equipped with the system and he has damaged some parts.
    Please get the issue resolved.

      I have registered a complaint with service request No. JS[protected]. It iwas allocated to YASHWANT SERVICESS for which he attended and closed saying it is solved. As there was no water so we could check only on next day morning and realised problem is not resolved. So relogged the complaint on 18/06/17 with service request no. JS[protected] and also spoke to the same person over phone who came to attend earlier day. He replied saying some power adapter issue and need to be ordered and would come to replace on 19/06/17. Today is 22/06/17 and still he has not attended the complaint saying part not received yet. Everyday he says he would visit with part but did not visit till date and also not picking up any calls now. I even called up livpure customer care number several time for reminder, they also gave me some one area manager Mr Devkinandan Singh number but it is continuously not reachable. Then now whom to contact for further escalation.

      I have paid Rs.9000 for 3 yrs amc, after that when i am registering service request, i am not getting service, we will have to wait for 15- 20 days, very very worst service. don't go with livepure.

        Hi team,

        I facing problem since i bought a product from you, water is not getting purified, tab is broken, water is not filling in tank properly…. Do i have to follow-up everyday for the concern and utter same problem everyday to every new attendees on call to attends my call??? I have paid full amount of the product this is what service provided to me

        I always preferred eureka forbes but trusted livepure product for the change so is the product problem or service??? Does management know about the service and spoiling product name in the market? Service providers are spoiling the product image in the market

        Loads of questions in my mind related to product and service…but i need pure and safe drinking water…

        Is mr. Rakesh malhotra paying attention to the queries? Or i need to reach him directly…!

        Need to know when my queries will get resolved or i need to go consumer court?

          Hi,

          I purchased my water purified in jan 2017 and in june 2017, i got call from livpure for service even though they promised me for regular 3 months servicing with no service charges for 1st year.

          This so called technician he told me that membrane is gone, looks like this is their strategy to make customers worry, after that he said it costs 2300+ 600 (Outside filter, i checked it online and it is some where around 200-300)+250 service charge (Even 1st year is not even completed).

          Later he gave me an option to purchase annual maintenance plan 4800 which he can include the todays cost also, so that i no need to pay him the above amount. They are cashing the human tendancy they are playing with our pyschology. Here come the worst part he took the membrane filter with him even he told it is not useful.

              I recently purchased livpure touch 2000 ro water purifier last week in pune. I got automated response on my mobile that this engineer will contact you to install it in my home. Unfortunately, when i contacted the engineer he said that he is not designated for that area and you can contact someone else. But the other person probably not existing at all as he never picked up the phone.

              Then i contacted customer service (After multiple trials of course), they gave some other number to contact, but again of no use... No response on that number. I kept calling every day and they keep giving one or the other number with the assurance that it will be installed today, but till date no one has contacted me. I cannot give any review about the product yet as i am yet to use it, i considering buying some other product instead and will return this one.

                I have been facing problem with my RO unit since over a long now. It is not filtering water.

                Multiple complaints have been registered but no resolution provided yet.

                for one complaint engineer took happy code and said he will come back and resolve issue, while other complaint got closed without even checking with me. Third one still open as engineer said that company do not have membrane.

                PATHETIC PRODUCT & EVEN WORSE SERVICE as the product is just 7 month old

                  Amc taken for three years on 21/3/17. Service request lodged on 8/4/17 but not attended and closed​ without service. Again lodged on 15/5/17but still not received the service. Contacted many times​ to customer care and wasted my hours to explain the things again and again to customer support team and their incharge but except assurance nothing happened. Customer care station incharge not intended to help the customer and not think about customer service. I m using outside packaged​ water from last two month even i have a so-called best water purifier in my house. I think in present scenario also company is not committed towards his customer and only making money by false advertising.

