I am extremely disappointed with your service team because till now my ac issue has not been resolved.
Yesterday, i faced the worst experience with the lloyd service team. On 6th june i purchased lloyd 1ton ac and now after one month, i am facing the gas leak issue. I raised my complaint to the service centre and even on-call with service engineer i clearly mentioned that the gas is leaked and cooling is stopped and i also checked the ampere which is also very low (2.5 amp). Still, the came without any equipment or gas cylinders. They just came and take pictures of the ac invoice. They even did not check my ac. When i asked for the solutions then they replied that they know gas is leaked they will come again the next day to repair this.. This is highly unprofessional behaviour by llyod service engineers or support function. Now i can not purchase any llyod product in future.
Now i am calling the service engineer but they are not picking my call.

    I have buy that bad product on 24th may 2020 model ls18i32wsel/2020 and water leakage from my indoor unit, i have 3 time complaint in lloyd dt. 25.06.2020, 05.07.2020 & 12.07.2020, every time technician visit in my house but they can't resolve my problem, and again 4th time complaint on dt.14.07.2020.
    In current period situation is critical due to covid-19 if my family effected from covid-19, who responsible of covid-19.
    This item is defective, so i want to refund my money / replace that defect model immediate. I'm very disappointed this product.

        I have buy that bad product in few days water indor was water leak issue after complain service they provide but two time service but no solve my problem so I want my payment refund either replace that defect model in 15 days I'm very disappointed this product

            I have 8 months warranty left, my TV panel became faulty. In the warranty they should replace my TV panel for free of cost. Now since they are not repairing the panel they are offering a replacement in which we have to pay approximate Rs. 6000 as depreciation cost for replacement. They have not mentioned it anywhere in the warranty that we have to pay for depreciation in case they are offering replacement.

            My lloyd led tv screen damage by its own the service man came and check than he said that the led screen is damaged it will take hardly 15 days to fit the new part as it will be arrived but its being a month no one has come and changed my tv part because they are saying that the part is not available my led is in warranty so i said to replace the tv with depression amount but they haven't yet informed me about that i request u to please change my led with the new model and with depreciation amount and i will pay extra because i don't want to buy the same model again its sound is also not so good

              Dear sir,
              I have lodged complaint on 4.7.20 vide ref no.[protected] regarding continue leakage from out door unit of split ac which was purchased from sonipat auto mobiles pvt ltd vide invoice no. Ri-001762 dt 19.3.20. Your representative mr amit m - [protected] came, & check. He told that there is no any solution for this. We have regularly rec'd these types of complaints in lloyd split ac. You can do whatever you can. I was shocked that what a care less reply from representative. Sir i want to know how a reputed company representative reply like this. Please look into the matter immediately & take necessary action & resolve the issue

                Dear sir
                With reference to above job id for ac cooling issue and compressor noise issue, still not resolved and service centre people not responding me, i have paid 2750 already but still my same problem and call has been closed without my confirmation. I am following up since last 7 days to service centre on[protected] and the service engineer on [protected] but no response. They only look for money not for customer service.
                Please look in to matter as i am suffering since last one month.

                  We have very bad experiences for purchasing 2 ac for our organisation on 2maro for urgent needed of atm room but your service provider give me goli for coming since tomorrow 11pm they not come to installation nor pick up any call so how can continue to purchase big deal with our organization.
                  We have purchased ac from punjab phagwara.
                  Pls take a suitable action and install ac immediate for providing essential service of in this crucial time because without ac atm not working

                    I purchase lloyd ac in march 2020 but i install ac in month june. But after working 3 days ac remote not working. It show only and only 24 degree temp. I complained about this company 2 times but they didn't solve my problem. They said i've to paid again to this remote. Why i paid even it is in under warrenty or it's not my fault that it work only 3 days. Why i paid. Please do some about this.

                          Llyod 1.5t inverter gls19131id purchased on date 9/3/19
                          It's outdoor unit is not working at all. Since we have purchased this a. C we are facing some or the other issues everytime and have given for repair many times.
                          Our ac is under warranty.
                          You guys are not picking up the phone.. Why your service is so poor?
                          Will you guys send service man after summer will get over?
                          Complain is already registered.. 1person came to check but after that no one is picking up our call.

                          Old compressor was installed in our A.C after giving it for repair ..Is this your service?
                          It's been 15 days since our A.C is with you.
                          Whenever we mail you you send auto generated mail without reading the problem mentioned in mail.
                          You think client is fool?
                          Don;t we have any work other than complaining you guys again and again.
                          REFUND OUR MONEY IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE TO US.

                              I have purchase 1.5 ton llyod ac on 28/02/2020 from rc enterprises, 84, moti bazar, dehradun uttarakhand. My ac is not cooling properly. I have complaint against the above matter two times.
                              Your service engineer mr. Abhishek is giving unnecessary argument, but the problem is not solve till date.

                                  This i rajat vatsa, have already raised a complaint 2nd time related my product issue (Window ac), the first time i raised a complaint, tech support guys came at my place and ask to replace my meter due to containment zone it was delayed and in a mean time they forced me to close the complain now i replaced the meter aswel, still on a regular basis i am getting 25-30 units only for ac in 7-8 hrs, i cannot afford this much, as i have purchased a new ac in the begging of march it was not expected with new ac, have raised a complaint, an agent was assigned to me, he asked to cal his tl raushan singh @ [protected], but this man never received the cal, i am tired of this # now, already paid more than usual bill for last 3 months can't afford any more, bill for april was rs.2500 for 15 days used 2hrs each day, for may it was rs 4100 for the month used it 5 hrs evey day and for current month i. E.., june i have started using this ac on 9th after changing the meter and today it's 17th june'2020, in 9 day my total unit is 250 for 8 hrs per day, bill is somewhere around rs.2500 for 9 days, so it's my request to replace this ac asap or else i need to take further action against lloyd for this. I'll surely go to the court if wil not receive any resolution against this complaint because one side i am paying emi of rs 2500 for this ac and other side 4-5 thousand bill, i m totally dissatisfied.
                                  I know that i have used the ac so not asking for 100 % compensation but want the replacement and also 50% compensation i. E.., for april 1250, may 2000 & for june 1250, in total it is rs 5000

                                  Hi,

I'll surely go to the court if wil not receive any resolution against this complaint because one side I am paying EMI of Rs 2500 for this Ac and other side 4-5 thousand bill, I M totally dissatisfied.
                                  I know that I have used the AC so not asking for 100 % compensation but want the replacement and also 50% compensation i.e.., for April 1250, May 2000 & for June 1250, in total it is Rs 5000
