      Its really the worst experience ever with any service engineer I faced today.
      I raised complaint for the ac repair but the mechanic came only to switch on the ac, checked some voltage for a second and spoke just some rubbish unrelated issues which he didn't want to do right there. Immediately demanding service charges without solving the issue. As I forbid to pay the any charge he left the place by saying find yourself another engineer.
      What kind of service are you providing??
      We don't take service from company to listen rubbish from your engineers. We need real service.

      Attached #retail invoice, #warranty card(showing complete coverage including gas leakage repair) but your service engineer is saying leakage repair won't cover in warranty.

        Sir,
        Regarding with model no. Ls18i52av inverter spilit ac. I purchased this product on[protected] from ups enterprise magadh colony gaya bihar whose gst no is. Bvxps7117msd001. After one month o[censored]se its indore unit was stop working. After several attempt from service center product is not working properly till now. There is always some defect in the indore unit. After contacting to service center person he clearifiy me that it is a case of manufacturing defect which never got shot out. And for the service there is no spare parts available in the center.
        I’m totally disappointed with the product so i request to the service center to replace the product but they are not taking any further action toward it. Kindly look into my issue and resolve it as soon as possible

          I have made complaint before ten days in reliance digital, adajan, surat. But no one is attended complaint. Reliance digital service is very poor. Somany times they are not attending phone. Please solve my problem.

            Bought a split ac from aditya vision in Bhagalpur, bihar. The ac was installed by the technician provided by the store. Ac stopped working on the 2nd day after installing. After complaining the technician came and declared that it was a gas leak problem due to faulty installation. Despite repeated calls, nothing has been done. Both the technician and the store owner have been rude and accusatory. Is this the kind of service we ought to expect?? It's the worst electrical product and the worst company i have dealt with

            I am facing the same issue within a month, would expect them to refund the money and take away the AC, i had bad experience during installation also, they sent random engineers instead of authorized service center technicians.

                I have a llyod ac which is a year and 9 days old. I booked a ac not functioning complaint[protected]. The ac was showing a “pc” error on the screen. An executive came to visit and check the ac. He said big things like the inverter is broken in the ac and blah blah and then when i said that the ac is in warranty, he somehow fixed the ac and said it is done and if anything happens please call me and i will come again and took the 500 charge and went away.
                The ac broke down with in a few hours and is not working still. I have been calling that guy but he’s not picking up my call.
                Imnot at all satisfied with the service provided by you. And might file a complaint in the consumer court for selling defective acs as my ac is just a year old and is in such bad condition.

                  I am very illetrate from lloyd services. Ac technician came in my house he will not check properly saying to me coil is faulty of outdoorfan but my ac is underwarranty 5 year. Technician was not providing solution of lloyd AC

                  My ac is not working fro 4 days its not a manageble. Its shameless for companies services.
                  I comfirmed with dealar my ac warranty is 5 year i raised complaint in custumer...

                  I bought an ac model no. Ls18131ba dated
                  Since then numerous time i have facing problem, 4 times gas been refuel, several other problem is been occurred. I haven’t face so many problem in any brand out in the market expect yours.
                  I have registered multiple number of complaint (Attached) to service provider: sechu yadav, varanasi but still got no fruitful result yet. I’m fed up of complaining, so please do take action with immediate affect.
                  All the complain number and service copy is attached.
                  Make sure to take serious action on issues asap.

                    Unfortunately I bought llyod ac on July 1 2020. It ran for 1 week and started getting problem. getting E6 error code. I have raised complaint for 2 times and with 2 times technicians came with new part and but unable to fix problem. Is llyod practice to time pass warranty period and end up customers in not using products....

                    Welcome to all my Name Aravinth I am purchased 3 years ago LLOYD 32 "tv. Many time power supply area fault attend. Waste of time and money this type of tv purchase.
                    Power supply indication light is on. But display on buttons power supply link problem.

                              I wish to complain about my llyod ac that i purchased at kothagudem district telangana.

                              Just want to inform you that i have purchased the llyod ac at kothagudem and at the first instance ac installation was not done properly due to gas leakage and again technician was filled the gas in the compressor and it worked for few months.

                              After 1year i had a issue with swing motor and which is replaced by technician who installed the ac.

                              After 6 months i had a issue with mother board and again it was serviced by technician and now again i faced the problem with ac which is not powering on.

                              Now i called to llyod service center and raised a complaint no[protected], llyod technician checked the issue and informed that board has to be replaced and which will cost around 6k and have to keep order from hyderabad and which will deliver the part in 10 days.

                              Service center people logged a complaint with another serial number which is in warranty and part has been replaced for me without issuing a bill to me

                              Again now ac is not working and service center give is no helpful now
                              I have all the proofs and service center cheated me during this lockdown.

                              This service center is cheating all the people money and company original parts by raising complaint with wrong serial numbers parts which are in warranty.This is a fraud and if anyone need more information you can check my complaint numbers and contact me i can give you more information..

                                  I am extremely disappointed with your service team because till now my ac issue has not been resolved.
                                  Yesterday, i faced the worst experience with the lloyd service team. On 6th june i purchased lloyd 1ton ac and now after one month, i am facing the gas leak issue. I raised my complaint to the service centre and even on-call with service engineer i clearly mentioned that the gas is leaked and cooling is stopped and i also checked the ampere which is also very low (2.5 amp). Still, the came without any equipment or gas cylinders. They just came and take pictures of the ac invoice. They even did not check my ac. When i asked for the solutions then they replied that they know gas is leaked they will come again the next day to repair this.. This is highly unprofessional behaviour by llyod service engineers or support function. Now i can not purchase any llyod product in future.
                                  Now i am calling the service engineer but they are not picking my call.

                                    In current period situation is critical due to covid-19 if my family effected from covid-19, who responsible of covid-19.
                                    This item is defective, so i want to refund my money / replace that defect model immediate. I'm very disappointed this product.
