Reg - lloyd split ac - ls19a3s88854

Wrt the above split ac, it is not working properly since purchase.
Every year i am lodging complaint and technicians are looking at temporary solutions.
In the recent complaint vide[protected], which was assigned to t02 sukavasi venkata ramana - [protected], has collected rs.1550/- towards rectification of problem in the circuit board and service charge.
I thought ac is ok and shared the kkg code also, but ac is still not functioning well. Insufficient cooling is the problem.

Every time circuit board or sensor or some spare problem is coming and i am spending more than new ac machine cost on it.

Kindly replace the machine with new one.
I never faced this type of problems with other manufacturers ac machine working in other rooms.
If suitable replacement is not taken, i may refer the case to consumers forum.

Dear sir,

I have lodged complaint reg my lloyds split a/c for not working (Ice forming) on 13/07/16.
Your technician shiva attended, cleaned the m/c and assured that there is no other complaint in the m/c.
Again m/c not worked and condition became further bad.
So i gave complaint again on 21/07/16.
Attended the call and said sensor to be replaced.
After kept waiting for receipt of sensor for so many days he attended with new part on 10.08.16
Finally he told some other problem (Gas to be filled)
Again on phone he is telling some e1/e2 error is coming.
Gas also filled and collected rs.2300/- but the problem remains same.
Again informed to vizag i/c of complaints mr. Murthy.
Techinicians visited later and were unable to resolve the problem.

I have not received reply from surya. [protected]@lloydmail.com and now i am forwarding this mail to you sir.
If problem not resolved now also i will go to consumer forum.

      Sub:- want to replace my air conditioner.

      Dear manager,

      I bought an air conditioner of lloyd (Havells brand) from the company’s outlet with the model no.:- ls13b34oa on 12th of march 2019. It has worked quite well even since i bought it. However, from the past few days, the air conditioner is creating a problem and not cooling very efficiently. I have called in your company earlier for the same and your mechanic came to our house but unfortunately he cannot solve the problem.

      As it was bought few months before so i still have warranty. Also, i have all the receipts and warrantee card. I called on the customer care number many times and today also, but no one is giving the satisfying answer as they put my call on hold and then cut the call. As you know the weather is quite hot and this scorching heat makes it nearly impossible to survive without an ac and it is just going to get a lot worse with time.

      I do not want to hire some local mechanic who might only worsen the situation or solve the problem temporarily. I would like you to fix a date on which your mechanic can come to our house for replacing it.
      Kindly acknowledge my mail as soon as possible. You can contact me for any further information or further details such as my home address or contact number. I would be very grateful to you.

          I have complained with service request[protected] in this complain my led tv panel is faulty as per technician it needs replacement but it has been more than 25 days but still there is no resolution whereas i have paid difference amount for old led to new one.
          Every time i call the service center it tells that your tv is under po and how long will it take for replacement cannot be said.
          Please look into the issue...

            I have purchased the lloyd ac in the month of march 2017 under the warranty of 5 years but suddenly in aug month 15th it was not cooling and we have filed a complaint against the product and technician came and said that there is some problem with gas and he charged around 2500 rs and afterwards on every 2-3 days it stops working and customer executive send the technician to fix the problem and around 10 times we filed the complaint and techibicakatiib fix this and said that this problem will not occur any more and when we have asked for the replacement or any effective measure they said no. Kindly look into this problem and solve this

            The LED TV has just gone into a blackout mode with the blue LED light on.
            When I restart the TV, the red light blinks for a second and then immediately the blue LED light turns on with the screen remaining black

              I purchased an AC from a dealer and they sold me an inoperative AC .
              Tehnician came to my home to install it and he said that the AC was inoperative and he talked to the dealer about it. Later the technician and dealer made a commitment that the AC would be replaced within the week .
              it has been more than two months but they have not replaced yet and AC is not working. I am feeling cheated and customer service of lloyd is ###, they are uneducated and uncivilized people.
              nothing is working for me i am helpless and cheated 50, 000 for an inoperative AC.
              i have filed a complaint in COnsumer FORUM but that also didnt work .
              LLOYD customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I have purchased window air conditioner on 10th Aug 2019 LLoyd company from Gupta' Electro Word but air conditioner is not working fine.

              so amany time have complaint to company service center but no one can response on poisitive manner.

              pls look into the same matter and close.

