Reinstall Water purifer

Can you please send your technician .I have been calling to your technician but he is not respond.There is a huge difference before sale and after sale.I face a lot of problem to drink water.I am an existing customer since 2 years.Tool free number not connect any time.

    I have logged a complaint regarding water purifier is not working, 5 days ago but still there is no response, this happening very frequently every time we complaint they are taking minimum 4 - 5 working days but in customer service they will tell like your query will be respond with in 24 hours. water is one of the basic necessity i don't know why they are reacting like this. During my last service one the filer is not working the service men told he will replace in 2 days but almost 2 month now still now the issue is open, i hope we are drinking in purity water. Now the water is leaking, complaint raised no response.

    Luminous Water Technologies / Livpure — Service not given until 3 days of raising request

    Customer Care executive and technician, no one bothered to get the service closed even after 3 days of raising request. Repeated follow ups.. and still no body has turned up.very bad service.

      I am brought a livpure touch ro of luminous water techologies from the Army Canteen dated 26.11.2015. The technician was installation the RO on 28.11.2015 withour the pre filter candle. I try to contact to the technician for five and six time but they not response.

          After spending 15000 rs on a water filter if someone is ready to throw the machine within two months then only he should think of this company.
          Yes it is not exaggeration this is what I am having to suffer. My machine serial no C3FW31D000543, purchased and installed on 2nd Aug'2015. Company can check how many happy code was generated. Yes these guys will force one unhappy customer to send code after each service irrespective of whether the machine works or not. They write in their datasheet that maximum duty cycle of envy plus is 75litre per day. Their service people will come and tell you that if we use more than 10-20 litres the machine won't work. Ok I accepted at least let it give me 10 to 20 litres. But now the situation is I have to throw the machine. In last two service man came in my at least 15 times. Naturally they will get fed up.

            I paid for AMC, my RO filter stopped filtering water, I raised a request, I was promised service in 24hrs, nothing happened.Again called them, my complaint was escalated, but nothing happened.Then i asked local superviosr num and spoke, they sent 2 diff messages with service guy numbers, but said he don't take care of my area. Irresponsible

            I tried twice to customer care, I was promised service in 24hrs, no one responded. Called again, escalated my complaint. No response. I also sent them a mail. No response. Asked for local supervisor num & spoke, he again promised, he will send a guy, but no one turned up. I got a msg with different service guy num but none of them turned up. When he called, he just say, he take care of diff location, it has been assigned to him wrongly and someone else will come for service, but no one called. It's been a week now & this is not the first time. Irresponsible. I attach THE IMAGE OF THE MESSAGES AND MY SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER

              I have purchased my Envy plus Livpure RO water filter ( Sl no C3FW31D1000543 ) in 1st week of August'15. Within one the machine failed. Within last the machine had to service 5 times. Now on sixth time again machine failed. Service man came and did cleaning, replacement of membrane several times. Finally they say that I am drawing more water than its capacity. The specification says its max duty cycle 75 litre per day. It has storage capacity of 8 litres. My requirement is around 30 to 40 litres which is around 50% of its specified duty cycle. Hence in consultation with the dealer I selected the model. Now the machine is not working. As per serviceman's instruction I started drawing only around 20 litre and buying remaining requirement. even then the machine fails. I wrote several emails to the company asking for clarification on its capacity. The company does not bother to reply. At least if company confirms that its datasheet is wrong and the machine cannot be expected to filter more than 20 to 25 litre I would have thrown this machine gone for another brand.

                Hi,

                I purchased Livpure Pep Plus RO water purifier on 24-Sep-2014 with 1 year warranty but product failed to work on 31 August. So I contacted Luminous Water Technologies service toll free no[protected].

                Customer executive confirmed that I will get confirmation SMS (Complaint No JS[protected]) and engineer call in 2 hrs. My service will be rectified in 24 hrs but still date no one attended the problem. So I have dialled multiple time I tried the same toll free no. I got same response but no one attended the compliant.

                Last week I got call from Luminous Water Technologies company for renewal for extension of warranty. I raised the same complaint with them but same response today engineer will attend but no attended the issue.

                Please help me to resolve the issue.

                  I have purchased Livpure touch model and presently under AMC.
                  My only regret in life is buying this product and getting AMC.
                  Product is ok. Service is NIL.

                  booked a complaint that my machine is leaking on the 18th of september, 2015 and again on 19th, 20th 21st and 22nd. till date no service engineer has come or even called.

                  after buying this machine I am still buying water outside.
                  what is THE USE OF THIS COMPANY PRODUCT.?
                  I SUGGEST THAT THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED AND NOT ALLOWED TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS ANYWHERE IN INDIA.

