I have purchased the ac of lloyd in[protected]. They assured me that they will install the ac within 3 days. I asked about the lockdown procedures and they assured that they have the permission to install the air condition products from the kerala government. But till now nobody called me regarding the installation. The product is at my home without any use.

Please do not cheat the customers with false assurance. If you cannot install the product, you must tell them directly.

    I am the customer of washing machine of Lloyd company purchase in July 2019. Due to breakage of hook of one of magic filter I registered my request for new part. Its been 15-20 days but still your service person is saying part not available with company.
    I am not able to understand if company could not manufacture the spare parts to complete the customer needs after sale then why company is manufacturing the product because if customer will purchase and use the product there would be requirement of change of spare parts. Its natural, Company should have availability of spare parts. Customer can't use the product as use and throw.
    it seems that we have done a big mistake via purchasing Lloyd product.

        lloyd ac dealer sold defective inverter ac to me

        I purchased lloyd inverter ac from meghana enterprises tirupati two years back but first day onwards it was not cooling properly. I made several complains but no response. You please solve this issue as early as possible. I am working at private college. Because of lack of time i was unable to make rounds to that dealer. Now again summer has started....

          Hello,

          Last 6 months i am taking follow up for my tv repair and which is under warranty, no response from service team as they have taken 800 rs service visit charges. If you don't want to provide service then shut down and don't provide the product which you cannot provide service to repair or any concern. I want tv replacement or my existing to be work properly. More than 6 months i trying to get remote control which isalso not available in market and at your service station what the hell is this. Respect the customer first or customer requirement before producing product.
          Even this the customer service peoples says pl. Raise complaint again and pay 800 rs again. This is ridiculous.

            I am purchased lloyds tv in dec'2016. Last year, on september month, it got repaired hence i called the lloyd person (Mr. Dilip patel-[protected]) to rectify the issue. Based on my given request, he repaired the tv and taken the money and he said he replaced with new parts so hereafter it will work without any issues for minimum 01 year.
            From march '2020 onwards, again the tv become repaired. When i asked that person, he is denying to come & not responding properly.
            But onething, i am clear hereafter i will never buy any lloyds items in my life & i won't recommend to anyone to buy your product.
            Really i am so frustrated & i am cheated by your product & worst service of engineer.
            Yesterday i throwned your tv in a scrap.

              Hi,
              I am very disappointed with type of service i am receiving from the lloyd customer care. I have share the past 2 events that take place within in past 5 days. I hope you may improve the quality of service.

              I have purchase a lloyd ac. (Invoice number: fab5h[protected]) last year on april 21st.
              I wanted to the ac serviced and ask to register a service request on 2nd march 2020. my service request number:[protected]. They person told me that the service man will be visiting my home within 28 hours.
              The next day i received call from the service man in the afternoon as i was in the office i asked him whether he can come tomorrow. I take the leave for the wednesday as the service guy told me he will be coming around 3pm to 5pm.
              I waited whole day and that person didn't show up. Nor i get any call from that person and also when i try to reach that guy first it was busy on other number and then it went switch off or out of service.
              Later on wednesday, i call the customer care to know what is going on and i got to know that the service man cancelled the service without even informing me and i also didn't receive any notification from you people regarding the service cancellation. My whole day was wasted because i only take the leave after getting it confirmed on tuesday that he will be visiting on wednesday for the service of my ac and and this things happens which is very disappointing.
              I didn't remember the name of the service man but i do have the number of that person ([protected])
              I again asked for the service and got another service request number :[protected]. This service was scheduled on 05/03/2020. I even call the person and he was saying he will come around 4pm. But he never show up at my home. Again very disappointing because i have to take half day leave because of him.
              Do you people think customer is fool and jobless???
              I have wasted one and a half day because of your worst service management. I hope you will at least see upon it. I don't except that you will be doing anything regarding the events taken place but i do know that this is the last lloyd product in my home.
              I hope the 3rd service request will be served on time which i am going to raise right after getting the status of the 2nd service request from the customer care.

                We have purchased an inverter ac model no ls1913fh-o on 2/05/2017, we have taken an extended warranty for 5 years. There was a complaint filed on jan 7th 2020 with reference no[protected] the service personal came and told there is a problem with the board, they ordered a new board since there was no response from the service people we again registered a complaint on jan 25th 2020 with reference no[protected]. Service people then came and replaced with a new board which was not working as the board was incompatible. Again the service people said they ordered a board then on feb 12th 2020 they came with another board which is also having the same problem. Is it that diffcult to identify the board for the ac?

                  Hi team,

                  I've been a loyal customer to llyod. I bought 2 tv and ac from llyod. The first tv had display issues before the warranty ends. requested for service but no one showed up. So i called a local tech and repaired but had the same issues. Later tech came out and refused to fix the tv as its opened but third party tech.

                  I'm a fool so again i purchased another llyod tv. which gave me the same issue. Requested for service but no help till now. The worst part is cancelling the ticket without giving the resolution.

                  I don't think this email is gonna make any difference but just give one last try before putting this on social media.

