I had purchased one semi-automaic washing machine on 15.08.2015 from dilshad garden, delhi shop, with the gurantee of 5 years.
Now, this machine has stopped working since last one month, and on complaint on customer care, they want to charge to repair the machine, which is legally unacceptable.
The guarantee sticker is already pasted on the outer wall of the said machine, and further i was told by your official that the said machine is having compelete 5 years gurantee for anytypes of problems, and this conduct is showing deficiency of customer services.
Hence, you are requested to change the said machine with a new machine, as early as possible.
