    It has been around 5-6 days that I had complaint for my llyod Air conditioner display issue that I purchased a year ago on[protected]. I raised my complaint on[protected] but till now It had not been resolved. As I called the customer care they always say that it is in process but nothing has been done.

    Summers has arrived and I am having issue in using my air conditioner. I am calling them daily from[protected] but till now my complaint hasn't resolved.

    The service center is also not responding in this matter. One of their executive came but he didn't know anything about the display section and was just clicking pictures and asking the other person on WhatsApp that what to do. This is such a shame for a big brand like llyod, Havells.

      Please stop your worst ### business if not able to provide the service. No response after several follow ups . My storng suggestion through all social media and friends to stop dealing with this worst company. Lloyd products . Bitter experience from ac purchases. No service at all . Only sitting for telling escuses.

        I have purchased 4 ac from Lloyd for my new home. ACs were not properly installed and now they are not cooling.

        The person who came to install the AC said that they are properly installed and will start cooling in sometime and then left.

        Now I have been calling the customer care for a week now and they have registered the complaint but my issue is not being resolved.

        They sent two people to fix the AC and they came and investigated the issue and left that they will need to forward them to their concerned team.

        I need my ACs to work properly after I spent so much money on them

            I am sudhir gupta
            I have purchased a lloyd window 5 star ac in 2020 from sargam electronics
            After purchasing it there was gas leaking problem in it in 2021 then after so much problem And hustle the company executive got it repaired
            Now in 2022 there is again gas leaking problem i have got a dg extended warranty from sargam from it and is registering complaint since 24 mar but no action is taken place the employees come and see the ac and gets the feedback recorded and does not solve the problem. My complaint is getting registered in prakash refrigeration and electrical and its employees sachin sharma (mob no.[protected]) and pratham ([protected]) they are so mannerless and incooperative and they are denying to do the work under warranty and demanding for money and using abusive language and behavior with customer is pathetically bad. I request you to please take action for the same and i am going to file the same in consumer court and consumer grievance department.

              Worst service after sale

              I have purchased 2 ### AC products from LLOYD . In my experience their service is worst then non branded products. Poor technical team, Poor CUSTOMER service. No use for warranties they provided. Better to through the products after damage. More than 3 weeks my AC in their worst workshop even they took 3 weeks to find the leakage. Really fed up with their products and service . Better LLOYD product do the sales for chinese low quality products...

              Yesterday I submit a request for my window AC and fix appointment today morning..but technician told m that he will come 1:30 then after he said he will come evening and in evening he told me that he will come tomorrow for that I called to customer care nd he do nothing nd that I ask him to connect my call to senior but he deny to connect my call ..totally waste my time .I cannot expect this worst service from Havells Lloyd..pls do someneedful action..I feel that I make a mistake to buy Lloyd

                My Ac have been taken away by lloyd service team since 2 weeks. Serveral followups have made and still they are not able to find the problem. No responses for the customer care emails. Fed up with their service. its surprising branded company like lloyd have poor technical team. Never recommend any of their product to any of family and friends. Till getting the bitter experience i have trust in their brand value. [protected]

                  I bought AC 18th March... TNAGAR BRANCH. rajesh is a sales executive. While he explain about product he said it's new model this yr model no down payment next day itself delivery and installation all ll be done like and many things told. But while doing financial EMI formalities they ask down payment... we argued then we paid after we purchase product... very poor response from ur end. They deliver product day after tmrw that too after we make sooooooo many calls to the showroom and too delivered the product night 11PM. And while explain he told this yr model but after received product we checked its last year model.. many of wrong commitments given by sales person. again next day we called ur showroom about installation they said morning
                  itself we booked appointment through LLOYD customer care so today ll come for installation like. But till evening no one ll call for installation after I directly called customer care then only I came to know still no one ll fix appointment for us then I fix appointment for us... seriously very very worst customer service from vasanth & co tnagar branch. sale only motive after we paid money n move from showroom mean that's it. Those people duty over. After we only need to call again n again to showroom even we call also landline no manager number and many numbers ll not response... hereafter we won't come VASANTH & CO AND NOT SLUGGED TO ANUBODY TO GO VASANTH&CO...

                        I have purchased lloyd split ac 4 star on 27th may 2020 and after the next year in may 2021 I have to refilled gas and now in 2022 there is no gas, so will have to refill again.
                        And Gautam parekh, havells service engineer says gas refiling charge about 3500 rs.
                        Plz do something on my complaint

                          I buy ac not more than 2 years and 2 times removes gas, I do not change ac position.

                          I ask shop keeper but he does not provide a proper answer.

                          last time gas charge pays 2400. Last gas charge in 6 months. Same issue.

                          No more use to AC.

                          The company said warranty in 1 year.

                          cay help me what I do?

                          I suggest everyone doesn't buy Lloyd ac

                                We had purchased Lloyd tv almost 4 yrs back.with use of tv now Remote of tv is not working so searched Remote in all over market .But its not available.
                                Neither with tv company nor with any markey who supply Duplicate.
                                Now we are not able to use our tv just coz of Remote.
                                40k Tv is useless coz of 500 rs remote

                                  I bought a LLOYD 43” LED TV from on 25 Nov 2020.
                                  (Bill Attached). Now Tv is not working properly,
                                  Your technician visited at our house and confirmed that the panel has been gone and he gave the assurance that either company will replace this panel or will provide a new TV. I’m requesting an immediate action on this.

                                      I have purchased a 43inch led having model no 43FS4514 on dtd 24/06/2020. But after one year I.e Sept 21 my led became half black out after that a new led installed by lloyd . But next day new led shows one green line on the middle of the led. Then lloyd change a new pannel. But after 2days the same issue shown on the led. No one can listen and solve my problems after many complaints against lloyd.
                                      Please consider my above problem as soon as possible.
