I purchased Lloyd window AC on 07/07/2020.(invoice attached herewith)
I start my AC on dated 17/04/2023 but AC is not working/cooling. So I had Complaint for my Lloyd AC on 18/4/2023 with reference No.[protected] for routine service and applying for AMC to Lloyd customer service centre.
But no engineer visited till now, and harassment/giving wrong information, by your service provider on call. Service/AMC pending since from July 2021 to till date.
I applied/remind for AMC every year 2021 to 2023 but no action taken till now.
In this connection I had file a Complaint in National Consumer Helpline forum on dated 19/4/2023 with all facts but your service provider gave wrong information (No engineer visited from 18/04/2023 to till date).
Now I will filling a appeal/complaint in the court of law against Lloyd company and your service provider about giving wrong reply to the National consumer helpline forum.
Please take action immediately and solve the above said issue.

        To Whom It May Concern,

        I am writing to file a complaint against Llyod for their poor service and unprofessional behaviour in regard to my service request (Service Number:[protected] for my Lloyd split AC (Model Number: LS18B32M).

        On 14th April, I raised a service request on the company's mobile app and selected 15th April as the service date. On 15th April, the service personnel called me in the evening and mentioned that it was too late to attend to the service request and that they would come to check the AC on 16th April morning. However, the person did not show up nor did they respond to my calls.

        On 18th April, another service personnel called me to ask for directions to my home and mentioned that they would arrive in half an hour. However, after some time, I received an SMS stating that my service request had been cancelled as I had informed them that the work had already been done, which was not true. When I called back to inquire, the service personnel mentioned that it was a mistake from their end and assured me that they would send a service person as soon as possible.

        After 2 hours, a service person arrived and checked the AC, informing me that a few parts needed to be replaced, but that he did not have them with him. He assured me that he would come with the parts on 19th April and do the needful. However, when he did not arrive at the specified time, I called him multiple times and he did not answer my calls. Moreover, the service request was cancelled again.

        I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of the service personnel and the poor service provided by Llyod. Despite numerous attempts to get the AC repaired, they have failed to resolve the issue, and I have been left without a functioning AC for a significant period of time.

        Therefore, I request the Consumer Forum to take strict action against Llyod for their negligence and to ensure that my AC is repaired as soon as possible.

          I have logged the complaint of my lloyd split ac last month for not doing the cooling.
          Lloyd technician visit on 19th Mar'23 refill the gas.
          Issue recurred again and I logged a new complaint on 14th April Lloyd
          customer representative informed me that within 24 to 48 hours
          technician will come and resolve the issue.

          After waiting for 48 hours I called Lloyd customer care on 16th April
          again because there was no contact made by the tech I talked to almost
          20 different people of Lloyd customer care and no one was able to help
          everyone repeating the same script that technician will come in one
          hour, we will arrange a call back, your issue has been escalated, we
          are sending the email to mail room, we are sending reminders etc.

          On 16th April in the evening around 4:30 PM two technicians showed up
          at my doorstep wearing the uniform of Llloyd Havells. They opened the
          indoor unit and started working. While working they asked us to show
          the previous bill. After checking the bill they refused to refill the
          gas stating that previously issue was resolved by Noida Cool Point
          Vendor and they are from Digi Cart and left without resolving the
          issue.

          I almost talked with 15 to 20 (Ravi, Khushi, Rachana Kaim Floor Supervisor,
          Vijaya Floor Supervisor, Pawan Kumar Rachna's manager, Karan, Lalit Kumar Sr. Advisor employee Id - 3157329,
          Prakash Singh dont remember the name of all and no once was able.
          Pawan Kumar manager of Rachana Kaim, promised me that technician will visit today on 17th April'23 before 12 PM. I waited for another one day and still there is no solution. Now when I am calling the customer care they have no answer and they started disconnecting my call.

