    Dear team,

    Since 70 days completed i have requested for ac service and your technical team is visted more than 20 times and failed to fix the issue. Even initially 2 weeks theytoo my AC to garage and replace the condenser and without checking brought it back and complaint is not solved. After several follow up they found its board problem and replace the board and complaint not yet fixed. Before 1 month they make another finding its due to compressor issue and will be replaced soon and till this day no body knows when it will be available. Your team only have enough escuses in stock noting else. LLyd branch manager from irinjalakuda thrissur district kerala informed they will replace with new ac for payment of inr 13750. Why should i pay the amount for your negligence. I paid for the ac and its under warranty. Totally their product and technical team is utter failure. Stay away from lloyd scrap products intead of this choose good brand like lg samsung etc.

    On what base lloyd provides warraty if not able to provide.

      Respect sir,

      With reference to your job id no. [protected] I would like to inform you that I have made several time complaint regarding the AC part PCB of indoor which is out of order as per the engineer visit.
      I had made my first complain on 26th of last month and today is 5th of may, yet no action has been taken and with regular complain on customer care no I m getting reply from your side that it l be done by 24 to 48 hours. But the fact is not shared with me why it is getting delayed.
      Is this the service the company is proving to the customer. So I request you to please share the status of complain and by when it l be resolved. Assigned people are telling me yet the part is not dispatched and so it is not trackable. So I want the reply as soon as possible.

      Do revert as soon as possible.

        I am suffering from Lloyd's service. I have registered my complaint 2 times. My product is under warranty. I purchased my product on june 2021. On 20th April I registered my complaint for the same issue (coil replacement) but still my problem was not resolved. my complaint number([protected]).Technicians not visiting my residence. I am trying to contact him but he is not responding to my call even they cut my call, his name( sarfuddin, shahid and pradeep). I have already paid a 500 rs charge for jet service which is not included under free service ( 1 year free service). It's been more than one week since no one technician visite my residence. . Today I realised how bad service is to your customer. I am unsatisfied with your product and your service. In the feature I will suggest to my colleague and friend not purchase Lloyd AC. I need my AC replacement if you could do that, so do as soon as possible.

          Have registered service request on 6th of April, Service Executive has asked to change compressor. My compressor is under warranty but since company is not have compressor of same model available they have provided me commerical solution of buy back at Rs.10, 000/- after so much of escalation and negotiate. I agree to paid & get issue resolved as was fed up with there customer service.

          Still its almost 1 month but they are yet able to resolve this issue.

            I would like to complain regarding service requested id [protected]. I raised a complaint regarding faults in my AC on 27/04/2022. This AC is in the company warranty period. A serviceman visited on 28/04/2022 whose contact no is [protected] said some equipment has to change and when I collect this equipment from the company then I will be able to resolve this fault. I tried many times to contact customer care and serviceman also but both are saying when equipment will available we will resolve your problem. After 6 days my service request could not be resolved by the service provider. It is indicating the negligence of the company. This type of act from a famous company like havells is shameful and untrustful. You are requested to resolve my problem as soon as possible other than i have only option to take legal action against you under consumer protection law.

                I have purchased Llyod window AC after some days I have faced cooling issue in my AC so I have registered the complaint regarding cooling issue on 13/09/2021 . Firstly service centre asked 700/- charges for transportation then I have raised concern to company after that they waived the charges and taken 15-20 days for resolve my issue.After 1 month on 27/10/2021 same issue happened with me AC not working properly and cooling issue again they taken 15 days to resolve again this complaint.Recently I have logged the complaint for the same issue on 7/04/2022 they send the 2 technicians and filled gas after 2 days I'm again faced same issue of cooling I have again registered the complaint on 21/04/2022 and the till date company and service centre not responding. Worst service experience of Llyod from last 10 months I'm suffered and mentally harrassed by Llyod company and his service centre HIZ technology.
                Please take necessary action against the company and service centre otherwise I'll file the case after 5 days.