                    Have rasied a request on 28/4/2017 for tank not filling, technician came did servicing (Changed filter inside) and left, problem resolved temporaily. 1/2 an hr later again tank was not filling. Called same technitian (Arun) he said its "float" problem, informed to pondiraj (Incharge). To which pondiraj said technitian will visit on 2/5/2017. It neaver happened. On 3/5/2017 called branch manager sathyakumar and escalated. He promised to have a look. Within an hr i got a message that the request raised on 28/4/2017 is closed. Though problem is not resolved.
                    Must appreciate hard work of sathykumar, he made my request close without resolving the issue, i tried calling him to inform this, he did not had courtesy to pick the call.
                    Next, i rspoke to customer care and raised a new call on 3/5/2017. Good that technitian (Manikandan) visited on same day, but do not know what he did. Problem is not yet resolved. Still tank is not filling.

                    Question:
                    Sr raised on 28/4/2017 was closed 5 days after arun visited my place. Why sr was not closed on same day so that i could have raised a fresh request somewhat early?
                    Why its taking so much time for technitians, manikandan to be specific to resolve my issue.
                    We purchase ro to use it to stay healthy and consume quality water, that even when its company like livepure we can trust blindly. But now i am facing this issue at time when its needed the most, summer in chennai.

                      I got the LIVPURE PEP PLUS water purifier installed in Nov 2016. I was told a technician will visit to provide free service and change of filters every three months but to date no one has ever visited.

                        Made many request for service but no response, they treat customers like dog, i have given a request for service on my new ro but they not even respond for more than 1 week, worst part is thier customer service they not even understand the query and tell the same thing. Worst is there supervisor disconnect the calls, never seen a worst customer service, i called more than 9 times till now they not send a engineer for a service, don't know what to do. Never ever use a word livpure in my life.

                              Very very poor service/response
                              I purchased livpure pep star on dated 16.10.2016. Now from last three months i am facing problem that purification process indication is not glowing during water purification process. I have complaints in this regards two or three times but earlier booked complaints has been cancelled /closed by changing filters only on dated 2.4.2017 by your customer care. Kindly book my complaint again regarding above said issue & take n/a pls to save livpure image.

                                I have purchased Livepure Plus on 9th Jan 2016 & installed. As per company officials they commited that in 12 months you will get 2 service free of cost with change of filters that too you should not have to call service centre as we have data & accordingly will give service. I also kept faith looking at Mr.Sachin Tendulkar Advertisement on televisison.
                                Till date i have not received any service from company & last week i have received call for AMC with Rs. 2900/--
                                When i called customer care then they just given answer that you product is out of warranty so you need to pay charges for service & part changes if any...

                                Looking at Brand ambassador & on commitment of Sales person i have purchased product but very disappointed about service... Can anybody help me in getting the job done!!!

                                  Hi,

                                  I have purchased the livpure product in June 2015 with AMC.

                                  I have renewed the AMC on June 16 and suppose to expire in June 2017, when i enquired livpure customer care its mentioned warranty is expired.

                                  I have requested to update AMC with dates July 7 - 2016 to june 6 - 2017.

                                  I have rised the complaint 10 days ago and it is not resolved.

                                  I have purchased a liv pure touch 2000 but in every 2 months i find insects floating inside the water tank. Every time the engineer came he just clear ot out and again after some days same thing happens. I want a permanent solution.

                                    Has been two years we bought, Livpure RO water purifier (Touch 2000+). There has been constant complains about the dysfunctionality of the product. The ants and insects get in the main tank and we have to take the pains to boil the water. Fed up. No efforts taken by the company to change the product. Worst purchase ever.

                                      It has been many weeks since I started calling them almost every alternate day to repair my water purifier.

                                      Recently I have taken 3 years AMC and paid full.amout for same. After that these people are not at all coming and repairing water purifier.

                                      I have been calling and sending email to customer care and every time they say within 24 hours they will resolve it.

                                        I purchased livpure touchplus ro. After warranty period, service engineer offered me amc. I purchased it by paying rs.2300 which includes replacement of filters also. When i called customer care to replace filter they said, you have not purchased rs. 2300 amc. I have proper receipt but still company is denying me service. They are not replying my emails. Customer care is also not replying.