                Lloyds company personnels cheating

                Since 14th august my air condition not working and and not answering the calls after couple of complaints they finally on 13th september 2019 came to fix the defected mother board and the technician who came to fix the mother board he asked money for fixing then my stare manager try to given 100/rupees then the guy refused to take 100/rupees he want more money then my manager replied him i cant give you morethan this actually you have to do free service and your asking money even what we gave you you dont want to take then
                The technician told to my manager your not giving more money then wait and see after one hour may you need me again then we will see he told him like that and left
                Exactly after one hour air condition cooling not came only blower running
                So we want to know why your technicians doing like this troubling us without repairing and because of not gave him money he made air condition to not work
                Such a bad service if your providing then why you people are promising us while purchasing the a/c and cheating us
                Even i explain to area manager bheema ranga rao regarding also regarding the problem
                Then he told me tomorrow i will solve your problem and from the next day he is not lifting my call also so let me know what shall i do ineed prompt responce from you people either repairing the a/c or taking back your product

                My air condition was break down on 14 august2019 and till the date many times repaired but not cooling properly and many times i complaint to customer care as well as consumer complaint web side also
                So please try to replace the unit because technician today also came and clean the gas line and filled the gas also but cooling not satisfactory
                On 08 Feb 2020 the warranty is completing and A/C was worked hardly 0( months then troubling started
                I am waiting for your prompt action

                  From 14th november 2019 until today my air condition not running

                  Technician came to fix the board on 13th september and he ask money for fix the board my manager refused to give him money then he fix the board and he loosen the screw of the gas to leak the gas and he told to my store manager you where not given money to me wait and see you need me after some times
                  He told like this and left

                  After one hour only same day air condition not working
                  I told this matter to bheema ranga rao area manager
                  He told me i will send the technician to repair
                  From the next day he also not answering my call
                  So please let me know what i will do
                  Shall you will take back the air condition and return my money back

                  Lloyd authorise person installed washing machine LWMF70AW wrongly.As a result machine vibrated abnormally even started movement which caused collision with wall and basin.and machine got damage.so I refused to take that machine.Your authority assured me to replace the damage machine by new one.Pls inform me the development.

                    Hello. I am faded up with this lloyd ac service center of aligarh (Rajiv) this man initially install wrongly my ac than again came for make it done correct after that.. Many time i called for service no response and bluff saying that he wil come for service & when after a week passed away they send very poor person for servicing who don't know anything about ac and just misbehave with us
                    Now my ac is getting jammed ice is getting deposited over it & gas is leaking out of its cabinet.. Until no one is send for servcing i have called them many times he just bluff me saying that he will definitely come. I just wasted my whole day in waiting but no response!
                    This was really so annoying
                    I request lloyd company plz take strong against ur dealers/services authority in aligarh... I am facing serious issue and unable to get solved
                    If you are not able to take than i will file fir complaint for fraud against this company and service incharge of aligarh
                    Please solve it asap!

                      I had purchased 2 lloyd split inverter ac of 1.5 tonn on 10 april 2019
                      It was not cooling properly than i asked for service. Service person came and did half service and also destroy some parts of the ac the service of this company was very bad now i am calling him he is not responding me back (The grills are are not working its rotating only half, outdoor attached giving smoke.) very irritating persons and not responding me back i have make call many times (Llyod company)
                      If your company would not take my query seriously i will complaint in court & appeal to return your product back & strick action would be taking against the servicing persons /dealer and company
                      Please take immediate actions otherwise i would take!

After one and half year complication it was not cooling i complaint in customer care the technicians are came to home and resolve the problem the complaint is gas completed they charge rs:2600/- per that given written bill and given 6 months warranty it was happen on 09/04/2019, again 10/09/2019 same problem it is not cooling i book complaint 0n 11/09/2019 same day they come and saying 6 months completed have to fill gas it will be chargeable but look at the dates 6 months not completed i have explain them but they are not ready to listen my words, they left from my house and sad this problem not solve at home have to take this to our office. Till now they are not come, not inform me when they come and resolve the problem am calling to them but they saying coming coming they open all parts of ac and leaved with out fitting at my home. Please do need full and give an warning don't make customers full

                          My name is Sarvjeet Kumar. My contact no. is [protected]. I have a Lloyd make AC installed in my house, purchased on 20.05.2016. Problem was faced for non cooling and it was observed that the compressor is jammed and same was attended by your service provider as the AC is in warranty period. They gave me bill of Rs. 3200/- on dated 26.06.2019 in the name of gas filling.
                          But the compressor of AC is again jammed only after a period of one month. Same was informed to service provider agency in the first week of August 2019. But they are telling that compressor will be replaced, which is under warrenty but charges of gas filling i.e. Rs. 3200/- is to be paid by you.
                          Dear Sir, This is the problem of llyod compressor. You know the quality of your material. Is the quality of material so poor that the compressor jammed only in one month?.
                          Why I have to pay the amount of gas filling as the same problem occurs only after one month of replacement of compressor?