                They are not bothered for customer service had a bad experience with Llyod/Havells

                  Bought ac last year service done on 25march 2022 after that cooling gets effected now today no cooling ...it means for service also we cannot rely on company staff. Today requested a lot to fill gas on urgent basis the company people denied started giving excuses ..very bad experience of relevant staff too hv the numbers of all concerned people . Let's say no to llyod products

                        I've registered my complaint three times to consumer care of Havells for Lloyd split inverter AC not cooling and it's compressor not running all in the time span of 17 days starting from 10th April, 2022 to 27th April, 2022 and all the three times the workshop where the Havells company have assigned my request cancels it without resolving my issue and without contacting and informing me, not only they've failed to resolve the issues with the ac but also are cancelling the registered complaint with the company and in addition has the worst service ever. After a tiresome efforts on my part I was able to get the manager's no. Of the workshop whom I called and enquired about the same, who told me that the part of compressor which has issue is not available in our workshop nor is available with the company, a Part Po(Purchase Order) has been created and will be delivered on Wednesday, 28th April 2022 and that on the same day will be sent to my house along with technicians to resolve the issues but still has not been done by the company. My ac is still in the guarantee period and was purchased a year ago but the attitude of company and workshop and of the Manager is questionable as if they're waiting for my ac guarantee period to get over so that they can charge me with hefty amounts of money in the disguise of part not available to them.

                              I had got an android, 4K, 55inch lloyd TV in november 2019. In april 2022, the panel of the TV got damaged due to ofcouse the substandrad parts and components provided by the company.
                              Now that TV is not produced anymore and due to which they are not able to repair the TV due to unavailability of the panel.
                              Now the service engineer is calling and charging me Rs20000 for a replacement the TV.
                              Why should I pay 20, 000 when the issue and damage caused was from your company end.
                              I have been waiting from last 1 month

                                Technician attended this service on 19.4.22, and informed me to capacitor to be replaced. That capacitor will be replaced with one week time.

                                Already 4 days over since i raised complaint. They are taking further one week.

                                It is very hard for us to sleep in my house without cooling due to the immense heat. Daily routine work spoiled due to this.

                                  This is in reference of the trail mail I would like to thanks to concern team for a quick response, but also I would have a question that the said LLOYD AC is hardly 8-9 months old so how can it be possible that the problem of cooling leakage occurred in a completely new Air Conditioner? It is really surprising to us that I have purchased a new AC and as I had informed yesterday that there were also dents in many places and on the other hand the cooling was not so effective from the beginning.

                                  One of the technicians, whose mobile number is [protected] visited yesterday dated 15.04.2022 to check the AC problem, he informed us that AC has a cooling leakage problem and this issue was from the beginning. He rectified the problem but he also said there was still a part inside the AC to be changed for which a fresh complaint will have to be filed again nor he give me any AC checkup bill/rasid etc.

                                  As I had already inform that this LLOYD window AC has been already used which was sold to us by the shopkeeper; when the AC was delivered to the home by the dealer there were already dent (पिचका हुआ) lying on it at many places and now another cooling leakage problem.

                                  I have a family and I am answerable to my family. To take away someone's money is to take away someone's right to live a dignified life. So I believe that the management of Lloyd Company will not disgrace itself by taking an unnecessary amount from me and will exchange or rectify the AC at the earliest. Kindly take the matter on urgent priority as a special case on humanitarian grounds, I have paid 26000/- rupees and this amount is a lot of meant for me.

                                  Hence, once again it is my humble request to the competent authority to kindly examine the said matter on priority exchange the Lloyd Window AC within the time-bound manner for further course of action.

                                    I bought 2 unit of LLOYD ACs but was extremely dissatisfied by the attitude and behavior of the the co-workers who came to my home for the fitting of the ac they were very rude .
                                    now I wish I would not have bought any product from this company and for future I am not willing to suggest LLOYD products to anyone in future

Please dont purchase any of their product. I have given my Ac 45 days back . After several follow ups they brought and even not able to identify complaint. First they have change condenser after that telling board problem now again confused. I think lloyd company having group of ### working with out any knowledge.
