I have purchased an android tv from sargam electronics on[protected], after few days the display was gone and we have complaint ablut the same in comany. After several followups lloyed was unable to deliver the same version of tv and deliverd smart tv insted of android television.
The smart tv was look likes a old one and we have immediately informed but they said this is new and you keep it and in case of any issue just inform me.
After 3-4 days the said tv again started dipslay problem. We have raised a request on march. Due to lockdown they simply closed the call without any intimation. I have again raised a request on 17-mat-2020. A engineere visited to my house and taken the pic of all barcode out side of tv and inside also.
He has informed that he will further update to compnay and company will replace the said tv. I also got sms from company with some mobile number and name. When i called said number thay told, you have not allowed engg to open the tv and cut the phone. After that, i approch to vising engg. He confirmed that he has submitted all the document to service center and with the recomandation of replacement.
After that they are not picking my call even i mail to service centre will all the evidance and bill there is no revert from service centre.
