Sub: very poor service for lloyds led tv 24†inch (In warranty/guarantee period)
I, bharatbhai kotiya, purchase lloyds tv 24†inch led tv model: gl24hobocf with 1+2 = 3years warranty from your lloyds tv dealer “shivam enterprise†veraval, dist: junagadh (Gujarat)

Sir, i have made first time complaint no:[protected] dt.03.09.19, your concerned executive visited at my home location, and final decision for â€replacement †but after that till today 02. Nov.19 (About 2 month) there is no any solution.
Whenever i asked to your customer representative on phone & local seller, every time told me that give me 3 to 4 days for approval & transportation time for replacement.,
After few days when i try to talk to your concern/ representative they made again & again new complaint no. I. E.[protected] dt. 26.09.19,[protected] dt. 04-10-19, so i am very confused and very strange to know about your “lloyd/ havels brand†customer solution policy.
So, now i am very very frustrated from your replacement that you have not attempted to made any single/final solution after long long time being period (2 month
