My Lloyd Split Convertor AC 1.5T suddenly shows E6 Error and cooling stops on 5th May night. Raised the complaint on 6th May morning through Reliance Digital from which I bought in Oct' 2023. After repeated follow up, with great difficulty to reach the rouge Customer service, the technician attended today i.e. 8th May at 8 pm without any details of the complaint, which is clearly given on the complaint a E6(as can be seen on the attached WhatsApp screenshot). After checking
diagnosed as pcb problem and need to be replaced. Collected the KKG code saying without which the part cannot be booked. Also said the part may take 7-8 days depending on the availability. This kind o[censored]nprofessional customer service of the
Lloyd/Havells is unacceptable. God knows when the part will come and the AC will work again on this heat wave.

    Service request with reference number [protected]

    I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received regarding the installation of my Lloyd Air conditioner. According to our agreement, the installation was supposed to be done by your company. I raised a service request with reference number [protected], but it has been four days and I have not received any communication from your company.

    I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response and the poor service I have experienced so far. I have called your customer care multiple times, and while they assured me that the issue would be resolved and escalated, it seems like I have been misled. I have a simple question: why would you sell a product if you cannot fulfill your promises? It is unfair that I am unable to install the air conditioner from an external source due to warranty restrictions imposed by your company.

    I must say, I have never encountered such pathetic service before. It was a mistake on my part to choose a product from a company with such a low standard of service.

    I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and would appreciate a response as soon as possible.

      I brought an Lloyd AC and during installation they said they need extra copper pipes, 4 in one wire, clamps nails etc. During installation I asked whether they are genuine one or not to the technician, he said they are from company and you will get bills regarding that. Upon seeing the items I doubted and asked again, technician skipped to answer them and I asked for bill means they said they will provide by evening but till date no bill was given. They gave me an Excel sheet will items and it's price but no company name or authorised signature. It's not a legitimate one. While I'm calling them they are rejecting the call, called the customer care and mailed the complaint but still there is no response. Request you to provide the bills. My contact number [protected].

        I have never shared feedback for any company because I know in service industries issues are always there but if someone like Llyod do not care about it than customer like me have to share experience publically for everyone awareness.

        Request to please do not buy this brand AC. It's been 1 year and 4 times I have faced some issues which is not resolved despite of several discussion with technician team and customer service...

        Dear team,
        i had bought a lloyd a/c. During purchase delear said that instalation charge is free.During installation sri jaganath enterprises, (sahadevkhunta, near bus stand) chaged me rs 1375.
        But from heavells company i got a message of zero rupees colllected from customer.That means my installation ch is zero .But that service agent colllect 1375 rupees from me.
        For better understand i had attached all photo copy of received and screenshot of message.Kindly find the attachment file.

        so kindly arrange to return my amount as soon as possible.Otherwise i will go for consumer court for better service.

          I made a complaint to llloyd on my AC on July 20 and still no solution.The service partner took the KkG number 3 times stating only if I give the KKG number she can order the parts .But when I checked with the Lloyd they say the complaint was closed as solved by the service centre.Today 26th September still the AC is under warranty also paid for AMC and the complaint is open.I called service centre many times and no solution .I was on a call with them today for 2 hours and requested for their nodal officer details and they do not provide this details and after holding the call for 2 hours the floor supervisor Vidya said she will put me on hold to get the nodal.officer details and disconnected my call.This is against the policy of the company as the nodal officer is the highest point of escalation and I am trying to reach him after 2 months of waiting and cheating .Hope some one will get back to me on this .

              The split AC was purchased only last year. It is not cooling and the outdoor unit does not seem to be functioning.

                This is regarding service request no:[protected].I have a concern my AC is in warranty period and still service center took visiting charge from me.Can you get this escalated and return that amount from service centre.

                They are also giving me fake promises since 21st Aug'23 that the cooling coil part will be delivered and installed 100% on 22nd Aug'23 and then again saying 100% it will be done by 23rd Aug'23 though they are unsure of the fact that they will get the part delivered.
                This is really harming the Lloyd brand and losing trust of the customer.Can you take a look at it and assist in getting the issue resolved asap.

                  My lloyd ac outdoor unit pcb fault in 26july 2023 so i file a service request in 28july 2023 through lloyd customer support, next day lloyd machanic come and check outdoor unit and tell me that outdoor pcs gone dead he will change it in 3-4 days bt my ac didn't repaired till now.when i call the mechanic he didn't pick my call and when i call customer support they tell me service team contact me bt no one contacted yet.worst service by lloyd

                    Lloyd (MODEL) GLS1213FWSSV SAC 1TON 3 STAR Shop myg future Trissur. Invoice no: 23-I-POLE-1543.
                    I brought a new above mentioned Ac on
                    08/04/202But facing so many problems.
                    1-Always it has remote/sensor complaints
                    2-E5, E9 errors
                    It's been only few months after purchase, we're facing this much issues. Now it has warranty period so your company providing the technician. once warranty period over, what can we do????
                    It's impossible to pay everytime to solve ac problems. Actually we purchased this product by trust of loyd products, but it was the worse experience for us.
                    Now E5 was the error and the service technician says its leakage in gas, its the second time filling gas within this period of time. So we no need more repairs in this product. We just want to replace it with other.otherwise we will move to consumer court complaint.
                    So kindly contact us soon as possible.