            I have bought lloyd AC from reliance retail last yearv on 11/04/2022. From the very first day it had stopped working properly. It was not able to cool even a small room. I had raised so many complains but all in vain. Company guy visited and said it will work fine now. But after 1 week or so it stopped working again. This cycle got repeated so many times.
            My last whole summer was without AC only though I had bought one. It was a total harassment for me whole summer as i was chasing company guys for whole year and now I don't want to spend summer without this.
            Please refund my money as even after so many visits it is still behaving the same way. Even the company guys said that there was some problem with AC and it cannot be repaired.
            Please refund my money. I don't want to get more harassed.

                Recently I had a top load fully automatic washing machine from Pattambi KH home appliances and we were not satisfied with overall performance like quality of washing the cloths when we select the normal washing program the level of water is not complete the task and quality of the washing is not up to the level within the time frame. I had informed several time the technical team to assist unfortunately it was not rectified from the Sr. Technician and line manager.
                Q1. Automatic washing machine water level we need to select manually?
                Q2. The capacity of the machine cloth weight will be considered as dry or wet?

                Technical teams are not professionally skilled even they don’t have minimum knowledge about the automatic functional methods to explain to consumers.

                  On 31st Oct 2022 i had raised complaint for LLOYD LED TELEVISION 50" panel issue. After 15 days complaint got closed with remarks panel replaced. An Engineer from Freeze Zone visited my house on 1st Nov and inspected the TV, post that there is no follow-up and complaint was closed without any solution.

                  When i called Lloyd customer care they again raised a fresh complaint. Another engineer visited, inspected the TV and assured that TV will be replaced. More than 25 days has passed and still there is no solution.

                  This is the works customer service ever i had received in my life, really not expected from brands like Havels

                    Hi Team,

                    A service request was raised on 5 November, 2022 stating that rats are trying to insert into AC Indoor and hence free service was opted. Multiple escalations were performed through customer care but to no avail.

                    TAT which was provided for 2 days is also completed but not a single call from the team.

                    Would request some time from the service center in order to resolve the issue.

                      Authorised dealer has changed pcb from outdoor unit and is not providing any warranty on pcb.

                      In 19/92022 i bought a 7.5kg semi automatic washing machine. In first i found that the water inlet system was not working properly (water leaking outside).
                      So I contacted the customer service, after the technician visited next day and he said that there is a defective part (pipe) inside the machine and he said next day he will replace that, but he never showed up again. I contacted the customer service again and again 7 times in past 25 days (today is 16/10/2022), but technician didn't even call me.
                      My issue with Lloyd semi automatic washing machine is not yet resolved.
                      The customer service people only says the are escalating our issue but no use.
                      I definitely will not recommend this brand to my friends and neighbours due to its poor service experience.

                          I Ayaz Khan purchased AC of llyod for comfort & relaxation but from the day I purchased I have logged more than 20 complaints in this 2 year period & they guys are not resolving the same
                          everytime engineers visits and take us the temporary solution & now its compressor failed oil leakage etc
                          I am so much confident that either company selling the defective products in market or dealer is playing with machines
                          it should be found and before all of this I want my solution check your machine and replace this third class AC ASAP

                            I have registered a complaint on 31.08.22 regarding my 1.5 Ton inverter AC which I purchased in May 2022. my complaint no is [protected] dtd 31.08.22. Technician visited us and told that a part is to be replaced but till today i.e. 09.09.22 12 days gone and my complaint is not resolved. I called many times to customer care and requested them to sort this as early as possible but they didnt bother. They repeatedly asked me to wait and a person from service department talked with me in rough language.They never told me about the time they take for repair of their product at the time of complaint registration and after that themselves.
                            Such a third class service and unprofessional behavior I experienced with LLYOD.

                                  This is my first complaint about Lloyd air conditioner. I brought it on March 2020. Now it is not working properly. Not able to ON Air conditioner. Always shows an error on display. I already contacted service center but no one is available. Please help me to fix the problem