                    Untill now you people not solve the air condition problem
                    Technition attended twice and finally he told me cooling will not come more this unit will be like that i will inform to my manager decision up to the management and he took the pictures of cooling temparature

                    So from you people no any response please let me know as early as possible
                    I am loosing customers in my shop because of the condition of the temparature

                    So please let me know what will be the solution for this during the warranty only you people were not repaired properly and after three weeks warranty also completing then how i will survive with this a/c now winter season only not giving cooling then coming summer how it will be
                    I spend 50000/rupees for this a/c and i lost my business also because of not repairing on time and from july 2019 until now this a/c troubling me

                    So what is the solution for this please let me know

                    I will be happy if you people replace this a/c because only 05 months a/c was worked good from that date till now trouble remained same

                    So i am waiting for your decision for the above matter

                        Hello there
                        I'm dr. Shikha rajput from kanpur.. I had registered a complaint regarding ac service last year... Your service provider came and do there job, but not properly, i had spent 6000 rs for this cause but it's cooling is not that good afterthat. I called them again and again.. But still there is no response, i watsap them.. But not effective
                        I'm fed up of all that

                        Main april 2019 ko lloyd ka ek ac 1.5ton ka khrida tha sambalpur, odisha gn electronic se. Company ke mutabik sal main 3free service milna chahie magar 8 mahine ke bad bhi mujhe ek bhi free service ka seba nahi mila. Kitni bar customer care main phone karke login karke bhi nikat jharsuguda, odisha ke centre se service ke liye koi nahin aaraha hai aaj kal kehke tal de rahe hain. Main lloyd ka ac kharid ke pachhta raha hun. Bahot paresan hun....

                        Today I had booked the service complaint of dryer not working. We had purchased the washing machine on 1st August 2016 & our machine come in under warranty also.
                        After the working hour at 17:45 Mechanic came from JAI MAA ENTERPRISES. He checked our washing machine and made the receipt of 400 Rs. Without repair our machine.
                        He has done the bad behaviour with us. I had called to customer care but they didn't give any satisfied answer.

                        So I request you please support in our washing machine Repairing.

                        Last 22nd Feb I have took Ac. Now it is not working.it is not switching on. I think the problem is in the remote. Can you please replace it before the warranty dates. Repeatly calling to local dealer but they are not responding. I request you to please resolve the problem as soon as possible sir. because of no remote the Ac is unable to close.

                          A couple of days ago the washing machine repairs have come and fix our machine but after 1 day the machine is not working there is a drainage problem in the machine. We tried to communicate with you but you are not picking up our phone thus you are not taking into action of this serious matter. My mom is freezing to wash clothes and we know that bthere is so much cold these days we are respecting you for the last time. After this email if you cannot come to fix the machine then i will throw his freaking garbage to a garbage house and buy some other machine do you even call this is a perfect service from your side please come to our house and solve this problem

                            I had purchased one semi-automaic washing machine on 15.08.2015 from dilshad garden, delhi shop, with the gurantee of 5 years.
                            Now, this machine has stopped working since last one month, and on complaint on customer care, they want to charge to repair the machine, which is legally unacceptable.
                            The guarantee sticker is already pasted on the outer wall of the said machine, and further i was told by your official that the said machine is having compelete 5 years gurantee for anytypes of problems, and this conduct is showing deficiency of customer services.
                            Hence, you are requested to change the said machine with a new machine, as early as possible.

                              My tv's motherboard has been damaged due to thunderstorm on 11/10/2019.
                              I have raised a complaint on 13/10/2019.
                              There was no response from the mechanic. Again, i have called to the customer care on 23/10/2019. The service request number is[protected] mechanic has visited and said that the board was damaged and should be replaced. From that day, i have got no updates regarding the issue. I tried calling the customer care number, but it is of no use.

                                  Wrt the above split ac, it is not working properly since purchase.
                                  Every year i am lodging complaint and technicians are looking at temporary solutions.

                                  I thought ac is ok and shared the kkg code also, but ac is still not functioning well. Insufficient cooling is the problem.

                                  Every time circuit board or sensor or some spare problem is coming and i am spending more than new ac machine cost on it.

                                  Kindly replace the machine with new one.
                                  I never faced this type of problems with other manufacturers ac machine working in other rooms.
                                  If suitable replacement is not taken, i may refer the case to consumers forum.

                                  Ref: complaintid is: leel[protected]
                                  I have lodged complaint reg my lloyds split a/c for not working (Ice forming) on 13/07/16.
                                  Your technician shiva attended, cleaned the m/c and assured that there is no other complaint in the m/c.
                                  Again m/c not worked and condition became further bad.
                                  So i gave complaint again on 21/07/16.
                                  Attended the call and said sensor to be replaced.
                                  After kept waiting for receipt of sensor for so many days he attended with new part on 10.08.16
                                  Finally he told some other problem (Gas to be filled)
                                  Again on phone he is telling some e1/e2 error is coming.
                                  Gas also filled and collected rs.2300/- but the problem remains same.
                                  Again informed to vizag i/c of complaints mr. Murthy.
                                  Techinicians visited later and were unable to resolve the problem.

                                  I have not received reply from surya. [protected]@lloydmail.com and now i am forwarding this mail to you sir.
                                  If problem not resolved now also i will go to consumer forum.