                            I have a lloyd make ac installed in my house purchased on 20.05.2016. Problem was faced for non cooling and it was observed that the compressor is jammed and same was attended by your service provider as the ac is in warranty period.                             Dear sir, this is the problem of llyod compressor. You know the quality of your material. Is the quality of material so poor that the compressor jammed only in one month?.
                            Why i have to pay the amount of gas filling as the same problem occurs only after one month of replacement of compressor?

                              It is to inform you that two no. of a/c (air conditioned) of lloyd company are defunct in the office of the project director, watersheds, dhenkanal (at kunjakanta, dhenkanal) odisha 759001 are need to be repaired on priority basis.
                              No service could be available inspite of contact to the authorised dealers at dhenkanal. so, necessary action may be taken on the issue. the cost of bill to that effect may be submitted for payment

                                Hello,
                                I am highly disappointed and frustrated with the kind of service that llyod is providing to its customers. I am a llyod customer and i purchased llyod 40 inch smart tv on 17/03/18 since then this is the third time i am facing issue with my tv.
                                The first issues were resolved but this time the technician is not able to resolve the issue for two instances. My tv is in stand by mode from past 8 days. I logged online complaint on 30th aug. The technician contacted me the same day, i explained him abt the issue, he came to my house saw the tv and said that the issue is with the board. He took his service charge of rs 800 and went back stating he will come back after two days with the board.
                                On 3rd sep he came back with the board, done some testing and said that the board which he brought is defective and went back stating he will again come back with a new board.
                                My concern is when i had this same issue earlier 3 months back the technician replaced replaced a new board and got the issue resolved now again after 3 months i m facing the same issue and the other technician is not able to resolve the issue.
                                I m really frustrated with llyod products and its services n support.in 1.5 yrs i had 3 issues with the product simply paying service charges with no results.
                                I request you to divert my complaint
                                To some other technician who is capable enough to resolve the issue but i m not going to pay again rs 800 service charge.
                                Request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible and i hope the solution would be permanent. No more issues further

                                  I call many times to customer care centre and area manager bheema ranga rao also i make on line complaint twice
                                  But no result
                                  Such a bad service of this company
                                  We have many stores and we thaught to

                                  Now a days festival time this time only we have customers more coming to store for purchase dresses and all are angry for the sweating and every one they knows about your brand and your service no one cares even area manager not responding they send the pcb different model and technition came once and try to change the pcb he found different model pcb unit he brought replace
                                  So they knows the model of a/c and what kind of part to be send and they carelessly dealing and it will spoil your sales in market
                                  Sorry to say as a customer i am having first time very bad experience with you people in my life

                                  since 14th august my air condition not working and and not answering the calls after couple of complaints they finally ON 13TH SEPTEMBER 2019came to fix the defected mother board and the technician who came to fix the mother board he asked money for fixing then my stare manager try to given 100/rupees then the guy refused to take 100/rupees he want more money then my manager replied him i cant give you morethan this actually you have to do free service and your asking money even what we gave you you dont want to take then
                                  the technician told to my manager your not giving more money then wait and see after one hour may you need me again then we will see he told him like that and left
                                  exactly after one hour air condition cooling not came only blower running
                                  so we want to know why your technicians doing like this troubling us without repairing and because of not gave him money he made air condition to not work
                                  such a bad service if your providing then why you people are promising us while purchasing the A/C AND CHEATING US
                                  EVEN I EXPLAIN TO AREA MANAGER BHEEMA RANGA RAO REGARDING ALSO REGARDING THE PROBLEM

                                    I have complained with complaint no.[protected], in this complain my led tv panel is faulty as per technician it needs replacement but it has been more than 20 days but still there is no resolution.
                                    Every time i call the repair center it tells that your tv is under po and how long will it take for replacement cannot be said.
                                    Please look into the issue.

                                      For solve my issues.
                                      Two time visit but problem not solved.
                                      They can do only cleaning job like filter and outdoor unit cleaing.

                                      I am facing problem l1 in my ac.
                                      Above engineer has no idea for this error.

                                      They told me power supply problem. But our suply constantly 230 v to 240 v. Or

                                      I have purchase a led tv from lloyd in offer of onam festival with 5 year full warranty in oct 2016 at incs (Kochi) (Dealer jimat enterprises, ernakulam, kochi). My lloyd led tv is not working from 12 aug 19. I complaint to the lloyd service care on 13 aug 19 with complaint no[protected] and same time i told him to change my service address also but the care booked the complaint on my old address (Kochi). So again i had complaint on 14 aug 19 with complaint no[protected]. But the service engineer not come at my address (Jamnagar). Then again i had complaint on 22 aug 19 with complaint no[protected] but still the service engineer not came.

                                      Plz register my complaint and inquire the matter..
