Sir i purchase split 1 ton 3 star inv - ls12138f1 (G) in april 2019 of llyod make due to reputed company. But still installation i faced problem of breakdown so many time in a very short period span as you can see from my request submitted time to time. But every time they change pcb. I requested to service engrr. For replacement with new product. Every time assured that nothing to be worried as we replacing the faulty components with new one.
Sir it is the not proper solution as and when summer starts we have to left for benefit of ac in peak summer for which i have invested amount recently on 11.06.2020 again ac become faulty. So to avoid any mental harashment in the peak summer i want to surrender the product or required refund of the amount invested for making such purchase

    I installed and refill gas in my lloyd 1.5 ton ac on 31st may through lloyd service engineers. I paid approx 7500 for this job however after couple of days the ac stopped cooling, i complaint it and called the service enginners many times however nothing happened.
    After many followups a service enginner came and said that the person who fill the gas will see the complaint since there is no gas in ac.. I am shocked.. What is going on, in just 2 days gas gone.. How???

    The person who came for refill is not picking up the phone lloyd customer care is just taking complaint taken for granted and nothing is happening. I already dropped few email at [protected]@lloydmail.com.

      Free servicing of lloyd ac 1.5 ton as purchased on 22.7.2019 is over due. Contacting customer care representative simply tells my service request has been registered, but not forwarding the registration no.& how long will it take for necessary action

            Hi,

            I had logged complaint[protected] for inverter ac. At the time of engineer visit, i didn't find the invoice copy and hence, i had paid rs. 2000/- as a advance deposit to get the pcb repaired. Later, i had found the invoice copy and same shared with service center, ac is under warranty. All repair work completed under warranty, complaint has been closed but the deposited amount i. E 2000/- still not returned. I have sent email to [protected]@mylloyd.com but no-one is responding.

            If they don't want to return, i am also okay but they should respond with the reason.

            Nowhere escalation matrix is mentioned, guess that is the reason they are behaving such a way.

                  I had bought an lloyed (Havells brand product) split ac 1.5 ton on 22-may-2020 but they gave me defective ac. I paid additional 1200 inr for installation. But after installation ac didn't start working. I filed a service request by calling their customer care and they assured my my problem will be resolved within 48 hrs. My service request no is[protected]. After numerous calls to customer care they didn't sent any technician to fix my issue then i contacted dealer and my dealer contacted to upper department and after that one techinican came to my house and after checking everything he told me that pcb of my brand new ac is not working and need to replace it. I asked them did you carry pcb with you then he told me no. What a bad support they are not carrying necessary parts when they are visiting to provide services. Now its 29 may 2020 i called to customer care and they again gave me same reply "we will resolve it immediately". # experiences. They are just a scammer on the name of brand. After taking money they are not providing services. Even their customer support is also fraud and lairs to customers and doing false promises. I contacted dealer again and he called the upper department and they told me they already sent technician again but till now i didn't received any call from that technician. I asked him that give me the number of technician and they simply denied it. It clearly means they didn't send any technician. Fraud and lairs. Now i am moving to consumer court as they created a lot of mental, economical and physical problem for me so now havells team just wait and watch.

                  Stay away from havells product as they are cheaters and you will not get proper support from them. They are just scammers.

                  I am pissed off now. Just want to return or replace the ac. I don't want to use their ac anymore.

                  Today one new technician came but he also didn't carry PCB with him. They are just fooling people with their new drama everytime. They are just waste and not providing services. I will take this issue to next level. Lloyd just wait and watch now.

                    Hi,

                    I have purchased lloyd ac on 26 may 2020, same day i raised a installation request with job id[protected].

                    Today is 29 may 2020, i haven't received any call from any company representative for installation.

                    I raised complain on customer care as well but no response.

                      आज मैंने ac split 1.5 टन कशीकिinterprises से खरीद और इंस्टॉलेशन के लिए 5 बजे का समय दिया और तय समय पर दिए गए अड्रेस पर कोई नही आया और जब मैंने कॉल किया तो बोले 7 बजे तक आ जायेगा पर कोई नही आया
                      इससे आपकी कंपनी की छवि धूमिल हो रही है मेरावुश्वास समाप्त हो गया
                      मैं कल यह ac वापस कर दूंगा कुसी और कंपनी का लेने को विवश हूं

                        I have purchased an android tv from sargam electronics on[protected], after few days the display was gone and we have complaint ablut the same in comany. After several followups lloyed was unable to deliver the same version of tv and deliverd smart tv insted of android television.

                        The smart tv was look likes a old one and we have immediately informed but they said this is new and you keep it and in case of any issue just inform me.

                        After 3-4 days the said tv again started dipslay problem. We have raised a request on march. Due to lockdown they simply closed the call without any intimation. I have again raised a request on 17-mat-2020. A engineere visited to my house and taken the pic of all barcode out side of tv and inside also.
                        He has informed that he will further update to compnay and company will replace the said tv. I also got sms from company with some mobile number and name. When i called said number thay told, you have not allowed engg to open the tv and cut the phone. After that, i approch to vising engg. He confirmed that he has submitted all the document to service center and with the recomandation of replacement.

                        After that they are not picking my call even i mail to service centre will all the evidance and bill there is no revert from service centre.

                            Ac model ls14i32ab 1.2 ton inverter ac... I purchased in flipkart... Shown 1 year product warranty, 5 years condenser warranty and 10 years compressor warranty... But in warranty booklet given by them (Lloyd) shown 60 months from invoice date.. Beside that in lloyd website it given 10 years compressor warranty... Please clarify the warranty period..

                                Dear sir/mam
                                I bought lloyd split ac from your dealer vg sales on 24/05/2020 model no ls12b32wacr and he said installation will be done the very next day i. E. On 25/05/2020. But no one came for installation and he said that rs1500 will be charged from the man who will come for installation. Kindly let me know when my ac will get installed and whether it is chargeable or free of cost. Dealer invoice and model no is attached for your reference. Kindly find it as an attachment

                                  I am purchased split lloyd ac 1.7ton model no ls21a3pb in 2/06/2017. I have complaint it many times and service it also but the technician can, t solve the problem in every summer i have to call on customer service every year. Your technicians are not professional and very very bad service. Please take quick action on this

                                        6.5 kg semi automatic. Motor of drier was changed once. Again it stopped working. Technician once attended complaint and told us he will demand new motor. After that covid lock down. Now i was told that old demand was cancelled and new complaint to be registered.
