I had bought an lloyed (Havells brand product) split ac 1.5 ton on 22-may-2020 but they gave me defective ac. I paid additional 1200 inr for installation. But after installation ac didn't start working. I filed a service request by calling their customer care and they assured my my problem will be resolved within 48 hrs. I have purchased lloyd ac on 26 may 2020, same day i raised a installation request with job id[protected].

Today is 29 may 2020, i haven't received any call from any company representative for installation.

I raised complain on customer care as well but no response....

I have purchased an android tv from sargam electronics on[protected], after few days the display was gone and we have complaint ablut the same in comany. After several followups lloyed was unable to deliver the same version of tv and deliverd smart tv insted of android television.

The smart tv was look likes a old one and we have immediately informed but they said this is new and you keep it and in case of any issue just inform...

Ac is running but no cooling for the room...

Ac model ls14i32ab 1.2 ton inverter ac... I purchased in flipkart... Shown 1 year product warranty, 5 years condenser warranty and 10 years compressor warranty... But in warranty booklet given by them (Lloyd) shown 60 months from invoice date.. Beside that in lloyd website it given 10 years compressor warranty... Please clarify the warranty period.....

My issue is PCB not working in the outdoor and I have raised the complainant on 8th May still not resolved my issue I have already called the engineer as well as office but nobad is ready to listen our complaint.

plz take action against him and solve my problem asap.

I bought lloyd split ac from your dealer vg sales on 24/05/2020 model no ls12b32wacr and he said installation will be done the very next day i. E. On 25/05/2020. But no one came for installation and he said that rs1500 will be charged from the man who will come for installation. I am purchased split lloyd ac 1.7ton model no ls21a3pb in 2/06/2017. I have complaint it many times and service it also but the technician can, t solve the problem in every summer i have to call on customer service every year. Your technicians are not professional and very very bad service. Please take quick action on this

Dear lloyd, recently we buyed new lloyd ac, about 1 month ago. So we got high power consumption in our area due to that our ac was not working. And we were having warranty, so please send the ac servicers (Or) replace the new ac. Thank you lloyd....

6.5 kg semi automatic. Motor of drier was changed once. Again it stopped working. Technician once attended complaint and told us he will demand new motor. After that covid lock down. Now i was told that old demand was cancelled and new complaint to be registered....

When we turn on the air conditioner, we put the ac on the lowest mode 16 after short while it was displaying P3 and we increases the the mode to 32 after awhile it was displaying again P3..we dont know what P3 means...an this Ac Lloyd we purchase just yesterdday...please help we want to know what P3 means...

I have taken ac on 9th may 2020. That only ac technicians came fit the ac. But he not liord company technician. The dealer sent him. He just on ac for 3 mins. After he left it’s not working.