                      I have raised my washing machine repair request on 4th July on 8th July technician visited and said to change one part .ordered a part
                      after long waiting on 22nd July I went 40 km and took part from Lloyd agency
                      in between this I called customer care for several time they unable to help
                      and told to wait still today technician hasn't come even I have talk with senior manger he said me to wait

                        Unethical service of lloyd
                        sir, it is stated that i am a customer of your company. I have purchased three lloyd ac’s on 20.06.2023. After several calls, complaints the ac’s got installed on 26.06.2023 i.E. On 7th day of purchase.
                        Secondly, one of the ac’s one ton non-inverter ac stopped working on 04.07.2023. Lodged the complaint of that on 05.07.2023 viz reference number [protected] . The service shop or company with whom you have collaborated is guru nanak refrigeration, batala 143505 pincode . The technician visited for the sort of showing that they have visited, came and said ac gas is to be filled in the unit, will be done tomorrow.
                        Again, one day after on 07.07.2023, your technician came and said same thing. No resolution provided for the ac. No one filled the gas. Instead, they cancelled the complaint from their end without asking and consulting us by writing the reason on your portal that we donot have the bill, and the funny part is it’s the same bill on which they did the free installation 10 days ago.
                        So, it has been a trauma dealing with the lloyd and their service counterparts.
                        Now, we have again raised the complaint (ref no. [protected]) on 11 july 2023 evening on your app and made follow up calls on your customer care number [protected]. All they have to say is wait 24 to 48 hours, it will take time.
                        It has crossed 48 hours and no resolution. Their wordings are
                        “the complaint has been escalated to concerned executive” please wait
                        “the complaint has been put on high priority” please wait
                        “the complaint has been forwarded to senior service managers” please wait
                        “the reminder of complaint has been given.” please wait
                        and so on.
                        No one comes and hears. No resolution provided by your side. Its been hot in the area and ac has stopped working since 10 days. Today is 14 july 2023 and ac stopped working on 4th july 2023. We have suffered severe mental agony and trauma due to this. This email is also going to be the proof for any legal action taken in future by us.

                          AC E5 error

                          I purchased Lloyd AC from reliance digital on 23 April 2023, located at below address. After couple of weeks I got E5 error, we checked the pipeline and there is no issue.

                          No resolution after multiple follow up with Reliance digital and Lloyd.

                          Please see attached pics of my AC and they opened it multiple times without knowing the exact root cause and left that like that for last two weeks.

                              I purchased AC of LLOYD company in April first week. Since, that time the outer of the AC has created problems twice.
                              Last Saturday (25th June), the AC has suddenly thrown E6 error. After registering the complaint, the technician came and had checked the issue. He found that the PCB is not working properly and needs to be replaced.
                              Since, then NO solution is provided from neither the customer care nor the service center.
                              The attitude that is being shown by both is very pathetic and unacceptable.
                              Request you to take action on my issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.

                                I am very disappoint after sales service of Havells India. Even after repeated reminder no resolution made. My complain was lodged on[protected] with Ref. No.[protected] which is not yet resolved.
                                The Air Conditioned purchased on April 2023 got comressor issue just three months after the sale on june 2023. Instead of replacement Havells is trying to repair the Compressor. And not only this for repairing also they have taken 9 days so far but still no resolution.

                                  Below is my compain:

                                  "Dear Mr. ARUN, We regret for the inconvenience caused. Your service request [protected] has been escalated to concerned executive. - Havells"

                                  I would say very very worst company service, it's been 14 days, my Split AC complain haven't resolved.

                                  Customer care is very unmatured, and not taking any action against service center.

                                  When I call service center, they are still saying, will take some more time for part to deliver to them.
                                  Once part will come then they'll repair that.

                                  Date wise:

                                  I raised my compain on 18 June 2023, and mechanic visisted my house, and checked the AC.
                                  Mechanic said one part is not working, and once that part will come to there service center, then he'll come, and replace that one.

                                  On 22 June, I called Lloyd customer care for update, they told that they informed again to service center.

                                  On the same day, service center cancelled my complain by mentioning that my phone is not reachable.

                                  On 27 June, again I called Lloyd customer care about my problem, they said, will escalate again to service center.
                                  Same day, I also called service center, and raised my concern, they raised a new compain.

                                  On 1 July, again I called Lloyd customer care, they say the same thing that they will escalated to service center.
                                  And I also called service center directly, they said still it will take 2-3 days to receive the part.

                                  As it's been already 14 days, and no progress on my compain.

                                  I'll never recommend any one to purchase any product of this Company as there service is very very worst, looks like fraud company.

                                  There is nothing to take customer feedback, not any update for customer compain.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam

                                    I was purchased an A/C for my sister on 26th May 2023.
                                    I usually don’t purchase Lloyd or Havells product but I purchased as my friend (who owns a distributor of Lloyd’s Eloctro Bazaar, Salipur) suggest me to purchase. But it was like a nightmare for me to do so. That A/C was installed on the next day by the technician but after 20 days it’s stopped working. So I raised a complain (complain number [protected]) on 23rd June 2023. Thae next day the Technician (Mobile Number - [protected]) came after calling me two times at evening. He told me that there is no gas due to the indoor unit leaking.
                                    After two days on 26th June 2023 again I call to costumer care and complain about the same. But I got a call from [protected] this number and he said, he will send some one to fix the problem. But till now, I don’t got any results. Still I am waiting to hear from you.
                                    Sir after spending 40k for an A/C, still we are sleeping with a very high temperature. I know it doesn’t matter to you. But please don’t force me to take any other format to highlight these issues. For your reference I am attaching the bill and SMS that I’ve received.