                    I have purchase livpure water purifier 1 month before which cost 10000 rs. and currently i am getting tds level of 10 which is not safe for drinking. i call to customer are, engineer come and told me that in this model (livpure pep) there is no tds adjuster, tds adjuster is of 500 and 300 is my service charge. then i call to local distributor, he told me that first install uv then tds adjuster which cost around 2000 rs. i have spend 10000 but still i am not getting safe water, then its useless for me. local ro of 4000 rs is much much better then this branded one. i have mailed to their official website also but no revert from their side. i will not recommend to any1 for this brand. please use local ro, or any other brand but don't waste money on this. my ro detail you may get from this registered number ([protected]). please provide solution if any.                       I had purchased a water purifier (envy+) at Rs.17000/-. 4 days back. But so far no serviceman has come to install it even after repeated reminders to their customer care. If this is the situation, i worry about their response if the product gets failed to perform and requires attention.

                        I am Deenadayalan bought a brand new Livpure Touch Plus RO
                        system and installed on Feb 13, 2014. The installation was made by Pandiyaraj
                        from Livpure. Livpure RO system offers the prizes via scratch card to the
                        customer and this card will be given to the customer during the product
                        installation. During my installation Pandiyaraj didnt brought scratch card and
                        he promised that he is going to give within two days. But he didnt and last two
                        days he is not picking the call. I registered my complained to Livpure customer
                        care and they gave the word that this going to be issued within 24 hours and
                        one of our technician going to be called. After that customer care sent my
                        complaint number along with the contact technician mob# via SMS. But I never
                        ever received any call from that technician and who name is V. Babu. I made
                        call 3 times and 4th time he picked the call and answered that he is not going
                        give directly to my home instead he is going to say the registered number
                        [honestly I dont know how I can believe that this is the registered number
                        allocated to me] through phone after 10 mins. Story continues I didnt get any
                        reply from him and he didnt pick my call when I made call. Still I am not
                        getting any proper response from anybody and no one give a call back.

                        During the product market, dealer and Livpure sales manager
                        Karthick gave lot of attractive words but nothing is happening now. I spent
                        more money to buy a product because of service. Even this is not service and I
                        am asking the prize which offers Livepure but this people dragging day by day
                        and never giving any reply. Now I dont have hope that this people going to
                        offer best service if my RO system gets trouble. All it shows that this people
                        also same like other RO company and no making difference.


                        My suggestion is, if you opt for this product, please be
                        sure that whether you are going to get all the benefits offered by Livpure. If
                        the technician didnt bring the scrach card then dont sign the guarantee card,
                        ask them to bring the card and then get the sign from you.

                        Livpure customer service takes the call and promises that technician will call within 2 hours and problem will be resolved in 24 hours. But the reality is that no one calls. I myself need to follow-up and get the problem resolved. It is another thing is we are getting lots of problems which is again product defect but customer servicing is equally bad. I have lodged complaint 4 days back and no response. I called customer service and escalated. I called local office number received from customer service. First one rude attendent took the phone and then rudely asked to call later. Now, no one is picking up phone. I am planning to get rid of this product and get a better one but this time I will research for better customer service. For those who are planning to buy livpure, I would recommend not to. Don't get fooled by Sachin Tendulkar as he is not going to fix this product.

                        YES it is true I also have very similar complaints as expressed by Deena,

                        I was not given any gift *PHP Spellcheck Trial* or Pandiyaraj never attends service calls.

                        Worse replaced by suresh, again nerver pick ups the call, customer care is only mute spectator.

                        Every product sold by Live pure ( luminous group) percentage of money to Sachin Tendulkar,

                        After spending hard earned money 15 K to by Live pure we paying money for poor Cricketer?

                        Please don't buy this product, they don't have any service - it just 6 months old and the RO is not working, we also paid for the AMC of 4 years but no response from them. We are going to file a complain to Consume Court.

                          Dear Team, Kindly Provide to me good Service. I inform you that ,I have take postpaid service in my no [protected] the month of April, then provide to me that your local call 10 paisa, airtel to airtel & your std call charge 40 paisa. 300 sms free. In month of 11th July I have paid 821 rupees ,then in 12th August I have paid 1050 rupees. After this i have check my balance in yester day evening that 678 rupees till 26th august, but today morning i have check my balance that 26th august 374. your bill amount. then i talk with customer care in 198, they said you have dial ISD call so generate this balance, can i know how it possible ?. check & provide to me detail call rate in my no. & disconnect my no from Airtel Service. as soon as possible.
