I have 2 years of warranty for Lloyd TV left, I lodged complaint on 06.12.2020 vide ref. No.[protected]. Their technician said that TV panel has become faulty. In the warranty they should replace my TV panel for free of cost. Now since they are not repairing the panel they are offering a replacement for which we have to pay Rs. 12050/- after depreciation cost for replacement. This is excessive amount they are asking for. They have not mentioned it anywhere in the warranty that we have to pay for depreciation in case they are offering replacement. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

    अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थी द्वारा एक एल0ई0डी0 टी0वी0 32 इंची दिनांक 06.04.2019 में श्री लक्ष्मी इलैक्ट्रोनिक्स एण्ड फनीचर्स, शामली द्वारा खरीदी गयी थी। खरीदे समय डिलर द्वारा बताया गया था कि उक्त टीवी के पैनल की 3 साल की गारंटी है। किन्तु उक्त टीवी का पैनल मात्र 1 साल बाद ही खराब हो गया है। कई बार लौयड कम्पनी में शिकायत दर्ज करने के उपरान्त भी अभी तक हमारे टीवी की मरम्मत नहीं करायी गयी है।
    अतः महोदय सें अनुरोध है कि उपरोक्त समस्या का समाधान कराने का कष्ट करें, प्रार्थी आपका सदा आभारी रहेगा।

        My name Nitesh Gurav,
        On[protected] I had purchase Lloyd led tv of 39 inch with 5 years warranty registration number [protected].
        On[protected] we are facing display issue with tv same was highlighted to dealer and company
        They are offering 32 inch for free and charging Rs 11.190/- for 43 inch TV

                        I have purchased air conditioner in may 2019. Now if I switch on the AC, entire power in house goes off. After calling service center technician came & told, due to rusting short circuit is happening and only solution is to change the board which cost 6000 rupee. An AC purchased for rs. 35000 is having faulty parts within 1.5 years is not normal. After installation I had to call 3/4 times the service center and they came & checked it and never told anything. Considering the lifetime of AC, changing board in 1.5 years is unacceptable. It definitely shows the poor quality of product.

                          24 inch LED TV's picture

                          I have Lloyd 24 inch LED tv ( Sr. No. - DXHIG[protected] which gives a lots of trouble from very initial after purchased. Lastly I filed a complaint ( KKG code[protected] against the picture trouble on 3rd.December 2020, then technician visited & identified that 'TV panel' is defective but I still didn't get rid of the problem. Kindly look into the matter....

                          Worst service have ever come across, everytime service center said they will send person by this week, but nobody has come till now, i need a compensation for same, I want my 3 free services to be extended till next dec, ac purchased on May 29 2020, I will also tweet for same, let me know when can I expect the service boy at my place?

                            Dear Sir

                            Sir I have registered a complaint of my 39inch LED tv in AUGUST 2020 end wherein i have warranty of FIVE years and not even completed three years when broken, technician came to my house for check the problem and he founded the TV is not working, after some days I got a call from NORTH GOA LLOYD agency that they will replace my TV I said ok, now even after more than 60 days they been asking me to wait for few more days every time I called north goa Lloyd service, then they told me they are now upgrading 39inch to 43inc smart tv, and asking me to pay 16000 and that’s violation of consumer rights, company sold me product with WARRANTY so it’s their duty to provide parts and service at least till warranty end i am personally not happy about SO CALLED LLOYD SERVICE

                            Further i request you to kindly provide me latest product so that at least parts will be available and i can repair it out side from own my money even after paying you guys because i cannot wait for six months and more every time for television service and repair

                              3 days back, we installed a 1 ton AC, on the same day we found the fan and lights not working. We called the installer and he said he will come the next day. Till now he hasnt come. Now the fans, lights and ACs are not working in the adjoining rooms as well. The elcb is getting cut off during the rains. We assume the installer damaged the wirings and he is not responding.

                                I have purchased a lloyd split inverter air conditioner on 7th of April 2018 from QRS sreekariyam showroom, trivandrum, kerala, India. Earlier in the month of august water was coming from AC and in October it started showing E1 error. So on 19th October 2020 I have requested a service on toll free number but didn't receive any response.                                   I had raised an Complaint on [protected]@lloydmail.com and engineer had visited on 18.11.2020. And had Taken 700rs as visit charge. And had 03 parts has to be repaired.

                                  But Till date they are not responding and not even given Quotation.

                                  These is how you give service to the customer . Really not satisfied with the service and even will not recommend the Product to others Seeing this Service..

                                    I opened a service request with job Id:[protected] on 7th November 2020 regarding the breakdown of my washing machine.

                                    The technician came to my place, inspected the machine for a while and told me that the PCB has gone faulty and needs to be replaced or repaired.
                                    I enquired for both the solutions and opted for a repair.
                                    He took the control pannel PCB and the controller with him for repair and promised to deliver in 4 days. The point to be noted here is HE TOOK RS. 500 FROM ME as a service charge.

                                    After three days i.e. on 10th November, the technician again came and told that one more part needs to be taken from washing machine to complete the repair and took a bunch of wirings from the washing machine with him.

                                    After that day, till now, I am trying to contact him regarding my repair and m not getting any satisfactory response.

                                    In addition, the guy Sudhir Sharma is way too blunt in his communication and doesn't know how to talk with respect.

                                    Today I called the Lloyd's customer care and came to know that my service request has been canceled with comment that customer refused to pay service amount. This is really not a kind of service i expected from Lloyd and its executives.
                                    How can a technician close/cancel a service request by himself.
